They raised the price of 3 chlorine tablets from $125.00 to $375.00 for 25 pounds and the 80 pound container was $275.00 and is now $500.00. I was just in there and purchased the same stuff 2 weeks ago for the former price. The lady said they did it because of a chlorine shortage.... Literally everywhere else is the same price.

My experience with Paragon was very poor. Lack of communication by the owner. Charged 3X the price for parts from what is listed on Amazon. Would not recommend ever. I wasnt able to see the parts they replaced and charged me for so I have no confidence they really needed replacement in the first place.

Two plus weeks, several phone calls and two visits by technicians and Im still waiting for them to repair and service my hot tub. They already charged my credit card before the work has been completed. Lack of communication and an overall negative experience. I will not be going back to them for service or refer anyone to them.

We are very disappointed with the experience we had with Paragon. They knew we were unhappy with our pool and after reaching out several times for support, we have zero resolution and now they are ignoring texts and e-mails. I recommend you go with a more reputable company that stands behind customer service. They use poor products that wrinkle and do not stand up to Minnesota weather.

Eventhough I was originally kind happy with their service but the owner Mike Henry does not return calls and follow through. I have contacted him few times with no succes. Unfortunately I do not recommend them to anybody. Very unreliable and with horrible customer serive
