I went to the steubenville Ohio vision center in Walmart and got some new glasses and was all taken care of by Beth. She took her time and went over everything that I told her I wanted in my glasses. They called me a week later and went back to pick them up and a lady was at the counter and ask me for my name for my glasses. I told her then she handed them to me and said thank you. She didnt take the time to adjust them for me or anything with me leaving really mad. The glasses kept on sliding off my face and would fall off when I looked down. I couldnt take it anymore after a week and went back to the store and explained everything to Beth and she apologized and took time to adjust them and fitted them for my face. They fit and feel so much better and I am very happy for the time she spent with me to fix them. I highly recommend that if you are going to the Walmart vision center in steubenville Ohio that you ask for Beth because you will not find anyone more professional and kind as she is. Thank you so much Beth.
Dr. C is the best around . If u have to wait a bit its because hes very though n gets me the best prescription for my eyes. Who cares if u have to wait a bit its your eyes n hes very good. He found a studio tumor in my daughters eyes n Im very grateful she could of went blind. His staff are really nice n helpful. They busy because everyone wants dr. C because hes the best. Plus hes not hard the eyes lol
I had a great experience at this Walmart Vision Center. All technicians are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend them and would like to thank them.
My appointment was great the customer service was awesome but Im still waiting for my contacts to come in and it has been weeks already so Im growing impatient but the service from the staff was incredible
No one ever answers the phone in the morning or around lunch. The idiotic Covid protocols they have are silly and ignorant. Most of the staff seem to hate life, but hate customer interaction more.The doctors are great though.
I just tried to ask 2 employees if they took my insurance.One was looking at her phone and told me that she was not on the clock...The other told me I would need to wait, that she was too busy...There was only one customer in the store that I could see... I think that they are used to not having to actually work since carona pandemic started. Sad
They’re the best. Such a warm and welcoming staff.
If you have welfare or other such insurance they will except you with open arms. But if you work for a living and and have employee sponsored eye insurance you might not get excepted. Good old Wal-Mart at there finest goofy policies...
Dr Colarossi is one of the best around. He takes time to really listen and truly cares for his patients.The staff are always friendly and helpful.Beth answered the phone first thing in the morning cheerfully and was very helpful. Highly recommend Dr Colarossi and his staff. I’ve seen other reviews that mention a longer wait time please keep in mind that you too would want the extra time if you are having problems and the time the Dr. takes with his patients are exactly why you may have experienced a longer wait time. He answers your questions and listens instead of rushing you in and out.Personal care can sometimes take more time than expected. But be assured the time and care will be taken with your time with him as well. That’s what I want In a dr. One who truly cares about my and my families well being.
Absolutely the worst experience. Multiple employees sitting around doing nothing, no help whatsoever. The SLOWEST service I’ve ever had. Had an appointment at 2:30 didn’t leave until 4:45. AND they let other people, without appointments, ahead of those us who’ve waited weeks to book an appointment. Absolutely terrible, if I could give zero stars, I would.
I went and had a full exam they told me to come back in a week to pick up my glasses .... Oh the glasses were there but they werent the right prescription every time I put them on I get a migraine headache . Called them they to let they know my glasses werent right and basically got the typical Walmart answer sorry but there isnt nothing we can do .... Hey Walmart stick to selling made in china products and stuff that doesnt effect people vision and lives and stay out of the vision field cause you stink at getting it right !
I have never had an issue with the staff not waiting on me but then again when I walked in and seen them just sitting there not with a customer I just walked right up and told them what I wanted. Dr. C also was very nice and informative.
Been waiting 2 hours for exam and had to leave without my exam. 2 hours and had to leave because my ride couldnt wait any longer. Will never come back to the store again.
The Dr does a great job and staff is friendly, but pack a lunch cause youll be there awhile!! The wait is pretty rediculas!
1 doctor now, if u thought wait was long before...terrible now.
Very dissatisfied with the service here. They make your appointment for 1pm and its now 2 and Im still waiting. If I was late I would of had to reschedule. Well considering its their fault I should get a discount.
