Very disappointed in the way my items were packaged. An online auction took my items here to be shipped. Two small pottery items were bubbled wrapped. They then placed these with their stands inside of one of the two collector baskets. No packing paper to keep them secure inside the basket. No bubble wrap around the baskets. They were just put in a flimsy box where they touched the sides of the box with no protecton.Im really surprised they werent crushed during shipping. There was one thin piece of bubble wrap on the top and bottom of the box. With spending $49 I expected better packaging. When I received the message that my package had been delivered it said it was delivered to someone in another state. I called the store and was told it was just entered wrong in the computer. I did get my package a couple of days later. Since then I have received 3 other messages for packages being delivered that should have gone to the people that actually were receiving the packages. Retraining seems to be in order.

This place is fantastic, the second package arrived - they text you! Also you’ll never have to worry about your items being stolen. Worth every penny
