I had a flat that needed repair and Ive always done my work at Discount tire. I have the warranty so no charge for the repair but looked all the tires over and have them check the tread and winters ready to hit here in Minnesota so I bought new rubber all the way around. I am always pleased with their service

The manager, Brandon, did an outstanding job of suggesting the right number of tires for my cargo trailer. Brandon and his staff went out of their way to ensure I would be safe on the road. Joe was able to match an online retailer for me apples to apples and special order the tires I specifically requested. A small non-critical error was made during the installation and he immediately addressed it with concern as if it was his own vehicle. I have been going to this place for tires and service for quite some time. Today I had a flat tire on our RV fixed and I came to have them switch out the tires. They had us taken care of within a half an hour. I asked what the bill was going to be and they said we dont charge for fixing flat tires. I didnt even buy the tires there for the rv. They came on a brand new RV. Their service has always been great. And obviously they take care of their customers. I would highly recommend using them for your tire needs.

Discount tire tries hard. Manager Brandon & employee Brandon went out of their way for me & I appreciate it. Somehow my online order got screwed up & it took 2 visits to accomplish what should have been one appointment. I felt like they heard my complaint & worked on my behalf to remedy it. I couldnt expect recovery service much better than that.

Excellent service! I called to make an appointment so I could talk to a real person. Turns out the person I spoke with was the store manager, Brandon. I was so impressed with his knowledge and he helped me select the best tires for my vehicle. When I arrived for my appt, Brandon met me upon arrival, checked my tire depth, and confirmed my tire selection. The appointment took 15 minutes less than expected, and no unpleasant surprises for the total price.

Not very happy with how they handled replacing one tire they had 5 different techs working on it. And the one tech could not get the trunk open he was trying to put the ignition key in the trunk was afraid he was going to break key. Said they checked air in all tires they did not. Techs are not very knowledgable.

I have been doing business with this place for a long time. Have also been taking my daughters there with their cars.Brandon is awesome very professional very knowledgable about what he is doing. Fantastic service! Joe could not have been any more courteous or efficient. I went in for a single tire repair and came out with all wheels balanced, and rotated, puncture repaired, and all free of charge! The young guy doing the labor was super friendly and helpful as well. Told Joe Id be back when I needed new tires, and I will be. Service like this is a great way to establish new customers.

Extremely busy on Saturday. I was overlooked when my vehicle was completed while waiting on site. Sat for an extra hour and a half. However, all the staff is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I sat and watched inconsiderate after inconsiderate customer show up twenty or thirty minutes late for appointments like they owned the place. I was steaming, the staff remained cool. Jeff who works in check in was incredible. Jeff made things right for their oversight along with at least thirty apologies. I will be returning again, just not on a Saturday.

They have awful customer service. Do not go here. They repaired my tire wrong, causing it to be unusable in a few months. Then I returned so they could fix it again, and they blamed me. They told me I did not get it repaired there, even though I had a receipt. They also found the transaction in their own records. The employees tried to get me to pay for 4 new tires because of their mistake. They never apologized, and never admitted that they made a mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. They are dishonest and EXTREMELY rude.

If you come walking in with a skirt without an appointment youll get in before the guy with one.They ordered the wrong size for my 1st appointment.Never called me back for the 2nd appointment when they came in. Great service at this particular location. On two occasions, weve had leaky tires repaired for no charge. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I recommend making an appointment though, since its often a long wait for walk-ins.

Brandon treated me and my wife really well. Highly recommend this location! They were the cheapest for the tires I need for my wifes Jeep Liberty, service was done quickly with no issues. They did NOT try to upsell us which I appreciate as I do not like that. Tire Pros in Hudson screwed my wife out of $2000 a while back so we were a little untrusting at first. Brandon treated us very well, he was very nice and bent over backward to get us what we were looking for! Thank you very Much I WILL be back!

Wanted to give a shout out and thanks to Jordan at this location. I blew a tire on my Audi in the middle of a road trip. The car has a very unique tire size and no one in the state had the tire in stock to get us back on the road. Jordan offered several solutions and went out of his way to find a used set of Audi wheels that would match my car for tires they had in stock. Was back on the road in a couple hours when I thought we would have to turn around and cancel the trip. Been a customer of discount for 15+ years and will continue to shop at these locations. This location has been very helpful when it came to tire selection and cost options. I have came in with a budget in mind and was able to pick a great set of tires that exceeded my needs and even got a rebate. They are very good at fitting your needs if you have a tight budget too. The staff have been very friendly and the service itself is surprising quick here. They do offer coffee, and bottled water while you wait and the location is always clean. If you need some tire maintenance done this is definitely one of the better locations Ive been to.

Had an air leak in one of my tires because the rim was corroded they cleaned it re balanced it I filled it with air made sure it wasnt leaking anymore and didnt charge me anything

These guys are pretty fast. $100 dollar package gets you unlimited rotation/balancing for the life of the tire. You are in and out in around 20mins most of the time. Customer service is great as well which seems non existent nowadays.

OK I have said it before and I will say it again, DT Rocks! I just moved here from Forest Lake where I has a loyal customer of the Lino Lakes DT for 15+ years. The team here in Stillwater took care of me beyond my expectations as always. BTW, about a year ago, I had a blow out at an area that was not close to DT and needed to buy tires like that moment, so went to another place that rhymes with Deads.... and starts with an F Over a 6 month period I had vibrations and issues with the tires, thinking they were junk. A last ditch effort took the car to DT and they inspected and BALANCED the perfectly good tires and took care of all the issues... I still cant believe that a tire shop could not get there own product balanced yet kept telling me that the tires were within spec... THANKS DISCOUNT TIRE TEAM!

UPDATE: On 7/8 ran over a nail and they fixed it for free and they were very quick. Update: Lug bolt broke when i tried to remove a tire. Had a problem and they fixed it with no fuss. They should have 5 starts on google.

We have taken our cars to Discount Tire for years and have been pleased with their service and prices. Early this year my wife brought her Honda CRV into a Honda dealer for routine service. As part of that service they rotated the tires. While rotating the tires they discovered that several wheel bolts had been stripped. The last service on this vehicle had been completed by Discount Tire. I brought in the service invoice from Honda and explained the problem to the Oak Park Heights Discount Tire manager. He agreed right away that they were almost certainly the cause of the problem and was really excellent to work with. We received a check from Discount Tire that covered the cost of the service and fix. This was very nice. Much better than the hassle that I have seen with some other businesses. I Highly Recommend this Discount Tire location.

I needed tires I brought in mounted on wheels I bought in and they did it for one third the price Tire Pros tried to charge me. They got it done quickly and didnt try to sneak a bunch of upgrade charges into my bill. Very good service. I recommend them to everyone.

On vacation, drove over 750 miles with the wheels shaking at highway speeds. Went to the Stillwater, MN store - they were awesome!!!! Customer service was outstanding from the initial phone call, to the greeting at the door, to the service we received. Chas met us coming in the door, listened to the description of the problem, and assured us that they would find the problem. Within a half hour got the text that the car was ready to go. Chas explained the issue (fortunately just tires out of balance) and then the real surprise - no cost to us. Not sure but I think it was a secret Santa gift. Drove it off the lot and was instantly relieved that the shake was gone. Would definitely return - we visit the area several times a year, I know if I ever needed service I would go there first.

Had tires rotated and had made appointment. They got us in immediately and the wait time was minimal. Friendly staff and comfortable wait area with plenty of seating. There are also plenty of places close by to grab a bite or shop while you wait.
