Shadaia was outstanding during our 1st meeting to discuss my family needs and lifestyle. She presented detailed selections but not in an overwhelming way. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Pricing was fair and reasonable. This is a small business which we wanted to support and we found pricing to be competitive. Once we decided to move forward with our selection the communication was seamless and timely. Day of installation the installers arrived on time and worked through the day. They were very friendly and seem to enjoy their work. Its six months later and we are STILL extremely satisfied with our carpet. All of our friends and family comment immediately once they run their feet across it (no shoes in the house). I recommend this business 100% and will do business with them in the future.
