The woman that helped us was very knowledgeable about the shoes and helped us decide which shoe to get for a specific foot problem.

The sales people werent super interested in being helpful. We did finally settle on something. They currently have a BOGO going on. My son got shoes and I got shoes. We were looking for fancier Converse. We had to settle but they do have Converse and Im not for sure where in Stillwater they have a bigger selection of what we needed. Buying one pair and getting the second pair 50% off, we still spent a little over $100. Which, isnt bad at all.

They have nice people that work there to help you. Nice shoes for a cheap price.

What ever happened to service. You wont find it here. I wear a size 9 wide. I guess they dont accommodate larger women. Visiting this store was a waste of time.

Another business that will be avoided for trying to force people to wear masks. I have a health condition and they still did not care! Masks are not a good blanket approach. Stop listenining to the CDCs damaging recommendations and exagerated covid numbers! I WAS looking to get multiple pairs of shoes from here but not anymore!

Under Stillwater’s City ordinance 3452 there are CDC exemptions for mask for people who have medical conditions and any child under 2 years old. It’s also on the CDC website as well. Jordan (The “manager”) came out and was incredibly combative trying to force a mask on me, My wife and my 7 month old baby. By the end of the confrontation he said he was refusing me service due to my medical condition and inability to wear a mask and was even YELLING at me to leave his store pounding his fist in his hand repeatedly. I have all of it on video with audio and will be releasing it publicly. Under HIPAA you may NOT ask me for any “papers” proving my medical condition (Physician/Patient privacy protection) which Jordan repeatedly demanded “papers” about my medical condition even after I informed him that he is not a medical practitioner. To the Owner; if you fire this Jordan and correct the way your staff conducts themselves to their customers I will have the videos removed.

Wont answer their phone for days and they dont keep really any 13 mens shoes on up.

Good selection of shoes for adults could use some more small toddler shoes to pick from, staff was nice

So, I was coming to get shoes 15mins before they close, I had ordered them online already and was supposed to pick them up. When I walked up to the door, it was locked with two customers in there and an employee. So, yeah I’m pretty displeased.

Go there if you dont mind getting shooed out. Apparently they did not want our business today. So we went elsewhere for shoes.

The store is actually pretty nice and prices were ok. The issue comes with the employees. 1 left just as the store got busy and the other one was fairly incompetent. He didnt know how to run the register properly and left customers waiting for over 10 minutes just to pay. Its not rocket science and doesnt take a degree in business to know you dont leave paying customers waiting. I would have just left and not bought anything but my granddaughter was already wearing the shoes she needed.
