Terrible experience with this place. I took my dress I purchased from Ann Taylor here to get rid of my makeup stain on the collar. The dress was in good condition. Picked it up along with the rest of my dry cleaning and once I got home to hang up my clothing I noticed my poka dot dress had a huge stain on the collar. I believe the black spot had bleed through from their machinery. I called the number on my receipt several times with no answer. I then drove up there and kindly asked the owner what had happened. He instantly said I didnt do it and that I brought it up there in that condition. Now this is what upset me because I wouldnt have wasted my time bringing my brand new dress that I never washed up there with a watermark on it. Makes zero sense and he knew that. I would have respected him more if he was honest. He then told me not to bring that dress anymore and I told him he wouldnt have to worry because I will never be returning to his business again. My ssuggestion is take pic of your items before you drop it off under his care because he will deny deny deny.
