I have purchase furniture from Gus for the last past 3 years. I have never had any issues with him until now. On 5/20/2021 I purchased $4000 worth of furniture. It was due to come in on 6/21/21 and be delivered on 6/25/21. I called on yesterday and the number was busy. I went there today and they are gone. No notes on the door!!! No we moved nothing!! I called Clayton County police office and of course they can’t do anything unless you file a civil claim. It’s ridiculous to how evil people are. If I was able to give no stars I would have definitely did so.

We ordered our bed from Gus and Ive been calling to see when we should expect delivery with no answer. I stopped by to speak to someone and saw that the store is no longer there. Now I have to dispute this charge to get my money back and I am still without a bed after 2 months.

My family has purchased multiple pieces from Grand Furniture in the past, but we will never do so again. My mom placed a deposit on a coffee table and had been paying on it for awhile. When she returned to pay it off, she was told that another associate had sold the table. The table was still in the store, and instead of doing the right thing and telling the other customer that the table had previously been purchased, they told my mom that the other customer bought a whole set that included the table and therefore they weren’t able to do that. My mom’s money was returned, but she really wanted that particular coffee table and had her heart set on it. It seems as though the store owners placed a higher priority on the customer who spent more money, instead of doing what was right and telling them the table had already been sold. They did not care that my family had been loyal customers, and therefore we will never support their business again.

I really like this furniture store. The furniture is the bomb!🧨 the furniture is just so unique! Gus is a great guy! I will definitely be going back for more!

Spent over $10,000 and went by there yesterday and the store is no longer there. The fact that they didnt say they moving or the fact they didnt put a note on the door that they are relocating or what is not right. We have not received our furniture and now we have to dispute these charges and get them off our credit. HORRIBLE and their number dont work at all.

Mostly mexican type furniture, decorated with lots of glitter stones, place not that orderly but salesman friendly

I Love this place. Good quality furniture. Good customer service. The prices are good.They deliver your furniture when it is convenient for you. I recommend this furniture over any furniture store. If he dont have it in stock he will get it in 3 or 4 days and delivered to you as soon as it comes in.

SCAM!! I spent over $2,000 on furniture and have been waiting over 6 months. I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer so I drove to the store and it was closed. No note, nothing. This is terrible.

Bad business practicesI paid for an item in full.I never received the item and there was at least one attempt of delivery in which the wrong furniture was delivered. I had them take the furniture back. The furniture store personnel (Gus), then wrote on my receipt on 8-18-20 that I would have my delivery on 8-26-20. No furniture. I went for my full refund and Gus was angry and yelling. This is unacceptable. Hes angry because he couldnt deliver as promised and I want my money back. After receiving my refund, I visited other stores and at least one store had the same item. I tried to purchase and pay at the other store for the same item and was told that the item had been DISCONTINUED!If a person cant deliver, dont CONTINUE taking money!Bad business!I wont ever go to purchase there again!

Ordered a bed frame, and dresser that wasnt in store and they both arrived in one week also they had them delivered the same day they arrived at the store. Good prices, good quality and good customer service no complaints

If u want furniture that is not being sold by every other furniture store. This is the place. Huge variety to choose from, price ranges to your liking and even good solid wood set for affordable prices. And delivery is not expensive like Ashley furniture.

I had a great experience from this place I purchased an Ashley bedroom set at a great price through their snap finance program I paid it off within the 90 days and I paid 0% interest Both sales persons were honest and helpful Gus and I believe the other guys name was Amir I will definitely be going back for a next purchase.

Very reasonable pricing! They are an Ashley dealer and we were able to purchase our bedroom set less than what we would have at Ashley’s. One piece came out of the box damaged and the delivery guys took pictures of it, showed us the damage and reported it to the store. Gus ordered the replacement that day and it was delivered the following Saturday, today, in good condition. We are extremely satisfied with our overall experience. The delivery guys were friendly and professional and Gus was great! I would buy from there again and will recommend them to others.If i had to say anything negative it would only be to suggest a wider delivery window for themselves. The delivery was scheduled in an hour window the first time and they were an hour late. The replacement they delivered today they were 1/2 hour early (not a bad thing). If they gave themselves a larger window for delivery, then if they are running behind on their schedule it wouldn’t affect the customer as much. Instead of saying the will be there between 12-1 say 12-3 or 4, this allows for delivery delays.

Fantastic company ! Very friendly and helpful staff. I had furniture delivered and assembled this afternoon & I am very pleased with the outcome. As soon as they arrived, they began right away. No wasting time, no damages to my furniture or my home !! Absolutely no problems. Thank you so much to the 2 gentleman that did my delivery ! They were professional and fast! I had a great experience, I was assisted immediately by sales person Velma. She was professional and detailed, she also makes suggestions. Delivery drivers were also professional and timely; furnitures were set up exactly where I wanted it. They forgot two of my stools which I was notified immediately and store manager rectified problem immediately without me asking.

Great prices for quality furniture. Yes, the prices are more than a Ashleys or Badcock store, but so is the quality of the furniture. The furniture is different and made of good quality wood. Ive purchased from them a couple times now and I am very satisfied. Delivery dirt cheap compared to any furniture store around. Oh must I mention that the customer service is great! They were very helpful with getting me exactly what I was looking for. Im a picky chooser when it comes to my home or things going in it. They are very direct and dont pressure you to make a purchase (not that I worried about that, I can handle either way).

Worst experience everAt first everything was good when the sell was going on and I was told that the payment were affordableBut then I got a call from the finance company and was told that my payments were due on the 1st AND 15th of ever month then I call them to talk to them and Dion Gharbiel basically told me to f*** off, they already got paid and they don’t do refunds... in my opinion I wouldn’t shop here because they have no customer service about himself and he is just rude and very disrespectful... I will never shop here again

I was led to Grand Furniture and I know that it was one of the most amazing finds in Stockbridge or even as far as Buckhead because the quality of their products are 100% upscale and gorgeous but at half the price of the retailers in Buckhead. I worked with Dion, he has a wonderful eye for pulling together a room I would suggest take some pictures of the area that you want to furnish because this will be more than just buying furniture it surely was the opportunity to build Harmony in the space that I have at my house. The financing was smooth and easy the terms were extremely favorable and the service from Dion has been top quality. Even the gentleman who delivered the furniture or very kind and polite very courteous and punctual.Gus is running a wonderful business out of Stockbridge what a gem of a find compared to the prices you will find in other parts of the city!My purchases and my experience at Grand Furniture have made my Thanksgiving just that much more to be thankful for. These people are full of it!!! I wouldnt buy another thing from the. I had a bed set on lay-a-way ...when I paid it off it took him a month to deliver it...the bed was really loose with a week I later noticed the back had broken places that are only noticeable if you look closely...the handles broke on the dresser only to make me realize they had been glued together before purchase. My one month old and I fell to the floor while laying on the bed. Gus came to my home after me complaining and told me the metal frame was not the right length and so he took it outside and chopped and cut the rails that are suppose to support my bed standing he said he ordered the right size and I never got them. The bed is now being held up by something o found in my home (safety box) and is broken. He has lied to me from day one and It has been over and over for years. Just last week he lied again. DONT BUY FROM HIM!!! HES A SCAMMER!! I never had the chance to enjoy this bed...and Gus never fixed it. I dont have free time to constantly follow up so much time has passed while he Hopes that this situation would just fade away for him. I should sue!!!
