My car was acting very strangely. No one else on a Friday afternoon in the area would even look at it. Got it towed to Monro and they called back quickly and said it was an easier repair than they had thought. Last time I was there, they couldnt fix it to their satisfaction and charged me nothing! Fair, kind, friendly...wonderful place!

Mike is very professional and friendly. I got an oil change and they did the works (incl. check battery, rotate tires, air pressure, fluids, etc.) and provided me with my copy of the inspection sheet. Done in a timely manner and for a fair price! They were upfront about the fact that my air filter was clean and did not need to be replaced. I will definitely be returning, especially after the poor experiences I’ve had at what I thought would be a more trusted service place in town.

Mike at Monro in steubenville does amazing work. He goes beyond to make sure everything is right. They will not fix anything if its not 100% needed. Very fair rates and overall great customer service. I will never go anywere else again.

They were really fast and efficient, and a lot cheaper than I thought they would be. Didnt try to up sell me either which can be annoying. Next time Im in town Ill definitely go back and get my filter changed too. Recommend 100% more than chain stores.

Had to get my car to a place close to my house since I didn’t think it would make it too much farther. ;-). I recently had a really horrible experience with a competitor and of course was nervous and a little leery about how honest and upfront these guys were going to be. Well, I had no need to worry. Chris called me back within an hour of dropping off the car, told me what it needed to have done right away, what could stand to wait a little bit, and potential problems in the future. He was no pressure, gave me pricing upfront, and even had my car ready before closing that evening! Super impressed, and will be going to Monro for all of my future auto maintenance and repair!

My husband and I took my car there to get my wheel bearing fixed but they screwed up my brake sensor up. Took it back and they only made me pay for the part but not the labor. They knew they messed my brake sensor up bc they didnt change labor. They also tried to tell me that my wheel bearing was bad on the same side that they had just replaced and when my husband advised that if so, they will have to fix it free of charge bc they just out it in, the mechanic came back and said he was wrong. Not only do screw up things and costs the consumer more money they also try to rip the consumer off.

First they lost a center cap from one of my rims, next they failed to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels (it almost came off as I was driving two days later), and then most recently they charged me for a brake job they didnt actually do (or, if they did, the pads were the worst ones ever, since I just had to have—and the rotors—replaced again within 10,000 miles). Ron is a nice guy. The rest of them I dont think know a lug nut from a walnut.

The best place I have ever been for car repairs there up front and honest and so friendly they really go the extra mile for people its like family thank you for being a part of our community

The mechanic was very professional and corteous. It was an emergency brake problem and I was leaving the next morning for New York. I appreciate there help. And reasonable price.

The service is excellent, The management goes above and beyond. I took my girlfriends car in for a mistake another shop made and the Manager Al stopped what he was doing to pull her car in and immediately fixed the problem. This was my first time coming in and it will not be my last.

Made an appointment on the website ten days in advance for four tires and a wheel alignment. On the day of the appointment which was confirmed, they tell me they don’t even sell the tires I selected from their website. No one bothered to call and tell me this, instead waiting until I arrived for the work to be done, wasting my time. Nothing else in stock for the size on my Jeep. I’ll never be back.
