Over the last year or so the employees seem more friendly and helpful. Taking mental note of repeat customers such as me, anticipating my return and making sure certain items are available. I appreciate this customer service and will return as usual.

Rude cashier on days. And why doesnt 7eleven have a resroom???? For people who are from out of town this is extreamly inconvenient... I would have bought gas or drinks or something from there, but they had NO restroom. I really needed the restroom and had to go to McDonalds accross the street. Wont be going there for anything...

I attempted to redeem my points for a soda. The points were taken from my account, but I still had to pay for the drink myself out of pocket. Other than that, I have had no issue with the app, store, or rewards system.

Since the store has a new manager, the store was a better place to purchase my coffe and other stuff, the Hispanic woman is a really fast worker and a excellent attitude, kudos for this woman!!! Keep doing the good job!!!

I go to this 711 quite often because it’s literally right around the corner of my house. Usually the staff is really nice buhh tonight I went and I was literally jus standing there waiting to be checked out and they jus stared at me like as if I wasn’t ready yet buhh I was I jus wanted to wait until one of the guys was done counting his drawer. And he got done and he still didn’t check me out and the other guys jus walked off and finally as some other customers came in and than they finally checked me out. Idk buhh I thought it was kind of strange.

Staff is fun

Worst customer service tonight. Went it to get something to drink, accidentally forgot my card in my car so I ran out and grabbed it, and apologized for forgetting it. Cashier looked at me and pretty much said “with the way my night is going, I honestly don’t give a rats a** at all. I’m just ready to go home.”Definitely not going back when that cashier is working. She did not smile or anything, and was just very very rude.

Went in tonight Saturday June 20th only to be severely harassed by the male employee he had no problem hitting on me and trying to make unwanted sexual advances and do anything in his power to make sure that I stayed and talked to him I felt severely uncomfortable and it was completely inappropriate I will not be returning

4 pumps is not enough, and no windshield cleaner. Gas pumps are not intuitive. Employees are not very selfless and do not pay attention.

The Blonde Female cashier at 1AM was rude and uses her attitude to discourage customers from returning. When I wished her a good evening, she said she was trying really hard, then weakly explained that she has so much to get done in 5 hours. She seemed quite annoyed that there were so many customers in the store and were requiring her customer service skills. Obviously, she was overwhelmed since she has none! UGH! Too bad the new Valero Gas Station doesnt stay open all night, theyd probably put 7-11 out of business!
