They got us our product but their services lied to us and said theyd get it installed, now they want 199$ for a membership I wont use so I can get it put together when we were told theyd do it for 40 bucks and no membership. Not impressed with customer service :/Edit : A representative got it all sorted for me, though Im still upset Id been told several different things.

I was was very impressed with the young man who assisted me. His name was Connor. I didnt know that I needed an appointment, and he very nicely explained that I would need to make one. He made my appointment and I will return to the store tomorrow. This young man should be recognized for his professional talent. I was very impressed with him.

Loved it! I took my 4 yr old daughters tablet back with one yr warranty. She stepped in it and screen was completely crushed! They swapped me out with a new one nooooo questions asked!!!! Amazing customer service ☺️ thx Guys 👍

We were looking for a gaming computer tower and even though they were having a three day sale and this was day one...their shelves were so...empty in the computer area that they had shifted stock onto shelves it didnt belong on so that the shelves would look less empty. It was weird. We bought a monitor but the boxes of the monitor we purchased werent being stored by the display model. They were over in a completely different place that was clearly meant for something else. It was odd. I think a lot of places have been hit hard with stock/employees/other stuff due to the covid affecting different things in different ways. 🤷

People are always kind and courteous and helpful. They had everything ready to load up when I got there. They loaded up my appliance and within minutes I was heading back home. Only bad thing is you cannot reach them by phone. Corporate thinks theyre too small of a store to have phones they can answer to help us customers ask questions before driving miles and miles just to see if they have what youre looking for

Terrible customer service, I went in to buy a TV and they tried to sell me a warranty that would end up costing me $400 for two years when all I wanted was the 2 year warranty for $189.99, and so the person I was working with just canceled the warranty all together, so now I don’t have a warranty on my new TV, and then it came time for them to load it in my truck and they wouldn’t help me strap it down, I understand that it can be a liability but I was already told by a different guy that they would strap it down, I’m pregnant and had a kid in my truck and I needed some help, luckily a nice stranger gave me a hand while they just walked away. I’ve never had an issue with Best Buy until I came to this location. Very disappointing.

Average Best Buy with pretty good college kids working there and a solid lead staff. You’ve always got the ones that aren’t as helpful but my experience is usually pretty average with them asking and making sure I get the help I need. Product selection is not always great.

Rarely has a good selection of products. Inferior to a lot of other bestbuy’s. They have a monitor has a messed up screen still up for buying. It has an external scratch that doesn’t look like it’s a lot of damage but the image distortion takes up almost all of the screen. I almost made the mistake of buying it a couple of months ago and I’m surprised to see that it’s still there.

Horrible customer service. I bought speaker wire on 4/14/21 and was told if it did not work to bring it back for a refund. On 4/15 I returned the store with the item and they said they could not take it back because it is used. I pleaded my case to no avail. I called Best Buy corporate and they said I did in fact qualify for a refund. I went back to the store and a female manager said, my GM said no I asked to speak to the GM and was told, she doesnt want to speak to you When I again stated what corporate had said she (the employee) stated that I could take care of it myself but she would not call corporate as she does not have the time This place is a joke and should be avoided! 10 employees standing around but their phone is not answered because they do not have enough staff (quoted by corporate operator). Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Best Buy here is the worst!

I decided to install a security system not too long ago. Not only did the Best Buy team help me sort through and choose which system would better suit my needs (camera quality, WiFi vs hardwired, memory storage capabilities, etc) but when I returned the following week to buy something else, the people who helped me remembered me and followed up with how things were working out. I appreciated the knowledgeable and thoughtful quality of customer service and Ill certainly continue my patronage.

Not happy with their geek phone call system. Its a mess. If they accidentally hang up on you, they dont call back because they dont have your number and you have to wait over 12 minutes again! Just to get a sparky person from who knows where telling you that you had a 20 minute appointment when you picked up your fixed computer so you could test your computer to see if they fixed it!! Really?? And....its not fixed.

Scheduled an appointment with geek squad, the appointment was in the evening, I drove 45 minutes to the Stillwater location, all for them to tell me they didn’t have an available tech to fix my phone. They “checked” their inventory to see if they had a replacement phone, of course they didn’t. They told me to schedule earlier in the day when there are 2 techs there at a time. I’ve tried calling the store all week, no one answers their phone. I am needing my phone repaired and would like to make sure that my parts/replacement phone is in stock before I make another hour and a half round trip.

