I went to Sallys for the first time today. I have always done a solid brunette color on my hair but I wanted to try a red balayage ombre. I asked the girl working for some assistance and she helped me for a good 15 minutes. She explained color options and all the tools I would need. Plus because I spent over $50 I got a cute free tote!

Place is falling apart Apparently landlord wont fix..Asking questions about hairspray, woman says no idea,I dont use hairspray, other girl says dont look at me I only care about being clean. After checking out, I ask for a bag,was told to put my things in my purse. Bags were not free.They are 15 cents each

The ladies were very nice and helpful.

A lot of sold out items however I was able to find an alternative.

Not sure of the names of the 2 younger ladies that were working today but their energy was everything. I already knew what I needed so I didnt need assistance with that but they were on it as soon as I walked through the door. Great vibe, hope they stick around.

There were 2 associates working. One helping another customer and the other yelling from the break room to answer the other associates questions. We waited about 10 minutes at the register before the associate from the break room emerged. Thinking she was going to help us, we turned to face the register. Wrong. She started organizing a rack right next to us and totally ignored us. We asked if she could help us out and she rudely replied, No. Im on lunch. (But youre working?) Finally the associate not on lunch also rudely said No she cant help you. Thats just the way it is here. Either way, thats a terrible customer service model and if thats truely the way it is here, the associates can do better job at explaining that to their customers.

Love this place but went there on Saturday at 8 and it was already closed but it says theyre open until 9? Unless they changed their hours recently. If so it needs updated on here.

Love the store and products but last time I went in they were rushing me because they were trying to close earlier than the sign said! Was really mad because I couldnt even think straight they were rushing me so badly!!

I have been to this Sallys three times now. I need to order a product. The associates say I have to talk to the manager Nikki but they arent allowed to tell when she is working. I live out of town. Very frustrating and unprofessional-agh!
