Good sweet crepes and a tasty iced mocha.I really like how they have new comfortable chairs in there now. When they first opened up they had the most uncomfortable chairs.All the people working here were very kind and polite. You can tell that customer service is an important part of their mission here.

Best coffee around and really delicious, fun food options. Pretty extensive menu for a coffee shop ranging from breakfast to lunch as well as plenty of smaller snacks and desserts. The fantastic service brings it all together - staff has always been really friendly and accommodating! Genuinely love everything about Ruby Roasters!!

The coffee is quite good, you can only get it sweetened with honey or maple syrup- no sugar free or usual sweetener options- but thats fine because the coffee is quite good, even without sugar. The food there can be tasty. But they arent good with food for people with allergies. They have options mind you but that doesnt guarantee you will get dairy free even if you ask for their vegan batter.. After two botched orders Im out. That being said if you have no allergies it is a nice place to eat I am sure.It also has nice ambience. The place is clean and bright with large windows, and the staff are friendly.

Lovely space and kind staff! I had the sourdough bagel and a sparkling americano, both were delicious. They also have seasonal latte options that looked delicious. If I lived in the area I would go everyday!

So glad that Ruby opened a cafe in Stevens Point! Ruby is certainly one of the best coffee roasters in the state and this cafe is on its way to being one of the best as well. Its fairly spacious, well designed and even has some outdoor sitting area. I didnt try the crepes but hope to the next time I visit. My cortado was pulled well, but way over steamed which was disappointing. I am sure this will improve over time. Overall if you are looking for solid coffee some food to go with it this is hands down your best bet in the area!

We love the local offerings here- the food is amazing! Before Ruby opened I had never tried a savory scone. They are perfect if you want to eat something but dont want a full breakfast or something sugary. This is the only place in town to get them! My favorite drink to order is their honey latte. They always have pretty latte art too, perfect for photos if you like food art. The atmosphere is a little more formal than other coffee shops in the area but weve had no problems bringing young kiddos. They even have some books and activities available to keep them occupied!

Awesome new coffee shop with some great drinks in a modern space. Stopped in here recently while visiting some family in Point and was really impressed at how well this shop came together—they did a great job remodeling the former Water Street Grill. There’s comfortable tables and a nice bar area as well. The coffee is great, I really liked the honey latte, and they feature different baked goods from the nearby Main Grain (I loved the ‘pink lemonade’ bars!). I look forward to visiting this place again on my next trip to Point!

Love it! SP needed a place like this.Clean and simple interior, good lighting and atmosphere. Comfortable enough to spend some time. Good coffee,I am a dark roast guy so I need to discover what works for me but I’m also open to trying lighter roasts as well. Simple but well thought out menu. Reasonable prices, nice staff. Welcome to the neighborhood!

A fantastic addition to our wonderful community! Really beautiful atmosphere in a downtown location near the river. The crepes with banana and nutella were delicious (as was the espresso and iced latte!) and Ill certainly be back soon to try more.

It’s my favorite place to get coffee, great food options, locally sourced ingredients. The coffee is always freshly brewed and the beans freshly roasted. If you’re anywhere near Stevens Point make Ruby a destination, you won’t be disappointed.

I drove 20 minutes out of my way to try their coffee because I had heard great things. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I ended up getting 3 bags of beans and a latte to go. Totally worth it!

Came in from Madison and had to check this place out while I was in Point. The workers were so friendly and the coffee was delicious! I also had the meat scone which was incredible. I definitely will come back next time I’m in town!

The maple latte was outstanding. The maple was at the front of the flavor profile without being overpowering. Service was quick through the order and pickup window. The outside seating was well spaced and orderly.

Excellent coffee shop. Very good lattes and coffee. Rubys roasted beans are excellent and I highly recommend taking a bag home. The baked goods were a particular highlight. Cant recommend the blueberry scones highly enough! Scones are often dry but these were perfect in moisture and texture. Im really excited to try a crepe next time I return. They have both sweet and savory crepes you can make a meal out of.

These folks know what theyre roasting. Plenty of Single Origin coffees to choose from. Tasty house blend. They have Oatly oat milk so you know they are gonna treat u right. Bakery is tight as well

My recent experience...I stopped at Ruby coffee and wore my mask. I was about to order and was rudely interrupted by a worker behind the lady that was going to take my order. The man told me to pull my mask above my nose since it was slightly below.First off, the door just says, masks required. It does not say if you wear a mask slightly below your nose your not allowed into the store.Also, nobody else was in line with me and there is plexiglass as a barrier between me and the co-workers.Lastly, this made me feel small and not welcome into the store. It was an awkward moment for me and the employees. As I walked out, I didnt hear anything from anyone so they didnt care if they lost their business from me.This was extremely disappointing to experience, and sadly I no longer support or recommended this coffee shop because of this incident.

