Had an appointment and quote but got there and nothing in the store was priced in the range quoted. Employee wasnt helpful at all. Tried to sell me a dirty mattress for a full price.

We found Dropbox Stilly a couple weeks before relocating here. When we got here, I texted the number I’d seen given to other customers and decided to send a text. Hayden responded and was able to meet us that afternoon. We got lost for about 30 minutes (good old GPS doing its own thing— we are not from the area), but Hayden was very understanding and reassured us it would not be a problem. He was very pleasant and answered our questions. He didn’t mind our crazy toddlers testing out every bed in sight, from jumping to pretend sleeping. We found the bed we were looking for at a great price. Transaction was quick and easy. Hayden loaded out truck and we were on our way. Great customer service! Great deals. I called and got a voice mailbox. I didnt leave a message, but within a few minutes he was texting asking how he could help. I told him what I needed and had an appointment set for 30 minutes from then. The process was super easy and he was very knowledgeable about anything sitting in the store. I decided on a bed and he said he could deliver it right at that moment. I kid you not, he was at my place 2 minutes after I pulled in and one man-muscled the bed to where I needed it to be!!!The whole process took less than an hour from call to placement in my home.Customer service, response, fairness, and flexibility are 100% at BoxDrop and the price is unbeatable. Just get a mattress from them!

I had a great buying experience with Ryan, one of the two owners. He was extremely genuine, honest, and friendly. The mattress buying experience was very streamline as there was no hidden fees or sketchy selling mattress tactics. Having been in the industry, I can relate to the buying experience knowing what’s best for the customer. Ryan accomplished all of that. Coming from someone in college, hats off to Ryan and Hayden for running a successful business while being full time students. Not many people can say that. Don’t get ripped off from a big named mattress store and shop local, shop Box Drop Stilly.

The easiest process ever. My husband and I were able to get a nice cooling memory foam mattress for HALF the cost of the big stores. The mattress literally changes colors when it pulls your body heat!! Ryan was super nice and made us feel comfortable! I’m never leaving my bed.
