Took about 75 items in. They said they could only keep 6 items, so I assumed they kept the nice dress pants for work. When I got home, the dress pants were still there. I took them to their shop because I had to buy new dress pants in a smaller size because I lost weight. I bought the new ones at a JCP--same brand and fit (Worthington/Modern fit) only 3 weeks earlier. Theyre still selling them in the store, so how could they be out of style? They also didnt take a Calvin Klein blue jean jacket and 4 pairs of skinny jeans. I guess theyre out of style too. Nothing had holes or rips and everything was clean. Maybe a good place to shop, but the person who looked through my stuff doesnt know whats in style and what isnt. If you take clothes in, make sure a young person looks through your stuff.

I thought that the store itself was wonderful it had really nice stuff in it and decent prices. Although there was one of the workers not sure if she was just an employee or maybe the owner. She was an older lady. That was quite rude to the customers. Yes we did come in towards the end of the day close to closing time and we knew that and we told her that we would hurry but she continued to be rude and basically rush us out. We were paying customers bringing her service.So the store was great and I do plan on returning but the customer service not so good. Hopefully that improves.

Such a wonderful place. You feel like you are walking into a classic home decorated by a staff of 100! But its all for sale! Gorgeous! Amazing deals too. I shop here every time I am in Sterling.

I drove 4.30 hrs to visit shop just to find out it was closed. I checked the days and hours saying that it was opened. I would suggest calling before you waste your time. I always had a good time shopping just not this time.

I took in 50 NICE, washed, unstained, not ripped pairs of jeans. Including Levi’s, Arizona, and name brand jeans and was told they didn’t put them out for sale because they were all outdated or stained which is a complete lie because I made sure they were in good shape. I feel they just ripped me off. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend anyone having business with them.

I love this store! They have very nice gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for the whole family. I bring my things in for consignment and at the end of the month I get a check. Love, love, love!! ❤❤

Love shopping there I went school clothes shopping there for my son and got brand name clothes for super cheap even bought a homecoming dress there for a little to no coast. I highly recommend shopping here.

I have been here twice in the the past few months. I find the staff very rude. In fact each time I have gone in, the same flustered clerk is there, and she is always complaining. They rarely look up from whatever it is they are doing. They are more concerned about each others conversations than their customer. I want to shop local and support our community, however I wont be going back. The lack of concern (for the customer) and professionalism is a huge turn off.

Awesome pricing on clothes but HORRIBLE customer service. Every time I go they have such poor attitude! So please beware especially for the parents who never have a free hand that has to bring children.
