I’ve been to this location three or four times and haven’t had bad experience. I prefer to go early because they can get very busy.The customer service is pretty good but I never see employees anywhere in the store (other than the front), so it’s hard to find help when you have questionsThe store is always clean but there is so much to look at and a bit overwhelming for people that don’t like shopping but I’ve found a few things in there that I’m pleased with.

15 customers in line, buggies are full and 2 cashiers. Left with my buggy full of merchandise. Holiday shopping has begun. Hire more employees.

I didnt even know this store existed when I lived in Stockbridge. As much as I went to BrandsMart I never noticed it. The store is so huge and they got so much stuff on sale clearance oh my God this is lovely I need to go back when I can spend the whole day.

The biggest decor market in the South of Atlanta, have enough items for four seasons, some end of the year 50% off. The price not cheap. Almost made in China, look around but cant see made in America

Best customer service Ive had in a long time. Even though they were very short staffed the manager Dee took her time and went out of her way to help me. I never felt rushed and she she was extremely patient. Even though I think their stuff can be a little pricey when its not on sale I will definitely be a repeat customer because of my experience today.

Decent store with good selection of mostly overpriced decor. Parking lot was very trashy in several different areas and gave it a very sketchy feeling. Probably wouldnt go back.

They had a lot of stock, they were only low on last seasons flowers. Some items were priced wayyy to high and some was right on! The candy was low, and the outdoor pillows were going fast. Lots of household items. If you have a valid military card they give an additional 10%.

At Home was another event were we did their inventory the inventory was successful and the store was prepared properly. The staff was professional and helpful.

I love this store they have everything for your home even stuff for pets. They regularly have sales and clearance. There is stuff here for every budget I enjoy just browsing and getting home decor ideas. Getting help from staff can be difficult and they do not deliver so if your looking for large items plan on having your own truck

I drove along way and was disappointed. In my opinion they are overpriced on most things that I looked at. I think if prices were compatible or reasonably comparison to Home Goods, Kirkland, Hobby Lobby I would shop there again.

I drove here from the Grant Park area because its probably the quickest @home store to get to from my place. But still about 35-40 mins away. I was shopping for patio/garden/summer stuff and I have to say the selection looked pretty picked over. Compared to last summer, the inventory looks about 1/4 of what it used to be. For example, last summer the patio cushions section was overflowing with cushions. Today, there were just scraps. Patio furniture was down to just the floor models and a few random boxes. Im sure that Covid will be listed as the reason why, but I think the supply chain has had enough time to recover. All the other stores I shop at have full inventory nowadays.

Had a few returns. Manager had to key approval. No one got frustrated and the employees all seem to love being there and are always helpful and friendly. Big bonus in my book! Cant wait for the new seasonal items to hit the shelves! Sign up for VIP emails and perks to get first dibs on flash sales and promotions! Worth it and you dont get inundated with spam emails!

This is a decent store to find items off the beat and Path if youre trying to find unique items. Can be overpriced somewhat and needs to rotate the stock more often to improve variety but you may find that something.

I love At Home. Ive been shopping there for over 8 years. What I love the most is Christmas time because they have Christmas decoration by color. There are lots of selections and great sales and clearance prices. One drawback if you see it buy it because it may not be there when you go back. Most of the items maybe one of a kind and they will not be getting any more in. Great store love it

I can always find good deals here. I also love just walking up and down the isles drowsing. They now have lots of beautiful fall, Halloween and Christmas seasonal decorations out....Im looking into purchasing a Christmas tree from them this year....ive got my eye on a 12ft prelit spruce...some also come with snow on the branches. I saw a dress hanger tree?¿🤣...if thats what you call them and they also had some in different colors if you choose. Also a rainbow tree was represented.

