Was just in there. Dont recall the gentlemans name but he was SUPER helpful! Asked lots questions, he was super patient, helped target my likes, payed attention to my dislikes. Was detailed about the products but not overly done which is great!!! He was the perfect salesman, more interested in YOUR likes and not a quick sale.

Usually the staff it’s so sweet and nice. Today there was a blonde girl. Idk her name. I didn’t care to ask. she was so rude. working the second counter today and DID NOT ID check the woman in front of me. I went to purchase ONE pack of juul pods, she told me i needed to show her my ID, but when I showed her my ID she said she needed to see both mine and my boyfriends. He wasn’t planning on purchasing anything, so he did not bring his wallet. The treatment was very rude and unfair. Terrible customer service, it makes me not want to go back.

Went there today for a new vape box mod and a new tank. Excellent service and help. Very friendly and kind staff. Im an experienced vaper but was unsure which device I wanted. Ive had one that lasted 4+ years and havent kept up on the equipment too much. I was allowed to try them and play around a bit with each to make a good choice. She was knowledgeable in explaining the +/- of them. I will be back!Addendum:Ive been back several times since my first review, for other equipment and even problems with an item I had purchased. Worked with several different employees and each time was great. Knowledgeable service, patient teaching, and quite helpful to me each time I went. My go-to place now.

Wouldnt warranty a vape pen that stopped working in six days because I didnt have the receipt. And policy says I need one. I paid twenty for it, so figure they paid about half. Never go here again or recommend anyone does. Thats not customer service to me. Unfortunately you cant share zero stars.

For the size of this town they have a very good selection of cigars, and the service is great. I always get greeted and asked if I need help when I walk through the door, but I normally just walk into the humidor and wander for 10 minutes until I find what I want.

This place is awesome! The workers are nice and are very helpful. The prices are the best around and they have a good selection of incense, cigars, glass, and weird quirky stuff that Ive havent been able to find locally.

Employees claim its the responsibility of the customer to inspect sealed boxes to make sure nothing is damaged. Very shotty imported glass for the most part. Little to no American made glass. I guess if you dont want to wait for something to show up through Wish or DHgate then this would be the best option in town. Sadly you still have to drive out of town to get decent glassware around here
