This Kroger store was immaculate. The layout was very good and I was able to find most of my groceries very nicely. Cheryl was kind enough to direct me to the limes in the produce department. She exhibited a nice smile and professional mannerism. Bernice at the checkout had a bubbly personality and was an excellent conversationalist. She did her job efficiently and well. I would highly recommend this Kroger location to family, friends, and colleagues.

Let me preface by saying this is our go-to grocery store in the area. We feel its the best we have around these parts. Our last visit was on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 6th, 2021. It was disappointing to see so many employees doing stock during the day on LABOR DAY. Give them the day off. Operate on a skeleton crew on just one day out of the summer. So many employees were out putting away stock that they were in the way of customers and didnt show much concern that they were constantly in the way. Also, its really frustrating to see so few customers and employees wearing masks or social distancing. COVID is still around. Heck, its spiking in this area again and yet the mask mandates are gone. Theres no enforcement for vaccinations so its a very dangerous game businesses are playing by not requiring masks again. I hope those things get looked at by management/corporate and addressed soon.

Store is great. Almost always beautifully stocked. Hot food is fresh, cold drinks cool, bread selection great. Pretty solid drinks selection too- both soft and alcoholic. Prices are good for a grocery store, but they can have sales that are god-tier.Only major issue I have is the self check. It is painfully slow, especially as a former cashier. They are also small and unforgiving- unless you perfectly stack, youll run out of space quick. Dont think about shifting the stuff either- system freezes up if you remove anything or even shift stuff on some of them. Not a killer, but is a severe annoyance.

Krogers is a nice store. Theres a great selection of groceries here. Great selection of health and organic foods, fresh produce, and bakery items. Also, my favorite thing about Krogers is the SUSHI! Its fantastic and fresh and the chefs are always friendly. Also, the bakery is really good. Staff are very friendly for the most part. So much variety and love the health foods! Overall, its a very nice store.

Beautiful produce selection. Fresh sushi, made daily on site. Deli, bakery, seafood departments are open all day. They have vegan section, gluten-free section, a pharmacy, beauty and toys and seasonal. The state liquor store is on the premises. They have recently added a pick up service on their app. Employees are very friendly, there is always a manager on the floor, usually helping employees and quick to help shoppers. Best store in town.

I always enjoy coming here to shop. The prices are fair, the location is always clean, and in my experience the employees are always friendly and willing to help you when youre trying to find something. The aisles are quite wide and spacious enough to accommodate everyone even at peak times.

Fresh fruit and vegetables. Meat had some sales today too. Only place around we can find his almond, cashew chocolate drink. Have to drive 45 minutes to get here but totally worth it in our opinion. Nice drive, see a lot of farms.

Its big, bright and clean. Huge selection of meats and fresh produce. Plenty of organic choices for pretty much everything, as well as vegetarian/vegan items. Its easy to find what your looking for, and plenty of people to help if you need it.

I have had for the most part very good experiences at this store. It is very well stocked, and carry quite a few hard to find items. If you dont like the hassle of walmart, then try this place. The pharmacy could be better.

Prices are fine but if you are handicapped dont expect to have a working or charged cart. I had to switch out twice and the newer one still died. It might also be lazy people using them who dont really need them. But its an issue here. They also have products online that they dont carry in the store when I tried to say something it wouldnt let me submit the comment on the website.

Great place to shop! They keep a variety of products ranging from inexpensive to name brand. You can grab a drink from Starbucks, a hot meal from the Chicken Co. or Pizza Romano. Theres a liqour store inside, a well stocked cheese bar and to top it off a first rate pharmacy. The staff is typically friendly and helpful making for an enjoyable experience. Its definitely worth stopping in and dont be surprised if it ends up being your new favorite place to shop!

Not a lot of choices when it came to fruit and vegetables. Some organic, but not many fresh. The store is large though. Large parking lot and two lights to get in and out of lot. Self pay was fast and easy. Need to focus less on meat and dairy and more on plant based options.

I absolutely love shopping clicklist. I had broken my ankle and leg in December 2018, and this is awesome since its hard for me to get around to shop. Very convenient! The Best way to shop!

Steubenville Kroger was just remodeled and is an awesome store to shop at. It has a Starbucks, a chicken and pizza store built inside as well as a liquor store and flower shop. The store is well laid out and includes a deli, bakery, sushi stand, and an unbelievable imported cheese selection. There are many checkout options as well. Great store!

