We used Hausers for the first time a few months ago for carpet. We were 100% happy. From price to installation.

Disappointed. We have purchased thousands of dollars of furniture in the past from Hauser Furniture. We ordered carpeting for our steps and it was cut incorrectly. Not even an attempt by the owner to make it right. We will spend our money elsewhere.

My fiancee and I bought a couch and TV stand here. Shipping took a while because of the pandemic (expected). They were friendly and transparent any time we called or went in to check on shipping/delivery.Overall good experience with these guys. Prices are decent too (it beats rent a center)

First and last time I will buy fom Hauser Furniture in Steubenville! Bought 2 sofas and one has a blemish. I want it returned but they wont take ut back. Stated a no return policy. Not what it says on the invoice! States all exchanges and cancellations are subject to sellers approval. They are sending someone to fix the problem. I DO NOT WANT something that has to be FIXED!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Had to wait a couple months for our furniture to come in but that wasnt their fault. Very easy to work with and wonderful staff. A lot better than Rent-A-Center

Recently had vinyl plank flooring installed. All staff was very helpful and the installers were very professional and extremely helpful. I most definitely will recommend Hausers’s flooring.

The showroom had a great selection, staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery guys did a great job with installing my couch and were very careful with carrying all the pieces in through the doorway. They called me to let me know when they were close. The whole process of selection to installation was a piece of cake. Prices were good. Overall good experience.

Sales man was nice, but I think 22 weeks is ridiculous for furniture.

I called about a specific couch. They said they had it and would let me purchase the floor model. We drove half hour to get there. They only had the love seat and the fabric was torn in two places, said it fell off the truck. Don’t waste your time, just keep driving another mile and a half into Wintersville and go to Ferguson’s. They have a lovely selection. So, Hauser’s lost out on a 2k sale today. Also they were going to charge for delivery and Ferguson’s was free and we live in the next state.

Purchased a mattress from them. Was not size claimed. It’s an oddball size that you can’t get sheets for. Must have been some oddball run manuf dumped at cheap price, and they pedaled it as a standard size. They also did about $2000 in damage installing it.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I had an issue with the bed frame that I ordered after it was delivered. (Was given a wrong peice) I called during business hours the following day and they were accommodating with my schedule to fix it as soon as possible. Their sale price beat the companys price the bed frame was ordered from.

Great place for furniture and Martin Hauser the owner tries very hard to buy American made furniture.

We bought a nice dresser, kitchen stand, and coat rack from them. They put it together and delivered it for free! Couldnt beat that. Prices were good too--went to McKinneys and the dresser was $60 more!

All the price tags just said check craigslist one more time but that might have been all in my head. four stars.

Recently bought a expensive piece of furniture from Hausers. Waited 7 weeks for it to come in which wasn’t a problem but salesman told me 3-4 weeks. When the couch finally arrived I noticed a big chip on one of the legs so once the delivery guys brought the couch inside I inspected it thourougly. After looking for literally 10 seconds I found 2 rips in the fabric. They told me they can take it back but I’m currently expecting my first kid and would not have a couch if they took it back. So I decided to keep it and call the salesman, after telling him my issues he put the owner on the phone. Let me tell you what if this guy treats everyone like he treated me I don’t know how they are still in business. He started yelling at me telling me that it’s just a “little tear”. I couldn’t believe he just expected me to accept that. He told me they can have a lady come out and repair which I was ok with as long as it looked brand new. I asked him what if it’s not up to my standard, would he replace it? Pretty much told me no. I can’t u dersrand how you can sell a customer a “new” couch with multiple damage and expect them to keep it if it’s not perfect. In the end I guess it’s my fault for even excepting it on delivery. I will no longer give any of my hard earned $ to that business any more!

Terrible Place to deal with. Seems they are not doing much business, or are hard up. If you question the salesman, he automatically gets defensive, thats a sign of an unprofitable business. Second, the last time I purchased an item from them, they did about $2,000 damage to my old furniture. PLEASE check out Amazon, you can now buy products with INDEPENDENT ratings, hundreds of dollars cheaper with free delivery. Many people dont think of amazon when it comes to beds, furniture, but they sell it, and the prices are remarkable. And if you dont think of buying online, I still would not recommend Hausers, to much bad experience with them. Their reputation will catch up with them! Thinking marti was a good guy, when I spoke to him, he was a smart ass about everything also. Typical _________________________
