I have been coming to this jewelry store since they moved to Hudson bridge. I have bought two rings from them. The first ring was great had it Many many years no issues. Had a great repore and relationship with everyone there. However my husband bought a second ring there for renewal of vows. Thee was a diamond in my jewelry box the next day and I took it too them. They repaired no charge. The large diamond was lose next… took it to them no charge. Lost a second diamond on the ban. Took it to them charged me 20 dollars. Started not wearing the ring much. Special occasions. Every time I brought the ring in I would be told how dirty it was, but I was hardly wearing it. As of today I have lost a total of five diamonds on the band, very last diamond on either side. I had the diamond replaced and was very disappointed in how I was treated. It cost me 40 dollars this time and I was all but called a liar to my face about wearing the ring. I was told I could upgrade if I had original paperwork. I was treated kind until I had a problem with their jewelry. Also once my large diamond was (tightened down) it mysteriously had a large black spot in it. I will be taking the two rings I bought here to another jewelry store and having them appraised. Fancy that has lost my business and my respect. I almost didn’t write this because I’m not the type of person to hurt someone or a business. But since I have read some of the other reviews I can clearly see this is who they are. It saddens me but hopefully I will detour someone else in having to deal with this sort of behavior and unprofessional actions.

I buy all of my jewelry from them, but i bought a chain that kept breaking and i kept having to get fixed so finally i had so buy another chain, not cheap from someone else. I bought a raw diamond from them and then had them place it in a “bunny ears” setting. That being said I’ve paid $45 to have them make it wider to fit the new necklace and i get it back and it’s not longer the bunny ears. Then i call to see if it’s ready they said they called me. I never got a call and then i call today and the guy hangs up on me said he thought i was done taking, mind you I’m mid sentence. I say well last time it was ready i never for a call. Sorry we can’t read your writing. Do not come until we call you, I’m like ok can i make sure y’all have the right number, they did not. Hopefully they’re not planning on charging me for this because i paid extra for the bunny ears and got it back it was a basic O ring. Not what i wanted

Arrived at 4:50, the sign said they closed at 5:00, door was locked, so I motioned the time, so a guy came to door and asked what I needed because they are closed. I said oh I thought you closed at 5, he said well were closed and I got to go, I work a second job and were closed, I said I just need a link taken out of my watch, he said oh that will take to long I can write it up and you can pick it up tomorrow, I said well I cant get here any earlier that right now at 4:50, so if yall arent open until 5 I wont make it in time, he shrugged his shoulders, I said that wont work, Ill just go somewhere else thats open, very unprofessional

Always so helpful and welcoming. They have come through in a pinch on perfect last minute gifts and today was no different. They have good variety of items and reasonable prices. So glad I ventured in a year ago.

I took my rings in to have them resized for the second time. My fiancé had asked me with his great grandmother’s rings, and they ooed and awed at how gorgeous the engagement ring and matching wedding band were. I went next to get them appraised and found out immediately at one glance that the diamonds were fake. How does a jeweler not know the difference between real and fake? My fiancé and his family had been in the week or so before for the first resize, and they didn’t mention it to them. My grandmother said years ago when they were in Morrow she had the same experience. Fancy that.

I took my brand new anklet (all the way from Dubai) in because I needed to have it shortened. When I got home I noticed that the clasp was scratching my anklet. In addition, it started unraveling. I took it back to the shop where I had to convince them that they had not repaired it correctly. I found out that they had to send it out to another repair shop because of the delicate work that was required, but regardless they were responsible. They finally agreed to get it repaired again, but now here it is a few months later and the anklet has unraveled again. I feel like I wasted my money and now I need to find somewhere else to take it.

Love this place. The customer service is fantastic and my needs are always met.

Not sure why a jewelry store would not do an appraisal or why your name comes up when you search for Jewelry Appraisal if thats not what your capable of . Not impressed at all .

Today was my first experience at Fancy That Fine Jewelry. As soon as I walked in the door, Denise greeted me with a smile. I needed to have my engagement ring resized and I was very nervous about having the repair done. My engagement ring is a vintage ring and I wanted it to be handled with the utmost care. Denise examined my ring and educated me about the resizing process. Due to a staff member being gone Denise told me that my ring would be ready by Tuesday at the latest. I really needed my ring done by Monday, so Denise called the staff member for me and my ring was ready in less than three hours! I was able to pick it up the same day. I really appreciate Denise taking the time to address my needs as a customer. I highly recommend this shop and will return for jewelry needs.

I have been going to Fancy That for many years and just love the store! I have made many purchases there. I love wearing and showing off everything I have from the store. Also, I have had many repairs... all done to perfection. The people are warm and friendly and make me feel like I am part of the family! I would highly recommend this store to anyone that wants to buy jewelry or have something repaired!!

I went in w/ my Michael Kors watch to get a quote on how much it cost to fix my scratched crystal. Someheavy set lady w/ glasses,&brownHair barely looked at it &she said she couldnt do anything for it then the old white lady( I guess shes the owner) joked that im OCD& that scratch might drive me crazy if I dont fix it. Then she quoted me 45 to replace the crystal.iwas like b****! I am not OCD, I just want my crystal on my watch fixed .she referred me to somebody else, THANK GOD.however, I will not be back

Went to get ring resized. Was told the price and was impressed! Was told by another jeweler that it would be over double what Fancy That Jewelry quoted. Customer service was great as well. Regarding promptness, I shared I would be by the next days to pick up. Got a call 20 mins later that it was ready. Great job and will definitely use again.

Good store for quick jewelry shopping and fixes. I had my watches fixed and batteries changed for around $14. So a little expensive when compared to a Walmart that does the basic watch repairs for half the price. Though they definitely win in customer service over Walmart.
