I absolutly love coming to this starbucks! The employees are always so happy and full of energy and laughing. They make their drinks so much better than the other starbucks in the area, i will literally leave early for work just so i can make the trip to their store.

We waited 20 mins in line because neither worker would acknowledge that we were standing there, then everything we ordered we were told they were out of the ingredients. Every time we go there they are out if something for our drinks.

Worst service ever at a Starbucks, barista kept yawning, uninterested, said he was tired, very slow, made a very bad drink, how can you mess up an ice coffee, nothing special, just an all around poor customer service.

I do not purchase anything from Star bucks, their location in Krogers a few feet from the baked chicken,ribs,and delli area.

The place was a mess. The girl at the counter was nice. The two girls making the drinks were only concentrating on talking to each other . We ordered two drinks. Three people ordered after us, and received their drinks before us. I told the girl I would just mike my money back. She said they were making our drinks now, they had run out of lids. So we waited, as two more people get their orders. The one girl had gone to get lids I presume. She was in no hurry at all .This is not the way I expect a Starbucks to be . Very disappointed

Extremely nice employees! Never had a problem ordering! And I’ve been going here like 4 times a week! Despite lines being a little long at times (Which is understandable) Drinks are well made too!

Seems like a generic version of the real thing, doesnt have all the options of regular store. My favorite part of Starbucks is the aroma as soon as you hit the door. I could barely smell the coffee while standing in line since it was competing with fried chicken and a fishy smell from seafood department? Not worth paying triple.

Sugar, sugar, SUGAR!!! 😩 I think they try to make it better by adding sugar. None of they must like coffee. They add sugar to drinks that do not come with it and extra to the ones that do. I ordered a drink that has 2 pumps of Vanilla syrup according to Starbucks official website. I watch the barista put 6 pumps in! 😡 When I have told them a drink does not come with sugar they argue with me. When I request no sugar they act irritated and say things like, but it comes that way! Just order black coffee or black cold brew at the Steubenville Kroger location or what they offer as samples, because somehow what they create comes out good and not too sweet. 🤔 My best advice is go downtown to Leonardos, they are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

The cashier/barista was the only one working on a Friday morning. She was pleasantly cheerful to the men ahead of me.. and I was looking forward to my turn. When I got there however... every question was met with short one word answers. So..my order was regular coffee... and it was both my first and last visit.

Worst Starbucks. Every time I come here the coffee taste like water. They do NOT know how to make the drinks. Go the extra 10 mins to the Weirton Kroger Starbucks. They make the drinks super good & never busy.

Starbuck sucks from the Board of Directors, from Corporate though their individual coffee shops, down to their horrific scorched coffee.I did not and will not patron a Starbucks, they just happen to have a counter in the local grocery store

The ladies are nice! Drinks are good.

Friendly people ran by Kroger members. Nice selection and the drinks are good. Only complaint would be they can be a bit slow sometimes, which you typically dont expect from a Starbucks. There is a nice seating area with a television and easy access to unisex bathrooms. Right next to them is a chicken shop and pizzeria so you can grab a bite to eat too. Not to mention being a Kroger ran Starbucks you get Kroger members discounts and fuel points from the Starbucks too. Overall its a nice place to stop by and its close to the door so you can get in and out quickly.

Love Starbucks I got 5 stores in Bellevue to sell your products. I got a hotel in Ocean City to sell your coffee. Not worried about naming it Plim Plaza its funny that Everytime I advise people to sell it. I tell them if you sell it Its going to fly off the shelf. And it does. I’ve only been in at this Kroger Starbucks location maybe 3 times since it opened...and after today I won’t be back!We waited in line almost 10 minutes while the new employee (who was all alone) chatted it up with the men in front of us while attempting to take their order...which was ONE drink! Another employee comes in, proceeds to take our order. At this point I’m already upset...several minutes after taking our order, already having been waiting for it, we are informed they are out of a specific ingredient for my daughters frapp...how did you not know this already?I realize this lady was new, I get it...don’t leave her alone at 5pm!!!Reason #456 that I LOVE the Weirton Starbucks crew...they know their stuff!

This is the only starbucks in Steubenville so forgive me that I am extremely unhappy for the fact that theyre not supposed to close until 9pm but I am constantly told that they close at 8pm so when I get there at 15 til 8pm Im told that theyre closed! Not to mention every single worker acts completely incompetent!

One person is the barista while the other takes the orders. When this person is not taking the orders, she is chatting with barista. Not truly set up like the starbuck business model. They also dont carry everything on the typical Starbucks menu.

Typical Starbucks. Snotty employees and overpriced coffee with lackluster food. But it is still a Starbucks and we are all coffee addicts and Im glad to have one finally thats close to home. On that alone I give it 3 stars.
