Staff is always polite. Orders are never on time though. If I choose same day print online I know that means next day.
I came here only to download a resume and print it out and then print 5 extra copies. I wasnt greeted by any of the 4 employees at all.. 5 customers in line already and after 10 minutes the line hasnt moved.. I told the young lady at the counter all I needed was paper to be refilled at the self serve printers and she looked at me with an attitude and ok.. why have self serve if it takes just as long as going to the check out line.. this place is horrible and Noone had an kind customer skills at all.. as I am typing this Im still waiting here with no service.. no Im sorry to any of us on the wait or anything and now a customer just informed me to sign in and Im like gee thanks sir for your wonderful customer service.. not one employee mentioned that u need to sign in or anything.. I would of done that 1st. This office depot is the worst ever..
This Office Depot in Stockbrige GA. is the worst! 5 years ago it was pretty good. But over the last pass 4 years, it gets worst & worst. No customer service & communication skills at all!!! Never enough people working there, the self use printers & the copy and print department printers are Always Down! And hardly anyone is knowledgeable about the products & service fees!! You will literally be there for an hour just to get a few prints from the copy department if u can get that! I went there and tried one more time yesterday hoping this would not be the case, but they failed me again. Do not go there if u think that u are going to get OK service. Not Great or Good service, but Ok service. You have been warned! SMH
Very deplorable experience should be 1 star but I gave it 2 stars for the simple fact that I didnt speak to everyone. So its not fair to judge all be the behavior of some. Its like every question I asked was either I dunno or not sureNEVER was it let me see or let me find out. Then on top of that I called three times to discuss pickup options....the first call was answered with a helloand quickly passed off the second call was answered yet again with a hello then on the Second occasion the call was passed off then someone abruptly hung up in my face!! The third time was indeed you guessed it....the charm on this occasion nobody answered so I went in to retrieve my items and sure enough the same frivolous illogical behavior. I mean in a job market where jobs are in an abundance, it may be time to revamp some of the staff.
Either there is a difference in management or youre treated differently if its SPC. I chose this over Jonesboro because its usually better....or was, but today....oh its terrible. The line is extremely long and they have the oldest and slowest person at the ink register...why have a register at the print counter if you cant use the register and you have to go and get in the long line afterwards.....and theeeennnn.....Rionna(who was doing alot of moving from station 5o station to keep things going) finally opened one register.....but was still slow🤦🏾♀️. Im literally still here.I might as well go back to the Jonesboro location.
Their employees were nice though. This location is no longer as busy as opposed to a year or so ago. Less business equates to less employees which means less assistance so your wait times will increase.
They don’t offer military or teacher discounts like the other Office Depots. That’s a shame. The workers were busy having a personal conversation. Not worth it to waste money here. Would much rather drive to Conyers or McDonough.
Best thing about Office Depot is the selection of office and school supplies. Too bad this location has less than friendly staff.

I went there to get copies printed, the manager told me to use the one machine that was working. I asked her to help me with the machine and was told to read the instructions on the wall. I left and went to UPS across the street much better customer service,
I went to this store for an online pick-up order. I requested curbside upon arrival as stated in my email. I then called into the store for assistance. I was on hold for 5 minutes and 36 seconds of which 1.5 minutes I was standing at a register watching 2 employees play with an Android phone. Once I was recognized, an older lady by the name of Nina, had a terrible attitude. I then had to take 4 cases of water to my car even though it was a curbside pick-up order. This location is 2 minutes from my home, but in the future I will travel to a location other than this one. The customer service is at an ALL TIME low!!
Apparently they have new business hours, which need to be updated. They are NOT OPEN UNTIL 8, like the website says. They close at 6pm.... of course, blame it on COVID. 🙄
I understand them closing at 6pm, but they should change their hours in Google. I went there on Friday only to find out they closed at 6pm. Then I went there on Monday before 6pm and they had already locked their doors.
Curb Side Pick Up is non-existent at this unprofessional location. No one brought the item to my car as indicated in the pick up instructions. I signed in and followed the directions as shared. After 10 minutes, I went inside the store and retrieved the items that I pre purchased. I will be returning the items and do not plan to shop with at this or any other Office Depot/Office max location. When inquiring with the staff I was told very unprofessionally, wait a minute! I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Office Depot and will not return. Very unprofessional staff.
Today Sunday April 18. wrnt there at 2pm only to find a sign on the door. Sorry will reopen at 3 30. nevet hsppen . the 3 copy an fax machine always broken. What good is this store if they cant conduct business??
If I could give Zero stars I would due to horrible customer service & lack of management by the assistant manager Alexis. The staff Kerry & Zack were very rude cursing at a customer who needed assistance at the self-service printer. The assistant manager did not defuse or address the situation.
I am highly upset due to the incompetence of the Stockbridge, GA store management and the notary embosser/ stamp company (Taylor) Office Depot is affiliated with which caused my order to be refunded 30+ days after placed my order. Mind you, Ive have called to check the status of my order MULTIPLE TIMES with no update available (that the representative knew of). I called to complain via phone and the representative Ana was unsure of the file complaint protocol, navigating your companys website, and unwilling to expedite the shipping of a possible alternative product. At this point, I am no longer assured that if I order/ request any products or services through Office Depot, that this company will successfully execute. I have been a loyal customer for at least five years, and quite frankly, I cannot continue to support a business with mismanagement on ALL levels. The only person that was competent enough to help was Alyssa from the Stockbridge Store.
If they dont have what you need in the way of office supplies they will order what you need or want