They carry such an expansive variety of home decor. Its truly a decorators paradise. The store is huge with wall to wall decor that you can not find any where else.All the products carried here are pricey. You can find a good deal on things like headboards, pillows, kitchen items and other random items but the wall art, mirrors, furniture, seasonal items and decorative accessories are over priced. They also very rarely have a sale and they very rarely decrease the price of an item. Example, I have had my eye on one of their decorative items since 2010 and refused to buy it back then because It was way to expensive. The same item is still the same price today in 2017. It has never been on sale, marked down or reduced in price. They are not as expensive as Pier 1 but you can always wait for a good sale at Pier 1. You can definitely find some of their more basic item for less money at a Marshalls, Home goods or Burlington coat factory.In isle customer service is virtually nonexistent. I have spent over an hour in the outdoor pillow area sifting through pillows, climbing in shelves looking for matching pillows while being seen by 3 associates without being offered any help. They do that thing. You know that Im just going to walk by where you are really fast and act like I dont see you because I know you need help but I dont want to help you thing. Hmm🤔... I think I hurt my back.This Stockbridge location is not as organized as the Snellville or the Buford locations. It is comparable to the Norcross location.They offer an At Home credit card now through Synchrony Bank with the ussual high interest rate with no perks. Just the standard apply and get 10% off of your purchase at that time if approved.

Good prices and selections

Store manager (who wouldn’t full name says it’s the letter D and wasn’t wearing name tag) and Brenda (css manager) who wouldn’t give store manager name are both rude, disrespectful and have terrible customer service and lack of people skills. No one to help around the store. Their behavior infuriated me to the point of unloading all the items I brought from my trunk and making an immediate $160.00 return not because I didn’t like the stuff but their behavior and poor customer service cost them this return. This was my first and last time in this store no apology was issued.

It was surprisingly empty compared to the floor space. It was early Sunday morning so you would expect a certain amount of restocking and organization from Saturday with an expectation of a Sunday rush, but there was none. We went for Halloween decorations and it was slim to none. There was really no seasonal items (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Ill caulk it up to COVID-19 and them expecting little purchases this year because of it.

My feet are hurting because of standing in line for 30 mins. They only had one cashier which makes for a poor experience at Home Goods after finding an item you like. We almost gave up and left like others did. Hire more people please. I like Home Goods but you all have to DO BETTER.

Very disappointing to see other customers walking around freely with no masks and making the shopping experience dangerous for others. I wish the company would do more to mandate, remind and enforce masks on the shopping center.

Great store! I went to BrandsMartUSA looking to buy a table, umbrella, and deck chairs I saw online. When I got there I noticed how cheap looking the table was; those that looked nice were several times the amount I wanted to pay.On the way out I noticed At Home next door. I got a great looking table for the same price and umbrella and chairs for much less; each looks great! Shawn was so helpful through the whole process and his manager gave me a great discount (on top of the good regular price) on the floor model when one of the tiles broke while they were taking it apart.Shawn and his manager made a loyal customer of me that day and I keep bragging about the store to my friends!

I went to the At Home located in Stockbridge, Ga today and had the worst service I have ever experienced . The cashier Brenda Todd was extremely rude and combative from the moment my friend and I approached her at check out . We began by expressing a concern about a purchase made at another location but she completely over talked us and refused to offer any resolution . She then proceeded to present herself as the store manager but come to find out she is not, she is just a supervisor . To avoid any additional problems, I walked away and approached another employee who I had previously experienced good service from only to be accosted by bad attitude Brenda telling the new employee “What ever they are asking, the answer is NO !!! “ I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANYONE GIVING THIS KIND IF SERVICE WHERE I CHOOSE TO SPEND ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY!!! I will be contacting Corporate and sharing my experience and demanding that this never happens again !!! Brenda Todd need to find another place to work bc costumer service is NOT her ministry ! You picked the right one today Brenda Todd .

They have everything you need, but the line to check out is long. Youll celebrate your next birthday by the time you check out. Two days in a row I went and put items back. And cashier got smart with me when I complained about the wait. Smart in you have a nice day remark as I was leaving. I almost snapped on her, but I was in a good mood that day and let it go. If you go, take something to read while you wait to check out.
