Todd does an great job keeping his store stocked to the gills with large selections of instruments, supplies,, and anything a beginner or novas would need. And if he doesnt have it, he will get it and at a fair price. My son wanted a very specific guitar for his graduation and Todd had in ordered and in our hands quickly and beat the price we had found it online for. Great community supporter of everything and is all about kids getting into music and is very supportive of our areas schools music programs.

Over the years I have bought guitars, basses, a banjo, a mandolin, pianos, cases, mics, cables, drum heads, sticks, recording gear, and PA gear from Mega Music. All of it has functioned beautifully, and was sold to me at very competitive prices! It has been great to have their tech support, especially the service of the pro-setup and adjustments for the string instruments. For the drummers out there, they have FANTASTIC stick prices!

Todd hit a grand slam for us. We have a young man in grade school who had his heart set on a specific acoustic guitar that was out of stock everywhere, including this store, or so it was suspected for a moment when I called to confirm. But Todd gave it some more thought and realized he happened to have ONE LEFT! It is likely this make/model/color guitar was the last new one available in all of North America until next spring. And MEGA MUSIC HAD IT! They promptly shipped it off well-packed, and it arrived safely with no damage whatsoever. Todd and his staff made two families very happy and a childs Christmas extra special.

I have always came to mega music to purchase equipment for all shows and services we offer. I will not go anywhere else. Every time I make a large purchase I go online to check the price and Todd comes close or beats it every time. Service is also amazing!

I went in to the store today to ask about getting my sons saxophone fixed or buy a new one I had mentioned it had been taken to another music store in the past and had purchased parts online so he had the full information about the instrument and he started going off on me and being very nasty about my past choices. Made not only me but my son very uncomfortable. Stated that customers are people who spend dollars at his store which I was trying to be one but after the costumer services I recieved I would not recommend

Todd and his crew do a great job with helping you pick the right instrument for your needs. They have the best prices and also the best support you’ll find anywhere. My daughter and I have done guitar lessons with them for years. Any of your music needs will be taken care of. They will bend over backwards to help you with anything you may need including installation of new sound systems and things like that.

Todd went above and beyond doing research and getting me the best deal. It was shipped to me in a timely fashion

My buddy said never do business here because this guy is rude. I see he responds to all the negative posts saying that never happened. I dont know man why would these people say this stuff if it wasnt true. Lol

This guy is a real jerk. He got all of his buddies to give him 5* reviews when he found out that people were posting terrible reviews to this place (Look at his first response compared to his first set of good reviews). He even got super rude to a bunch of the reviewers and requested google remove them because they were pretty bad (Terrible reviews. Last month he had a 1.4 rating). His response to them was equally bad, calling people liars and trolls because he couldnt find them in his system. Also, remember that when you review him, he will look you up, remember you, and give you even worse service than the last time you gave him a bad review. There are 2 other music stores in this town. I highly recommend either.

Todd provides outstanding service and selections. He runs a professional sound studio, and provides services such as sound system and A/V system installations. He provides music instrument rentals, and keeps his prices on par with any internet price on instruments and equipment. Eastern Colorado is very fortunate to have this level of expertise and knowledge available. Im on a long journey on my bicycle. While I was in a hailstorm in Ogallala Nebraska, the A string on my ukulele snapped. There was a minimum $12 charge for cards so Todd let me have a string on the house and helped me to learn how to restring. He also saw that I was using a trash bag as a uke case and hooked me up with a leather case.Awesome dude and an awesome shop!

Good selection and everything a musician needs. Only store in town that I would trust with my equipment. Hes got it 👍

Todd Allen the owner jipped me. He sold me a keyboard that was faulty. Then didnt let me have a new power cord to it when thats all that was wrong. Now I am stuck with two keyboards and really no way to hook up the second one. Plus he wont give me credit for the old one. Do not go there.

I took my Fender Stratocaster there to get my strings replaced and the guy who was there just left it laying out where someone could steal it, and of course someone did! Extremely disappointing service.
