What a beautiful story and friendly staff. I purchased two chairs for my motor home. The price was very fair and the quality was great.

Had all 4 breaks and rotors replaced. 6 months later all 4 totally rusted. Ended up paying $1500 after all said and done. Also they tried to tack on full service engine check on my bill which I never asked for.

Purchased a used vehicle from here. The experience was the best of all the dealerships I had visited in looking at vehicles. I worked with Carlos and he helped me out from my first phone call in the morning. By the time I got to the dealership, he had the car ready to drive and about an hour later we were walking out the door with our new used vehicle. We just bought our new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and worked with Carlos. Steve Lucas at the dealership personally made all the arrangements to take care of my two popped right side tires on a Saturday afternoon with only a few hours left before they closed for the weekend - he talked with the mechanic in the service department, called around to find the right tires for me since they didn’t currently have them, picked up the tires for me, and arranged the towing service. It was finished in only a couple of hours and the price charged was very reasonable. I’m so grateful that he took time tohelp this out of towner who wouldn’t have been able to get home for the weekend if he hadn’t gone above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to go. Had to go to take my Jeep in for a recall ser ice. Took about an hour or so but the waiting area was clean and their coffee was strong.They did a complete diagnostic on my Jeep while doing the recall service and provided me with a list of needed service with their prices. All of the staff was easy to work with and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

I dont know how this place has such a low rating. I went in and got more then what I wanted for my trade and drove home in the truck of my dreams (literally) a brand new Ram Power Wagon. Had a younger guy named Micah for a salesman and he was super easy to talk to and deal with. The only problem I had during the whole process was when their computer system went down. Not a big deal but they may want to look at modernizing their systems. Other then that it was fantastic. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

I went in with a very specific vehicle in mind. Donny was great and got this vehicle for me from Kentucky and finished the deal within 3 days. I had a great experience working with them.

Service dept. said an O2 sensor was bad, replaced and no change. Walked out after they then blamed the turbo. Turns out it was the cam shaft after going elsewhere. For general service Im sure theyre great. Would highly recommend going else where for something more serious.

Where do you even begin? This place is absolutely terrible. The service department? You might as well junk your car. The service lady is a snob and obviously doesnt care about customer satisfaction. The salesman, will lie to you to get you into a car. My aunts car had what looked like white out on the rear bumper, just to point out one of the issues. The owners dont know how to treat customers with respect. JUST READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE!Not to mention the way I hear they treat their employees. Like slaves doing their bi**h work. And I called several times and went up there and they wouldnt tell me who the owner was.... So my son was workout the key and the car was nothing but junk

Bought a used Touareg and it was in amazing shape just as we had hoped for and at a very nice price. Eddie and every person we worked with are genuine folks. Best of all, we had fun there. Drove all the way from NC and thought the trip would be miserably long after including time to actually get the car. They had our car ready when we pull up and we were on the road in under a few hours. Rock on. I hope you take over the dealer scene in Ohio.

I had gone to so many different car lots. However. I didnt even walk in and Carlos was outside to greet me. I told him what I was looking for and he knew what I wanted. The car looks feels and runs great! Sunset motors took care of everything! They got my license plate and my registration. I didnt have to go to the dmv at all! All in all though the best part was the way they treated me. I went to a lot of lots and the people working with sunset by far wins for their customer service.

Was turned off of this dealer years ago when the owner tried to add a so called bank fee of $7 dollars a month to a used car payment after we already made a deal and was signing papers. I told him it was not the deal we made and at the end he stood up, put his hand out to shake mine and said PLEASURE NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU. But I was told that they have change since then and I should give them another chance. Took my 2015 Jeep cherokee in to have a abnormal front suspension sound inspected and was told it was fine. They said it was stuff in the cargo area rattling. Still hearing the noise after I paid them to inspect the front suspension. Jacked it up my self and the ball joint is so bad that I decided to park the suv until I can replace it my self. All around bad experience every time I walk in their door.

Wife stopped at the parts department to inquire about getting 2 keys made with new fobs for our newly acquired 2003 beetle. The parts guy explained that the car was more than 10 years old and a replacement key could not be made or ordered for it. She then inquired about getting a vin inspection because we purchased the car from pa and a vin inspection/verification is required when applying for a title for an out of state vehicle. Typically this can be done at any dealership. This guy was clueless and very rude. I called elm grove volkswagen in ww and was able to order replacement keys over the phone. What a night and day difference between the parts department. Pretty bad when a housewife knows more about cars that the guy working at the parts department here. Save yourself the headache and go to elm grove Volkswagen Subaru.

Had to have my car towed there because they were the only closest Chrysler dealership. The service was pretty bad they told me they would have my car for approximately one week it took them over a week to even look at it and another couple of days to call the warranty company. I finally received my car back after 2 weeks. all though it was repaired I am not impressed by this dealership. I do not believe that I will be taking my car there again if at all possible.

