I have been coming to Ulta for years to get my brows done, and usually they do a fantastic job. I started with a girl in glasses who I cant remember her name, but she was great, then I kept going with Alex for the past 2 years, never with any complaints. I got my eyebrows done by Jaide for the first time recently, and even though she was incredibly nice and professional. She just cannot do brows. She did not wax the top of my eyebrow, almost to the point where they didnt even look done. They arent close to being identical... She overdid the tint and made it extremely thick and dark, that its very obvious and not at all natural looking. My co workers were laughing so hard whenever I returned back to work since I got them done while on break. 10/10 would NOT recommend getting your brows done here as Jaide is now theyre only brow person. I heard Alex switched to Level 7 and that will be where I take my business from now on. Which is so sad because Ulta has great prices and I love to browse after!