So happy how kind and helpful Ryan was at Print & Copy he is the best! He helped me to find the best solution for a “blue print” I needed. Due to Office Depot not having that option available. So I decided with a 24 x 36 poster board. Will be returning, thank you Ryan!
This Office Depot has a very rude staff and management at the printing department. Was over charged for their own mistakes and have poor customer service skills. Never experienced this behaviour at any Office Depot in its entirety. Do not recommend this place of business.
Very poor customer service. No communication between the store and the customers when there are no papers to print. I waited 4 days to pick up a poster and it was still not ready. It was one simple page 18x24 for a poster board. I ended up calling the corporate to cancel my order. Even after talking to the manager, she gave me an empty promise as well. I used to love office depot. Fed Ex got my business now and on.The staff needs better training on management and their employees.
Very poorly managed. Cluttered, Half the time the copiers are out of service. The print desk is overladen with customers and wait times for a simple photocopy can be 30 minutes. Direction-finding Labeling throughout store does not match the goods underneath the labels. Twice in last three months Ive ordered things and inventory shows 2 available but when you arrive at store to pick up they tell you sorry the inventory was wrong and we dont have your item (which suggests shoplifting or employee theft.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Manager went EXTREMELY out of his way to pick up a projector I needed for a time sensitive project. Ive been back several times since then. Everyone is not just friendly but they really know their stuff!

Awesome customer service two days in a row. The fax machine was down but not a big deal when everything else was a breeze.
These folks are incompetent and very unprofessional. I just called the store to see if they had an ink toner and the first guy was fussing with another employee. I gave him the item number, which I got from their website, but he said he couldnt find it in their system. He continued to fuss with the employee, put me on hold and never came back. After waiting for a few minutes, because I thought he was still looking for the item, someone else gets on the phone and pretends that he couldnt hear me and then hangs up the phone. I called back and spoke with the same guy the hung the phone up, gave him the item and OD/OM number and he acted as if he couldnt understand English. I had to give him the numbers at least 6 separate times. He acted like he was sleep. After he finally got the numbers, he put me on hold and then came right back and finally said they dont have the ink. This is sad, trifling, and ridiculous. I wont be shopping at this location. These ppl need to be retrained.
I have found this store to be clean and well displayed. They have a good selection and are well stocked. When I have visited it has never been crowded.
The helpers are great but there just not enough of them.1 of the personal at the checkout is not from here do he doesnt speak English very well and is VERY slow at the counter so be ready to wait if he is your cashier at that timeBut most of them are very very great and helpful!
Wish I could give no stars. I went in to print 13 pages on card stock at 6:40. It is now 7:30 and Im leaving without printing because NO ONE HELPED ME. I sat at the cpu so long it logged me off and I had to pull it back up.I counted at least 4 people who walked in AFTER me who was helped before I was. Never going here again. Id rather drive further and go to a FedEx/Kinkos

This place is consistently understaffed. The associates are overwhelmed and management is nowhere to be seen. The store selections are fine and the prices are decent, but the lack of customer service as well as extremely long checkout times will make me choose to take my business somewhere else and Id advise you to do the same!

My experience here isnt always bad.... As far as customer service goes.... But this time, today, I had a client order $156 worth of (24x36) 6 Posters online (8pm) ... The day before it was needed.... Came in at the prescribed time on the email receipt the next day (4pm, today)... Only to have the order not ready, at all.... Not even started!We called a manager over to discuss the issue... The manager began to give a excuse that may be understandable if, they had went ahead thought of some kind of compensation for the lost of time...... due to them not having the order ready on the time prescribed in the email 📧 ..... And having us wait while it printed..... @ roughly 10+min a poster..... (the order was for 6 posters).... Do the math....But the manager had to be coaxed into some kind of compensation... Which is where I lose hope for the customer service of the manager on duty this day.....Kae @ Print & Copy was, nice & accommodating, a lot although it wasnt her fault for not having the order printed.....Update: Was fully refunded for my product... It was handled with a pretty decent attitude, which I appreciate.... Had to come back in on a separate day to get my refund..... But the issue was resolved... Nevertheless

I hate finding my item and going to pay and no one is at registers. I have to stand in line at the copy desk for service. Employees around but no one is at the register. Are you kidding me? I have money I want to give you but you dont have anyone to take it. Whats wrong with you? I can drive to Staples off Jonesboro Road quicker than I can go shop at Office Depot.
While checking out today 8/2/17 at the my local Office Depot (Stockbridge), I put the single item I had on me (headphones) and intended to buy on the counter and went to the pencils ile. When I returned to check out, the rep was asked to ask me where was the another headphones. Taken back, I asked him why he asked? It sounds like they were suspicious of me and thought that I hid the other one under my pants or pockets. Thats a crappy move to ask a customer where other item is if he clearly presented you the single item he was purchasing. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!

I have come to this store twice and both times the service is horrible. This particular time I looked online for a item and it was listed in store. When looking for the item of course nothing is in said location I asked associate. She stated yeah the website is usually wrong and stated she didnt carry the item I was looking for. I searched again before I left. It was there just in the wrong place and the associate never moved just said they dont carry it. So disgusted

I had to sit there and wait to get 5 pages laminated while this girl go back and forth waiting on 8 or 9 other customers in line after me. My project sat there. I asked manager why my project is just sitting there. He spoke to her and she started back. Horrible customer service. Will never come to stockbridge again. No consideration. The line is now empty but guess who stll here waiting for my laminating job. Me. Now phone ring she answer and on phone 10 minutes and im still waiting. Worst ever.

Prices are way too high. Went in for a planner and it was double the price of the same one at Walmart. Had to wait in line twenty minutes to check the price of two items. No matter what day or what I come in this store for it always takes at least half an hour. Staff is so slow and doesnt care about the customers.

Very little stock item available at the time. Store has some items are discounted but you can always try to price match for a lower discount if possible. Location is hard to spot from the main road.