A great sales staff with a professional service department

If they cant get you in a car nobody will, trust me! That statement is completely bogus. To make a long story short, I was at the dealership for almost 5 hours. I told my salesman what I was comfortable with putting down and a comfortable monthly payment that I was able to afford. One of the big wigs there jumped in, and attempted to get me financed. However, they could only get me financed for one out of the 100+ vehicles they have. Everytime the big wig came back to the table, the price was higher for the down payment and higher for the monthly payment, which it got to the point where it was completely out of my affordability. Then this big shot had the nerve to say what is another hundred dollars, you are getting a good deal here! in reference to the monthly payment. Really?! Thats what you say to your customers? They were trying to press a 2012 Kia Forte on me with a monthly payment of over 400 dollars. Every time this guy came back to the desk the money down was higher and so was the monthly payment. I was getting frustrated with them knowing that, that was completely out of my affordability. I and my boyfriend told them we would think about it, then they pressed for us to put 100 dollars down to save the car incase someone came along to buy it. I told them no. We eventually left. They called us for days on end, which I and my boyfriend never answered their calls. I went to Allietta Ford in Wellsburg and got approved for a 2015 Ford Focus with 3 miles on it, a 6 year warranty, all for 1400 down and 320 a month. So saying that if sunset motors cant get you in a car, nobody will, is entirely untrue. I should had saved my time and just went to allietta ford to begin with. Oh and on top of all the waiting and frustration at Sunset motors, we were treated disrespectfully by an employee of their garage and service department. Our salesman who was a decent straightforward and seemingly nice guy, told us that there were pop machines and a vending machine in the back and to help ourselves while we were waiting on the co-owner to get back with us on our credit approval. So my boyfriend and I headed back and we were yelled at like we were children by a guy in the service department saying Hey where do you think you people are going! I wouldnt have even yelled at an animal the way he yelled at us. That should had been our cue to say screw it these people are not worth it, we are here to buy a vehicle from them and get treated like this by their employees? I would never recommend Sunset Motors after the experience I and my boyfriend had there.

Called the service department to ask them how much it would cost for them to fix a bad flasher in my car (a 2001 beetle) and they refused to answer but told my husband it would be $90/hr just for labor?? To fix my turn signals?? Ill drive the hour and forty five minutes to cranberry township in PA to get my car fixed

I purchased a late model Tiguan for my wife (spent over $22,000), and the car still had some factory warranty remaining. When we scheduled our first oil change we asked about a courtesy loaner car, and were told that a loaner car could probably be arranged. My wife had a doctors appointment scheduled in Weirton, so I followed her to the dealership in a separate car as a precaution (in case a loaner was not available). At the dealership we waited for about half an hour for the loaner, and then got up to leave for the doctor. At this point the dealership employees realized their error and hurredly brought a loaner car around for my wife. Because she was now running late for her appointment, my wife hopped in the car and left. When I went inside to complete the paperwork, it was determined that the dealership wanted my wifes drivers license for the loaner car paperwork. Of course I was unable to provide this, as my wife had her drivers license with her. The dealship also wanted her insurance card, which I did not have on me. At this point things got weird. The girl at the counter went and got the owners of the dealership. I suddenly found myself surrounded by three men who were visibly unhappy and upset. They accused my wife of inappropriately taking the loaner car (an old Cavalier), and insisted that I call my wife and make her immediately return the loaner car. I was astonished at their reaction. I told them that my wife would miss her doctors appointment if she returned immediately, and that this was not acceptable in my opinion. I explained that they could get the needed documentation when my wife returned after her appointment, and I assured them that our personal insurance coverage transferred to the loaner car. However, this upset the three men even more, and one in particular got up in my face (in school-yard fashion) and began to challenge/taunt me by calling me Mr. Inflexible. I tried to explain to these goons that this was their employees error; not ours. I reminded them that we had been sitting at their shop for a half hour, during which time the paperwork could have easily been completed. I also reminded them that their employee had even held the car door open while my wife got in the loaner car and left. However, there was no reasoning with these guys. Their response and demeanor reminded me of mafia hit-men from the movies. I felt physically challenged from the three of them surrounding me and invading my personal space. Instead of calling my wife, I decided to go to my local insurance agent to get a copy of my wifes insurance card. As I was trying to leave, an old man (the father of the bunch) gave instructions for his sons to bodily restrain me from leaving. Luckily, the sons were not that dumb. However, as I went outside to get in my car, the old man followed me out and threatened to call the police if I left. I left anyway. Sure enough, the dealership owners then called the Steubenville Police and reported the loaner car as stolen. They called my wife in the doctors waiting room and threatened her with being arrested. She complied with their wishes, missed her doctors appointment, and returned to the shop. Before she returned, I came back to the dealership with a copy of the insurance card to find a Steubenville Police Officer at the dealership in response to the stolen auto report. I was naturally incensed over the dealerships actions. But of course, (as can only happen in Steubenville) the police officer and the dealship owners made me out to be the bad guy. Soon thereafter, we traded the Tiguan to Ohio Valley Honda, and leased two 2013 Civics instead. My advice is that you stay away from these small-minded idiots at all cost. Instead, go to Ohio Valley Honda for professional service that incorporates both honesty and integrity. On the other hand, if youre looking for a Russian Mafia experience; Sunset Volkswagen is your place.

Sold a truck to a family member. Later that evening headlights, turn signal, etc blew and it was electrical. B 4 first payment was made transmission went out. Sunset will not fix. BEWARE!
