Apparently this is how they undercoat a brand new 2021 jeep wrangler i purchased from them. Would not recommend this dealership. This is only one of the many problems i have had with them. Not only is the overspray all over the fender liners, transfer case, exhaust, and transmission, it is also on the paint. Take your business elsewhere.

I had them watching for a simple big truck to move our cattle. So as soon as they saw one they notified me of it. When I got there we went for a test run and it proved to be the right truck. So everyone jumped into action and got all the papers done in a record amount of time. Everyone was very pleasant to us. Avoid this place at all costs! And if you don’t, watch out! Whenever they try and sell you a car they have $2000 worth of hidden costs in the monthly payment that they call the “Premium Delivery”. Also, make sure you KBB your trade before going there! I was offered $1,700 under fair trade in value on a perfectly fine vehicle! They low ball trades bad!

My twin sister and I were looking for a Ram that had the Tow Package as we have horses. We went to a dealership in Minocqua and right as we walked in the door the salesman there first asked us which one of us had money 🙄 and didnt think we girls knew how to drive a truck (the car we wanted to look at was dead upon arrival).Needless to say we left as soon as possible and thank goodness we did as we found our truck online at Kocourek!! My wife drove 3 hours round trip only to show up and the car we were going to purchase sold from underneath us. We had communicated with the salesman all day and he knew we were going to arrive to the exact time. Not even a call to inform us to turn around. Sales Manager made me feel like i was the one in the wrong for being upset. Poor communication on that sales team. Why was the car not on a hold when they knew i was coming with payment? It was pulled up front and waiting for our arrival. Lost any future business with my family.

I originally went in just for a test drive set up by Kaycee. She was fantastic to work with to get that set up. When we arrived, Vinny greeted us in the parking lot and helped us immediately. I have only owned a car with a co signer, so purchasing a vehicle on my own was a terrifying thought. I went on the test drive and fell in love with the vehicle. I’d give zero stars if possible. Avoid at all costs! After waiting an hour to have my trade in vehicle checked out when I had a scheduled appointment, I put money down on a vehicle after we had an agreed on a price. At the time of signing final paperwork the salesman added an extra $2k in costs that were never disclosed and he changed the trade in value to a lesser amount. Offered me to cover half of the $2k that I never wanted after I caught it……. It was all a huge joke. If you value your time and hard earned money you will go elsewhere.

It was an awesome experience. Juliana was very nice and NOT a pushy sales person like some others that force you to get something you dont want. She made sure it was what I wanted and that i was happy with what she was showing me.

I just bought a car from this dealership and it was the best experience Ive ever had. I emailed them the different styles of cars I liked. Within a day I had a list of cars from all their dealerships. The one I liked was from Ashland. They sent a driver to grab it immediately. After a quick test drive, I decided it was the car for me. They offered me a great deal on the vehicle and a fair trade for mine. They even had a driver bring it to my house, two hours away! I cant recommend this dealership enough. Theyll have my business for all of our future car purchases.

This is my 3rd vehicle from Stevens Point Chrysler and we will definitely be back! I had poor credit when I traded my Buick Rendezvous in a little over a year ago but they found me a Chevrolet Traverse at another lot which they were able to get me in at an affordable price with incredibly low mileage and had it delivered the same day which I drove home that same day! They made everything a smooth experience for me and worked with my credit and my budget...PLUS a couple of months later when I went back to inquire about a truck my husband really wanted, they were able to finance that for us too, no questions asked...I was ecstatic that they were able to get my husband into his dream truck. Now its over a year later and I just was able to trade my Traverse in for a brand new Jeep Renegade even though my Traverse wasnt paid off yet...they supported me throughout the entire process and made it a very incredible experience. I will NEVER return to this dealership. First of all, our salesperson Brandon was very pushy and always tried to talk us into purchasing even though we expressed we werent ready and that we were just looking. When we were finally ready, we decided to purchase a 2017 Jeep Compass. On their website it was advertised to have 5,000 miles less than it actually had and we were not notified of that. The price was not adjusted at all according to that. It came with bald tires and even though we put down a large percentage of the price in cash, they refused to work with us on new tires or even a discount. We got it home and realized that there was no spare tire, which we also werent notified of. Inside the truck, underneath the floor panel where you store the spare was a large piece of plastic broken off the side of the trunk that was not visible unless you lifted the panel. This was not shown to us. I contacted them after the sale with all of these concerns and they absolutely refused to work with us on any of the issues. I was forwarded to a manager, Randall, who assured me that he would look into it and get back to me. He never got back to me and was obviously lying. Now weve had the vehicle for UNDER 2,000 MILES and the transmission is slamming into gear and most likely going bad. This dealership likes to advertise that they care about their customers, but its evident that once the sale is made they wont show you the time of day. Just reinforces the stereotypes about car salesmen being SCUMBAGS.

