Rick helped me out.Did great job and I received exact parts I asked for and needed.The employees at the yard were very nice and helped load my parts.

I needed a left rear door for my 2006 Toyota Sequoia talk to Rick at Sharp Auto he got me a really nice replacement door same color in very good condition. And for almost half the price of everywhere else and he had to have it shipped from there yard in Wisconsin to the Stillwater where I picked it up would highly recommend this for all your used auto body parts .

I called this place now and I wanted to give the VIN of my vehicle to the agent and I cut off the call so aggressively. honestly I have always seen this Junque as a good place but now I am disappointed, I intend to spend more than $ 3,000 ..

Called ahead about a part to make absolutely sure it was available. The lady said it was available, went in to pick it up and they said it was in Green bay. I vaguely remember hearing the word green in the call, but i called the 651 number so i dont get why it would refer me to something in green bay.

Have alot of newer model parts, that places in the cities dont carry often.

Said they had the part. Waited for it for two days. After a 45 minutes drive there they said it hasnt showed up yet. I called them the next day and they said they lost it and couldnt help me. I asked if they could help me locate a replacement.. Good luck.

Terrible costumer service. Im not one to complain and this is actually the first negative review I have written. Ordered a part online- went to go pick it up and found out it was at their other location in WI. Even though it is listed clearly on the website there were 3 in stock at this location. Ok- so I tell them I would like the part shipped to my house- mistakes happen. NOPE. They say that I need to pay for the shipping even though I drove 30 miles each way and wasted an hour of my time. Steve (manager?) is who I was dealing with and was not sympathetic to the situation at all and acted like it was my fault they had the parts listed wrong on the website. Not even an apology was given the entire time. Dont waste your time like I did and trust a more reputable place.

Fast and friendly service. It helps that they actually have a little knowledge, and more and more Auto Recyclers these days do not seem to have any car knowledge.

They had a bumper listed on line. I purchased and 10 minutes later get a call to inform me that the bumper had been sold over a year ago. They said they had another for double the price. Just a bare and switch.

Good place to get your used parts. Bought 2 doors which got shipped without the door hinges. Called them 2 weeks later when the shop was about to put up the doors and realised the doors didnt have the hinges. The hinges were dropped off at the the shop within 24 hours. Excellent customer service.

Sharp Auto Parts has a robust supply of parts for newer vehicles that makes it convenient when you have to save money and not spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on OEM Parts when you can just go to Sharp and get them for a fraction of the price in my opinion these guys are the go-to for your used auto parts needs.

Bought an engine from them that didnt work and they referred me to their warranty department that did nothing but give the run around and was rude as hell. Dont buy used engines from them, they just pull them and sell them. They dont make sure their parts are working before they sell them. Wish I could give a 0

Don’t wanna work .ask for simple brackets

Bought a used transmission. Installed it and went to replace the filter as the last step before filling it up and starting. The pan was full of debris and broken parts. Filled the trans up and it wouldnt budge. Called and got a replacement and was told by them hey, sorry thats just the way it is. We dont test all of them. I cant help ya besides another one.I do not recommend purchasing parts from a place like this.

I run an auto shop and sometimes you just have to hunt down a hard to find part, Sharps makes it easy. They offer warranty on most parts and are very fair priced.

Got a used transmission from them. Cost $530 for the tranny and $550 to install. Tranny HAD NO REVERSE. Sharp auto would not cover any installation cost even though they sold s part that they verified to be working. After 10 plus calls and messages they said they could get me another one from green bay. So now I have to pay another $550 to get this one Installed. Do not use this company.

Called this place for a driveshaft making sure to ask if it was complete and was told it was all there, when i went to pickup the driveshaft it was NOT complete like i was told it would be, wasted my time hope no one else uses this careless place seems like they just dont care to listen to what a customer is asking for THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.... I read your response to this post and I just wanted to clarify I called in advance and specifically asked if the dampener bushing was attached and was guaranteed it was. Guess what? It wasnt.

Great Auto parts recycler. Over the years, I have purchased transmissions and other miscellaneous parts with great success. Recently I purchased a full leather interior for a Rav4 to replace my cloth seats. The price was great! Rick and the guys in the yard were super helpful and patient even when I had a ton of questions. Rick assured me if they didn’t fit I could return them in 90 days. But there was no need to return them because the heated leather seats are now installed in my Rav4 and they look and work great! A+++++

Not a very good parts dept.phone rep on the phone.The lady didnt know much of anything.Very rude as well.Will not be doing business with this company.Prices are high as heck.Can almost buy new for the prices they charge.Very disappointed!!Also emailed them a time or two with no response.Bottom line is customer service is very poor.

Why are they closed on saturdays, for the most of us that have 8-5 jobs cant ever get there when we know they have we need at good prices.

Bought a engine that didnt run. And they told me to call their warranty number. I got now where with them. Nobody was willing to step in and make it right. Will never buy from this place as long as I live.