Try the Maple Latte, it is so good! The coffee was smooth and the maple was sweet but not overwhelming. Our baristra and waiter were charming and attentive. All and all it was a good place to meet friends for coffee.

Probably the best coffee in town. Its like a boulder, CO priced coffee shop but in Stevens Point. I think its worth it - but its about $3-$4 for small black coffee. It will probably be the best coffee youve ever had but its not cheap.

The coffee is always perfect. Ryan suggested oatmilk since I normally get almond milk. He was right, it was sooo good. They also have the best quiche.

Dirty Golden milk latte is a spicy trip to flavor town. The portions of the sausage crepes are borderline perfect while being filling. Amazing place, delicious food, and friendly service!

Today was my second visit to this place. The food is good but a bit pricey. I would say the value was there. However, I was very disappointed today when I ordered toast to go with my breakfast when it was delivered I asked for butter and preserves and was told that would cost a dollar extra! Who’s service or expect somebody to eat toast dry? Apparently Ruby does. Rather disappointing. we help could also benefit from a bit of training on empathy and customer service. otherwise probably one of the better breakfast places in the area.

Great coffee

We stopped here after our annual family fall hike. I had one of their delicious desserts. It was very good and the rest of the family had hot drinks. Excellent inside decor and plenty of seating. Would have given it 5 🌟 if the girls working would have been friendly. Could tell they didnt want to be there.

The Ruby Burger that I got as carry out was DELICIOUS! I love the fresh ingredients that Ruby is still able to maintain. In these tough times I still am glad that Ruby is able to offer high quality food and coffee. Support them and tip!

Love love love this addition to Downtown Stevens Point. Great coffee is not an easy task, and there are many who TRY (keyword) to do it well, but Ruby ACTUALLY does it GREAT. So proud to have them in this town offering diverse coffee selections and a place to meet friends for a bite to eat. With all the little unique shops nearby, the trip to Point makes it all worth it

If you are looking for a great place to meet a friend and get some coffee and maybe even some food, this is your place! They have delicious pastries and many of their other menu items, although I have not had them yet, look amazing! One of their baristas, Aaron, is the nicest guy. Great customer service and makes you feel very welcomed when you are there. Highly recommend!

Delightful experience! Pandemic times... on ordered online through their website, which was fast, easy to use, and well presented. Walked over to the cafe, picked up my crepe (bbq tempeh) and iced coffee. Perfect. Safe and socially distanced, as well as again, easy! My crepe was masterful; cooked to perfection, the peppers were perfect, tempeh nicely prepared, cole slaw was excellent - slightly tangy, cabbage crisp. The iced coffee was smooth, balanced, and just the right strength. Extra points for biodegradable to go container, bamboo utensils, and paper straw.

Intending to be an upscale coffee shop: decor is nice, prices are high. I had an iced tea, which was served in fairly good time and was made with a quality tea. Place was quite crowded at 11.30am.

Seriously, the best coffee I have ever had. Consistent quality between both this and the Nelsonville location. Only minor gripe is that the space is a bit crowded due to the popularity. The line was about 12 deep at 10am on Saturday, but the wait wasnt as long as expected.

Not a fan of the atmosphere, but I can see the appeal of it for others. There baked goods are okay. However I also was not a fan of there hot moka. And there wierd cups. Not my cup of coffee if you will. Haha. However it is a nice local hangout for people to come and relax in a calm atmosphere. Id definitely choose these guys over a Star bucks. Thanks guys

I went for lunch and could hardly hear my coworkers across the table from all the noise. The acoustics in this place are absolutely terrible. I ordered the beef stew, which was decent. The service was good as well, but the environment is too unpalatable for me to return.

We had the seasonal tartine and buckwheat crepe and it was delicious. Its a great addition to Stevens Point

Truly one of my favorite coffee places ever! I am fortunate enough where I have traveled to places in Europe and along the east & west cost, and out of all the unnecessary amount of coffee places Ive been too, Ruby is truly one of my favorites. I used to make the hour drive to Nelsonville just to drink their coffee and now I am so happy there is a location in Stevens Point! It is a unique and relaxing atmosphere, plus the staff is extremely friendly. The food is phenomanal as well and they are doing their part to remain environmentally friendly. They put so much thought into every item on the menu, resulting in a tasteful selection. Definately a must go.
