Very helpful and friendly staff, They had the lumber i needed to finish my project.

I have only dealt with Phil but he is amazing and goes above and beyond and I suggest everyone use Stillwater Building Center.He helped me with a new construction project that I took on with his help.

The employees here are so helpful and patient with answering all my questions. I just wish they were open later M-F.

I have constantly given them a chance for my busness. Every year I try giving them a shot at taking care of supplying my company with my needs. They listen like talking to a rock. Paul wasted my time today, clearly stating that they kept a certain material in stock when they didnt. I drove out to find out they have never stocked it. I just dont know how people put up with constant incompetence from a company like this.

Im completely remodeling my house and adding on. Doing it all myself. Phil has sped up the process 10 fold with his knowledge. Cant thank him enough

Terrible business ethics and will not stand behind their mistake.I worked with a well mannered representative whom was the main window expert on design and window selections. However, I was not ready to purchase until recently. I went in and asked for the window representative and was given a fill in assistant because the other individual unfortunately wasnt available. I Bought two silver line Anderson windows from this supplier and was given the three week expected delivery timeline.Windows came in on time and was informed to pick up the windows. When I arrived one of the windows was not in any packaging but didnt think much of it. It turned out that the standard 3.0x5.0 window was ordered backwards as a 5.0x3.0.I informed Stillwater builders immediately and the manager apologized and agreed to get me the right window at no additional cost. Two days later I followed up and asked the status on the window. The same manager said I signed a document stating all measurements were correct and they would not be replacing the window.Again I plead my case on how they reversed the two measurements, but to no avail.I am also a business manager and am horrified on how unprofessional and incompetent the complaint was handled.Stillwater Builders, if you make a mistake own up to it and dont lie and/or attempt to cover the mistake up.I will also post a thread on FB showing the windows and the poor craftsmanship.

Always have at least 75% of my shopping list, while the remainder is often ordered with quick delivery. Helpful staff.

There management is lacking any common sense. They dont plan well and dont think things through. Im not even sure if they have any actual experience with construction. If so it doesnt show at the moment; June 2015.
