I go in the ups store often and they are always extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The customer service is outstanding. They have much better prices for printing then local competitors. Also have a great graphic design team.

Rude and wont help you with package issues

My brother-in-law tried to go in the store with me to use the notary service and was unable to walk to the door because of a medical issue. Kelli went out to the car to confirm his identity and get a signature. We really appreciate that. They were so friendly. Thats great service!

When there is a problem they are NOT customer friendly. The person is rude and is not helpful, if you want good service go somewhere else! My package was delivered to a wrong address and the owner could care less about the loss! Use this service at Your own risk. And yes they will screw it up!!!

The manager the short woman was just so obnoxiously rude because I was inquiring about sending cigarettes. And she got very hostile was totally unprofessional and was not even listening to the question. unfortunately due to the time constraint I had no choice but to use your service as a union worker I am very disgusted by your lack of professionalism.

It was a good experience. The young man greeted me as he came to the counter. He had a pleasant disposition and a good sense of humor, I like that with people Im dealing with. Informed me what was going on as he was doing his job. Ill be back again in the future when I need the UPS Store.

I dont visit here often but whenever I do its always a pleasant experience. Workers are nice and always trying to get you the lowest price. Love this store!

I walk in and no one was at the counter and no one said hello as I walked in and ups wants greetings within the first 10 seconds of walking in.I then needed an overnight envelope with a pouch, they didnt carry them. they gave me an envelope and had to put a pouch on which I then got charged for when UPS gives them the items for free. I will never go back here again. they employees were rude as well and so was the owner.

The store wanted to charge $52.00 to ship a RC car to my nephew. Then they charged us $18.99 for the box. Because they already had the stuff in the box, they refused to give us our stuff back and MADE us pay for the box. I will be contacting UPS as well!!!!!!!

Due to a medical condition I cannot lift heavy packages. They were so kind, the girl went to my car and took the packages in the store. Excellent service and the help was appreciated...

I was denied shipping service at this Store. I was asked to reveal the contents of my package and when I responded a scope cover and a lens being shipped to the manufacturer for repair the store employee (who I believe was the manager) refused to process my return. When I questioned reason for refusal she told me it could possibly be used on a firearm. I further questioned and she made a scene in front of other patrons and employees, referring to laws and Las Vegas Shooting? Regardless of whether a scope lens and cover can be used on a firearm, to my knowledge the 2nd Amendment is still in existence.

Very overpriced, did not honor the quote I got online. Go across the parking lot to OfficeMax, I left the UPS store and went there and they shipped my package for half of what UPS wanted (almost exactly what my online quote was). Very nice enployees, but I will never be back.

Just like the persons review about the RC car. They want to nickel and dime you for everything they tried to charge me $12 to ship something that is the size of a dvd. Also they insisted I pay for a shipping envelope when my item was already in a shipping envelope. This ups store is not setting a standard when it comes to customer service.

Never called or came to door, just dumped package off, where I could never get andleft.
