Love jc pennys they oder my boots for me and saved me money

The workers are helpful if you need a shopper to make things go quickly and easy especially if you are getting a gift for someone of a younger generation.

If you need shoes, forget J.C.Pennys. Habitually out of shoes, what remains on the shelf is the least desirable shoes Ive ever seen, sad to see things this bad at a well known store.

I like Pennys, however I feel like they do t have enough choices for teens and young men. Also they could use an extra cashier.

I love JCPennys. I am a big man and they are big and tall friendly. I bought $200 worth of clothes and paid $44 because they were clearance items. They have great clothes, and very friendly staff. The prices are high, but if you shop the sales and clearance you will make out like a bandit. They have it all household items, mens, womens,childrens, jewelry, and bedding just to name a few. I definitely recommend.

I was buying a suit, at 40% off Staffords I believe name of it. Thought was a good deal on a $ 310.oo suit. No floor help she was busy putting tried clothing back on race. Got to checkout ( were only 2 I saw ) was busy.waited my turn lady finally rang me up, and told me $ 324.oos. I said that cant be right maam. She assured me that it was correct. She wasnt I told her about the 40%off sigh, she said she knew nothing about it. So I had to go back and get sign. It finally took 2 cashiers a floor person and manager to figure it out and told me I was correct... Then they proceeded to tell me if I apply for a j.c.p. card I could get another 25-35% off if I Pplied I didnt want a J.C.P. card as I very rarely shop there. But the did finally give me 25% more off which I was thankful for. That was my J.C.P.experience...

Glad theyre still open, prefer to buy clothes in-store over internet,,

Found what I went for quickly and was satisfied.

The only problem I have with them is some of the employees are rude.

This is the smallest JCPenney Ive ever been in. That being said, selection is pretty good, and the store seems well looked after.

My mother in law loves this place. It is fine & Im glad area has it almost nicer retailers are no longer in the valley. The shoe section is very small but otherwise it is in a nearly empty mall. I like Pennys but I dont go often as it is a bit high on price for me. This location is small but has a lot crammed in it & is an average store of this chain.

VERY helpful staff and friendly. Sadly, its is VERY hot in there. Had to stop shopping multiple times to wipe my brow. Corporate was there when I mentioned it to the cashier. She apologized a lot, sadly, the bosses, 3 of them, turned around and walked away. They heard me. Nice to see they let the cashier do the apologizing for them instead of stepping up. Plus, I hear its usually that hot in there. They let the employees suffer and stop me from spending more money. Not a good strategy guys. You want better, be and do BETTER!

The store was clean and Associates were friendly but the items I was looking for were out of stock to many empty shelves.

One of the cleanest stores Ive been in in quite some time. Normally I dont look for dresses since I have a few I dont even wear anymore but found a black dress and black shoes I just had to have. Penneys around our home area closed and I destroyed my card, signed up for new and got 20% off on top of sale prices. Overall good experience and employees most helpful.

I walked in the door by the old customer service desk for a catalog pick up. There was a sign saying the register was closed. So I start to walk into the store kind of looking around and a customer on their way out told me I need to find a register because thats what she had to do.I noticed a big customer service sign above the shoe department so I head that way. At the shoe department there was another sign saying the register was closed.So at this point I am disgusted and shout Does anybody work here. There was no answer.I head to the center of the store to find four people around the register at the center. This was at 5:20 PM and they said they were all there because they just had a line.I ask about my catalog pickup. They promptly took care of me.On the way out I talked to one of the managers. I strongly suggested that they have a cashier by each door that they still have open or at least within sight of the doors.I am the second customer in a matter of minutes that had to find help. I like shopping locally but I also consider customer service very important.

Curbside pick up is a a available and easy to use.

The salon is amazing! The stylists are the ultimate in trendy hair and professionalism. 5 stars does not so them justice. Best of the best!!

Small quiet location. Almost never busy due to the emptiness of the mall proper, but its a plus for me. Was in and out in 20 minutes.

The service man was very helpful in ordering my items.. you had neither of the items, your christmas and cookware area is very small. And when he ordered the porcelain pots for me, the picture showed red and blue, but you only have red😖!!And the reindeer pillow I wanted from the sale paper, was not available at all.I had to just pick something else.

I went there with a friend of mine who was having a bad day. His pants became torn asunder exposing more than what he would have liked. Being of a more robust size getting pants that fit are a bit difficult. We went to this store and not only did they have his size but they also had them on sale. Despite the sale price they were still a little out of budget until a kind employee gave him a coupon and made our day.

While i feel bad for the employees its obvious why this store and many like it are rapidly dying. Misleading sales ads, sloppy shelves, overpriced clothing and shoes. I can easily go to a Marshalls or TJ Maxx and get higher quality brands of clothing at cheaper prices. Not to mention the vast amount of items i have no interest in that take up huge swaths of the store. Mostly items i would easily find online. Store has no identity. Stuck between a discount clothing store and an overpriced department store. Pick one. Preferably the discount variety. If i want to spend $100 on dress shoes Ill go to Aldo or somewhere i know the quality is worth the price. Same with the clothing. I hope for the employees sake that the store survives. But if they dont embrace modern technology and find a niche in the market i fear JC Penny will be just a nostalgic topic of conversation for people 40 and older.