SHOPPING HERE IS NICE JOHN IN THE BAKERY. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND NICE!!!THE CASHIER KATHLEEN ALSO WAS GREAT.

Its a really big store, one of the biggest Krogers Ive seen. I like the layout. The aisles are wide enough. Although they didnt have many lanes open when I went, it was still a decent wait. I dont like their entrance/exit. Its really small and if its busy inside you have to steer around people entering.

Theyve got a gluten-free section, sushi counter and a Starbucks so by Steubenville standards, first rate. But I wish they stocked Fresca!

Kroger is good for a quick stop on my way home. I only shop the sales at Kroger because most of their prices are higher then other stores. I do like the fresh fish and the produce is fantastic.

I love the Krogers in Steubenville. Its so well organized. And you can find anything there. Theres even a liquor store in the store. Its a fantastic store. My family loves it.

Absolutely no parking when big red is having a game. Could not even get groceries after work. Would not recommend if you want a single thing because you’d have to walk a half mile to get it. They also hung up on me when I asked where I should park.

Bad they said they closed at 6pm yesterday and i got there 5:30pm and they had people at the doors stopping customers from entering. i worked retail and cloesd at 6 ment closed at 6. it took me 20min to get my young children ready. its enough to make me drive a extra 5min for better customer service. not the first thing that made me rethink things.

Freshly remodeled, has a great deli and meat department. The sushi is always exceptional. Unfortunately the store seems poorly managed. I cant begin to count how many less than satisfactory experiences Ive had here. Whether it be all the shopping carts are everywhere but inside the entrance to the store ( yes Im saying that at least once a week there are no carts in the store) or its spoiled/moldy produce. Today I was there and there was fresh produce frozen solid. It always seems like something. Forget speaking to management about it. She is either busy or if by chance you do get to speak with her, she is not helpful or even personable. If this store werent 1/2 mile from my house I wouldnt even go there. Do yourselves a favor and go to their Wintersville store. It may not be as esthetically pleasing, but its a far better store. If it werent for the meat department, I would have given 0 stars.

Stopped in at Krogers to look at their card selection. I couldnt believe what I saw. TWO full Isles of cards. Any kind of card that you might be looking for, they have it. I Suggest the next time you are in krogers in Steubenville Ohio, check it out

Clean enough and has better variety of foods compared to Walmart. Staff is by no means great, and it shows especially in the deli (close at 9 yet tries to refuse service at 8:30) and self check out can be a real hassle when you have to wait for an attendant to quit BSing with others. When it comes to grocery shopping this Krogers > Walmart. One of the nice benefits is when something is out of stock managers will price match (even more expensive) alternatives. As a coffee lover, it is great to be able to get a coffee at Starbucks on the way out.

Easily one of my least favorite Krogers Ive been to. The produce usually is not in the best of shape (no where close to being ripe, bruised, etc.). The layout of the store is incredibly akward. Even after going there 50+ times, some things are still incredibly hard to find because some aisles are long and some aisles are divided into two separate aisles instead of one long aisle. The staff is generally average or below average in terms of how helpful and how friendly they are.

Ive called multiple times to ask one question. After trying all departments I finally got someone to answer. The lady had a horrible attitude when she answered the phone. When I proceeded to ask my question she answered with a bad attitude as if it wasnt bad enough I had to hear her attitude. Also she hung up on me. Very poor customer service!!

The store has decent prices and allot of new additions even though its still being remodeled its in the making to be a even better shopping experience. The addition of Starbucks and several other new amenities are awesome.

Just called customer service at Kroger in Steubenville. I was wanting to see if they carried a product called Swerve or Erythritol. Lady who answered was very rude pretended not to hear me and hung up on me. Was willing to drive 20 miles to get it. Forget it Ill order from Amazon.

This Krogers location has a great selection of vegetables, fruits, and other produce. They seem to be constantly expanding their health and natural foods section. My only complaint is their desk customer service is horrendous. They seem to have no way of helping you find anything, even if you have the product in hand. The management staff and front desk personnel will just randomly guess and give you a general direction. If Krogers gets a good locator app like Walmart or Lowes, they wont even need the CSRs at the front desk. I usually know what I want when I arrived, so they still get 4 stars for selection and good sales.
