Had our living room floor done by Mill Creek a couple weeks ago and we are satisfied. They did the carpet removal and installed vinyl flooring.We had good advices from Kurtis at our first meeting although he seems to be a very busy man and he was hard to see him after that. We kinda had to explore the store ourselves to find the material we wanted, there were no real guidance/advice by the person that was at the store that day. It took about 2 months from the first meeting to have the work completed knowing that it took 3 weeks to get the material, so not bad at all. Pricing was reasonable. Work was well done. Everyone was nice, polite. I would recommend this company!

Great experience from store to demo to job done! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there was a lack of communication on a few occasions.

Becca stepped up to the plate and got our carpet installed in record time after another National local vendor wasn’t able to provide what they had promised! Installers did a wonderful job and were very professional! Two thumbs up!

Mill creek stillwater is filled with helpful and friendly employees. They are more than willing to accommodate and make sure any issues are resolved. I had a problem with the tile I ordered and they quickly resolved the issue.

Wonderful people and great work done

I worked with Carol predominantly on a fast-paced bathroom reno. I had to make my tile and flooring choices quickly and Carol was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My first several tile choices wouldnt have been available fast enough, so Carol and I were in frequent contact until I had my tile of choice picked and ready to order. My bathroom looks amazing. The products Mill Creek provided were top quality and it shows! So glad I worked with them.

Great selection of carpet at all price points, and even brought in samples of carpet I saw online! They had several suggestions on how to minimize the square footage I needed for the patterned carpet I selected. Installation was quick and easy. I have already recommended them to others, and I like buying from Oklahoma based businesses!

We used them a while back and they were very helpful. I believe they contract out they’re jobs to local professionals. The guy that did the job did good work on our vinyl flooring and the carpet. I will say that the contractor had trouble getting his help to show up so it prolonged the job, his help moved our fridge and didn’t tighten the water valve and it ran a small leak that I had to run fans down water wasn’t under our new flooring they just installed. They put up a tape barrier which keeps dust out, when he pulled the tape off it peeled the paint off the ceiling. They said they’d fix it but I never heard back from them. And lastly he did not show up some days that he said he would which stretched the job out. But over all it wasn’t too bad, and we still love our floors and it’s been 3 years probably.I give them 4 stars because I know these reviews can really hurt a business. They’re not quite a 3 star and not quite a 4 star so I picked 4. Carol was nice and professional.I’d post photos of the floor and the ceiling but I don’t know how lol

Carol had to reschedule our measurement appointment, then during the appointment told us several things that turned out to be incorrect, and a week later hasnt called back with an estimate. I suspect our job wasnt big enough or expensive enough.

Remodeling my bathroom, I wanted tile that had character and didnt all look exactly the same. Mill Creek had the best selection with the most variation and the most helpful staff. Their Crazy Days sale put their far superior tile below Lowes sales.

We used Mill Creek for our flooring at the office. Kurtis was very attentive to details, and made sure that it was as beautiful as possible. They also worked very hard to make sure the installation was done during a holiday break, so it would not interfere with patients. Great company!

Installers did a great job for us.

Everyone is really helpful and has extensive product knowledge. They are also heavily involved with their local community. When working on a project they will try to get you taken care of as quickly as lead times on products will allow and their installers are really wonderful at their jobs.

Rebecca and Kurtis are amazing to work with! They have replaced carpet and title in two of my personal homes and have helped two of my clients redo their flooring! They are very timely and professional!

Received what I ordered, in a timely manner.

I had carpet put in at the end of 2018 had problems getting it layed had to end up firing the first guy they sent out they sent another one out when they were done you could see every seem in the house. I called the office they came out and told me it would go away in a month or two after 3 months called them back and they wouldnt even come out and take care of it. They had a guy from the Oklahoma City,OK store come out. They walked in and said every seem would have to be redone and had to have Stillwater order all the stuff its been over 2 months and they still havent got everything for them to fix the issue. So now they are having to order it and it will be even longer I would stay clear of the Stillwater branch there word is no better than there work .

Currently using Millcreek on several projects. Highly recommend. Best prices we have found in the area and the quickest turn around on installs.

Having worked directly with insurance companies, they were familiar with the process and offered to help us through.
