Theodore was awesome and very friendly. My wife and I didnt feel pressured at all to purchase anything and we were able to browse a while before being approached (unlike some other stores).

Went in with a hyper bunch and they were still so accommodating. Helped us find what we needed in less than 20 minutes. And the furniture we purchased was on sale too!! Only downfall is waiting for it to get here 5 to 6 weeks. Oh well at least we got it at a steal and its a gorgeous all wood piece of furniture!

My mother purchased a Lift Chair for my step father- he doesn’t walk, he can stand and pivot to his wheelchair. She bought the insurance that was offered too. The chair didn’t even last a year! It’s broken and leans to one side and the footrest will not close anymore-stays out about 6 inches, it’s now a death trap! We notified Craig in March 2021 and EVERY month since then the replacement is backed out to the end of the next month. I would not recommend shopping here and certainly do not buy the insurance. They blame the manufacturer but honestly, if they wanted to fix the problem they would have already.

There were supposed to set up for delivery with my mother. I called to confirm never had set up. 2 of the sales men were cocky .wont be shopping there. We went to Appleton much better service

Found a great deal on a recliner but the customer service was mediocre at best. If they get commission, they need more initiative to deserve that.

I’ve gone into Slumberland several times until I found the couch I wanted. Always the sales associates have been respectful and helpful. I definitely will be a return customer and recommend Slumberland to family and friends.

Took forever to even be acknowledged by a salesperson but once I was the lady that helped me was phenomenal. She helped me find what I needed and got me out the door! Three other salesmen walked past me not even making eye contact or acknowledging me. Im glad she wanted to make a sale.

Love Slumberland, reasonable prices, great furniture. Just didnt get the fifth star because 2 days before my last purchase, the price was $100 less. I dont mind so much that I missed the sale as that the salesman wouldnt acknowledge that the piece was ever that price. Still got a pretty good deal!

I have had luck with Slumberland previously and after shopping around at 2 other places as well, I decided to keep my purchase wirh Slumberland this time as well. I like being able to browse on my own with help being offered for when I was ready. I am not crazy about someone hoovering over me the whole time. I like the qualiry of your products and wonderful pricing as well. I am a fan!!

Very Very POOR Customer Service. The salesman was dishonest about information And Withheld pertinent information regarding the return policy. Would not recommend them for a dog bed. When I asked why I did not get a receipt he replied Its on your credit card. Manager was rude & also no customer service skills. End result I am stuck with a bed I hate! Will never go back or recommend. Read yelp reviews before purchasing here. They say almost the same complaints.

Scott has been my go to salesman after my good experience when I made a barstool purchase for my husband’s work bench for Christmas 2020. I also left the store w/new pillow for my neck issues.Since then he has been very personable & professional in other purchases made in Spring. I recently wanted to buy 2 Adirondack chairs but they were not in stock in Stevens Point. He contacted other stores & found the chairs in Marshfield. While in that city last Fri, I got to see the chairs & a matching side table. The set was on display & would not fit into my vehicle. I was able to contact Scott on Sat & my items will be sent from Marshfield to Point & will be delivered to my home in Plover in a few weeks. I’m glad they were able to help me & made me a happy customer once again. 😊👍

The business is Not a high pressured sales store. The sales people are knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. They point you in the direction of the items your looking for and stand back letting you look and try out items on your own, but are there to answer any questions you may have.

We come into the store looking for a pair of lazy boy recliners. The salesman was very patient with us as we selected two from the large offering.

Today I was able to pick out new furniture and received amazingly/affordable financing. Scott Pretat went above and beyond as a salesman. He gave me honest opinions when I asked him about wear and tear with children. I absolutely love all my choices and am so grateful Scott helped me along the way.

Scott was very helpful. I liked that he let us look on our own a bit and didn’t force me to look at anything I didn’t like. No pressure salesmen. Also Slumberland had styles I liked which the previous two stores I went to did not.

After asking whether we liked a firm or soft mattress, Scott, our sales person, took my husband and I around the store to try out five or six beds, all the while explaining each feature, with good true-to-life examples to help us relate. He took his time so that we could process the information about each bed and the way our backs felt after lying down on them. He was extra patient with my overly-involved questions as we tried each one. We left confident that we would soon be sleeping on one of the nicest and most affordable mattresses out there. Because of his help, we even stayed for a while after we paid for the mattress to look around for an extra piece. He had also mentioned that Slumberlands floor prices would remain the same for an extra two weeks past this weekend. So, yes well be back for more amazing deals. Thanks again, Scott!!

Went in to just look. They approached us offering to help right away. After we said we were just looking they left us alone. We hate overbearing salesmen. When we needed info they were there on the spot asap. Very informative. Left the store after our purchase feeling satisfied and excited about our purchase. Cant ask for anything more and wont accept anything less. I will shop there again.

If i could give them a half star I would. I purchased a couch on 02/18/2019, the salesman had ensured me that the couch would be available for delivery as soon as I needed it. I gave them a call on 3/1/2019. When I spoke to the salesman he had told me he had sold more couches than he had, in his inventory and was unable to give me a date when he would have more. He gave me a super broad spectrum of sometime in the month of April maybe it will be available. I then asked the salesman if this is a common occurrence at Slumberland furniture, and his response was when they have sales they often over sell. I will never be purchasing anything from this establishment again. He in no way offered a solution to the problem, or any sort of compensation for my troubles. I purchased a couch cause I obviously needed one, and he assured me it would be available whenever I needed it.. You know what they say fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.All this being said, I would not recommend you shop here. They will lie to you for sales.

We purchased a mattress set recently and had several things go wrong, one of which was that the wrong type of box spring was ordered and delivered. While the correct one was on order we found that the mattress was too hard - this is guaranteed for an exchange if we purchase the required mattress protector which we did. When we told them that we would like to do the exchange we were given a hard time (after all we did lay on it in the store - for a few minutes). But they did order the replacement mattress and delivered it at the same time as the correct box spring. Since the box spring was their error it was supposed to be delivered for free but we still had to pay delivery for the mattress exchange - doesnt make sense because we took a delivery date so they didnt have to come twice. And the refund/difference is given in a store credit and there is an additional charge for exchanging! We had been pleased with Slumberland in the past but recently the policy or people have changed. When I wrote to the manager about these issues and others which were in addition to what I listed here I did not even receive an acknowledgment of my letter. Not a pleasant experience.Would not recommend this store nor will we come back to it.

We purchased a mattress from another slumberland location and it we received a replacement certificate because our mattress had a 3 sag after 2 years. We took it to this location and they were helpful in picking a replacement but after pushing our delivery date 3 weeks out they just called and said it will be another 2 weeks!!! 5 weeks for a delivery is ridiculous. We are at the low end of the totem pole because it was a replacement but I feel like they are only pushing us further from ever shopping here again.