This concerns the service department..I have a 2018 Chrysler 300 it had gotten stuck in flood water killed the engine no interior damage it is under insurance and warranty it needed to go to dealership I chose the closest one to me at the time first this place denied my car and sent it somewhere else then my car had to be towed back to them due to a mistake on there part. They had my car for about a week and fixed it we went to pick up car there was grease all over interior the floor board on driver side was muddy and caked with dirt and grease and cigarette ashes reaked of smoke and extra 44 miles on it car I took 2 hours to detail it its literally is a brand new car any way it had a super bad shake and vibration it wasnt right they all agured and said no its not throwing codes and said it was totally normal gave a stupid story its a 2018 with less than 4000 miles on it my husband is also a mechanic its not normal well needless to say we eneded up bringing car back due to insurance saying we had to we were very persistent it wasnt right had to get a chrylser corp employee involved and low and behold the engine actually had to be replaced Im suprise it took only two days to do hmm.he said the original guy called in they had to put a different tech on it and good thing becasue it needed a new motor Went to pick it up again and again filthy grease all over big dent in roof and white scratches and paint on roof. No one knew how it got there .we complained again and requested they use seat covers and plastic when entering car they did end up taking it and buffing scratches out first they said they didnt need to take headliner down to get dent out but when I got my car back again it was loaded with greasy fingerprints on my very light colored headliner and all over interior of car the plastic pieces where broken and parts of headliner where ripped up in corners. Seat cover was balled up in passenger seat. .the car still doesnt run or shift correctly and we have a appointment for the dealership we bought it from. All they had to say was sorry you had a bad experience..yes aweful indeed i will not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was perhaps not typical, but I happened to find the car online, and followed up with Olivia about the details, and needing the car to be brought up here in the Northwoods. That all happened very fast, and I was grateful because my husband was unable to help. Our older vehicle was fast approaching 200,00 miles, and although we loved it, it was no longer a good idea to keep sticking more money into it. If you find postings from this dealership on Facebook Marketplace, do NOT rely on what those say. We were looking for a low budget-priced second car and saw an online ad for a car that was supposed to have been inspected by an ASE certified mechanic. We corresponded through Facebook Messenger with this companys online representative, asked some questions about their bottom line price, and were told that there was room for considerable adjustment to their asking price. When we asked further questions about the car, we were told it would be best to make an appointment for a test drive and to see the car. When asked, we told her we could be there in 45 minutes. When we arrived at the dealership expecting to be able to take a test drive and were going to look at the car while the salesman got the key, we instead found the car with a sticker prominently placed on it reading THIS VEHICLE NOT FOR SALE. It turned out the car had NOT BEEN INSPECTED by an ASE certified mechanic as published in the ad. We wouldnt even be allowed to test drive the car until we would allow their mechanic to look at it and make sure it was safe to drive. We were given the key, however, and allowed to start the car. The first thing we noticed was the check engine light was on. Luckily, since we had been looking at private-party cars for sale earlier in the day, I had my scanning tool with me. We plugged that it into the car to check the codes and found multiple issues. We also found enough other issues with the car that caused us to decline their offer to have their mechanic check to see if it was safe enough for us to test drive. Needless to say, we were NOT happy to have driven 45 minutes to see an UNINSPECTED CAR. I raised that issue with a manager there and asked how they could even list an asking price on a car that hadnt even been checked by their mechanics, and was pretty much informed that was why the online rep had told us there was room for adjustment to their asking price. I again reiterated that a published ad should be factual and that claims regarding a car as having been inspected need to be real, and that we had no interest in that car. He then said that apparently there had been some miscommunication and tried to upsell us on a different vehicle. We declined and left.

Everyone was so friendly and Cody was so helpful trying to find exactly what I wanted and needed for my new vehicle!!

We have bought a total of three vehicles here. For the last two we worked with Vinny and he was honest and did his best to get us what we needed. Eric reviewed and purchased our vehicle. He was fair and easy to work with. I appreciate the fair prices and honest sales people.

I Seldom post comments on the internet but I have to give a two thumbs up huge thank you to this dealership for repairing my 09 Chevy truck I was heading home from deer camp and I drove 90 miles on a really bad front wheel bearing and pulled into the Stevens Point jeep dodge Chrysler service area. They were soooo helpful and got me back on the road in about 2 1/2 hours. I would have missed a day of work if it hadn’t been for Tyler the mechanic who replaced a lot of messed up components.