The thing that has made the biggest impression on me is that when I walk straight to the back to look at refrigerators, the sales people come at me pretty hard. Overall, Best Buy is a really good company, and I feel good making Appliance purchases from them. The store is a big box store and can be a little overwhelming at times. This is the only picture I had worth posting here today. All my pictures were of refrigerators.

Terrible service! I went to look at the Pixel 5. Was told all they had was green. OK fine. Lets see it. They said it was in the box and I couldnt see it unless I bought it! They also said they didnt have any cases. They offered to order me one. I explained to Blake the manager that I was standing in a store and wanted to look at merchandise. I do not need the store if I am going to order everything.The store deserves to close!

Very poor knowledge and lack of customer service. They do not answer the business phone but call out on it with ease. That makes zero sense. I had a problem with a return and they literally told me themselves that there is no way to contact their site. You can call them dozens of times, but you will never get through. Even corporate couldnt contact them. So to get in contact with them or ask a question, you have to literally make tons of trips bc no one can seem to answer your question the first time. The workers seemed to all be college students just passing the time. They dont seem to know much, despite that overpriced Geeksquad they have. Instead of walking around asking the customers how they could assist them a lot of them were just standing around or rushing to get off of work. I made a purchase and had to ask for a bag to put my device in. I usually dont shop there because of a previous negative experience, but there are a lack of technology stores in my city. I will not be giving them my business again. Not worth it.

I needed a new iPhone during this Pandemic mess. I showed up at my local Best Buy and the staff was awesome. The Public was being allowed in on a as needed basis. The local staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs and desires. They cheerfully took care of everything for me I walked out with a new fully functioning iPhone with all my stuff installed and correct. I really had no preconceived notion of what I wanted and the staff helped me a lot. Its been almost 6 weeks and I love the phone. They clearly guided me in the right direction.

Poor training in the refund department. I was given the run-around the entire day from the physical store and corporate. This showed me that they are not good at honoring refunds for in-store purchases even if the purchase occurred within the same day. I will not be giving them my business ever again.

Typical Best Buy and Best Buy experience. Staff greets you and hounds you a little on the sales floor, but nothing crazy. Stock at this location was never that great, but even worse these days (presumably due to the pandemic). One of the few electronics places in town, so thats at least helpful.

I bought a range and was supposed to be delivered. I was told that since it was electric, it would be installed for free. When the delivery came, they only dropped in my garage with huge boxes which I could not unpack by myself. I had to return it. I was told that the refund would come in 3-4 days. But after a month the credit card company charged me for late fees. I have to go back to the store to fix the problem. The delivery team did not put the returned item in the system. I gave some stars as all the staff in the store are very good and helpful. But the customer service on the phone is just so hard to get through.

Just come from Stillwater best buy. For the last time. I came from Ponca City and our mask mandate is voluntary. But I had my mask in my pocket.I just walked in and went to the TVs.3 men come running at me with a mask box in their hand?Why did you need 3 men? Was your employees really going to lay hands on me?Unbelievable.Trust me. You wont EVER have to worry about me or any of my extended family again. Take my suggestion.Talk and fire emloyees.Someone WILL take the objection to a different level.3 guys come at me. I should befearing for my life. I dont carry a gun, but there is a reason for that. Store manager, Clayton, was very rude and he didnt know anything about costumer support!!! I had paid 250$ for one year geek squad protection plan on my laptop. After 6 months I brought my laptop to bestbuy with a minor issue with its touch screen. They return it to me after 2 months with a major issue!!! The screen was not showing anything at all!!! And they refused to refund my money back!!! So, their protection plan is just a joke!!

I shopped here to support local jobs (although this is not technically a local store) but then I tried to return an item and they didn’t let me do it because it was opened. I get it’s their policy, but if I had shopped in amazon I could have returned it... employees are super nice but don’t have lot of knowledge and they direct you to their webpage. All in all I’m happy they are in town but I wish their policies were more flexible and their employees more knowledgeable

I had scheduled (and paid for) best buy to install some of my speakers on the 14th of march. I received an email that they cancelled my appointment. I called, waited on hold for 15 minutes, got frustrated and hung up. I then called back sometime later and waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer before I got frustrated and hung up. I got no answer, no reply, no refund and the guy I messaged on the geek squad website said wow, I am sorry to hear that. No help and I am working 2 full time jobs right now so its not like I have a lot of time on my hands. Thanks for the help best buy, I will be taking my business elsewhere
