I brought my daughter here to buy scrubs today and they didn’t open until 10 so we waited about 15 mins until they opened no biggie..:we walked in and began looking without any greeting…no big deal…until a minute later another customer walks in and Erin happily greets the customer and asked if he needed any help. How RUDE IS THAT?!!!!! My daughter and I were immediately offended…I told her let’s go we will spend our money where it’s wanted…we left but I knew I’d be leaving a review so we went back in and asked the lady behind the counter who had just ignored us her name and she said Erin. We went to Uniform Advantage and experienced exceptional customer service. NOT OK ERIN!!!!!

Thank you for accommodating for healthcare workers. With big orders, its great to know we have an option to do payroll deduction. And you guys are always so helpful and kind.

I am blown away by the excellent customer service this establishment provides. I am always greeted with a smile and the owner stopped everything he was doing to help me find the exact maternity scrubs I was looking for. They go above and beyond to find exactly what I need and their embroidery services are top notch! I recommend them to all of my coworkers. Five stars for sure!!

Very expensive

Awesome customer service. They are at your beck and call but arent pushy at all. Great prices..$8.50 for your basic monogram on a fleece. A lot of bang for your buck. Im already looking for more things to monogram. Tons of scrubs, rain jackets, shirts, lab coats and fleece to chose from. I actually had them order bigger sizes in a couple of items without and problem or commitment. 5 star place.

This Store is the best around. They always have what I need. Everyone that works there helps you with what ever you need. Plus they offer custom embroidery. It is a very fast turn around.

This store has a very large and well organized selection of items. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful every time I go into the store. They also do great embroidery with a fast turn around time on the embroidered items. I won’t go anywhere else to buy scrubs!

The staff here are so nice & helpful. They have a very large selection of scrubs in many different brands, colors, & sizes. Piedmont Henry employees receive a discount also! But you must bring your badge with you to the store. The only thing I would change is the size of the store, the merchandise is stacked 2 rows high and it makes it very dark in the store haha. But nonetheless, Ill be shopping for my scrubs here from now on :)

I’ve been dealing with this place for a couple of years & they were great never had a problem until now. Ever since the Dad gave ownership to his crooked son Matt it has gone down hill. I placed a order for uniforms 7/10/18 & still don’t have my uniforms. I called a week ago since I hadn’t heard anything back about my order & it was close to time to needing this order. Matt gets on the phone & states that we marked your order as picked up & I explain to him that I haven’t picked anything up & neither had I heard anything. He then goes man we dropped the ball idk what happened to your order but I’ll have it ready by the end of the week. I agree & state that will work. The next day I get a call from Matt & he states oh your pants are on back order until the 15th & I should have them in by the end of that week & he goes on to say well why don’t you buy a cheap pair of pants to hold you over until your order comes in. I explain to him that I don’t have money to keep throwing away on uniforms that’s why I ordered the style I had & a month ahead of time. He goes well I’m sorry we dropped the ball but idk what you want me to do! What I wanted was good customer service after your company screwed up. So I called 8/13/18 to check on this order since I still hadn’t heard anything the lady states your order will be ready by the end of the week & I say ok thanks. She then says BUT your pants are still on back order until the 21st & I go well Matt told me the pants would be in on the 15th & I need the order before the 20th & I also placed this order a month ago. She then puts Matt on the phone & he goes we talked about this & I told you the order was on back order until the 21st & I explain to him what he told me & another person who had this same issue in which he stated the order would be in by the 15th. He then tells me I misunderstood him! No I did not misunderstand him I know exactly what he told me cause I wrote it down & he goes on to say to buy a cheap pair AGAIN! Today I get a call from the lady & she states one pair of your pants came in today & the other pair will probably be on the next shipment, I explain to her that I would like a refund considering I’ve now found the pants at another store for a cheaper price. I also looked on their website & saw that they charged me more for my order than what my company discount states!! What a rip off, taking advantage of students orders & over charging them. I’m so done with this scrub store!!! I will make sure everyone I know does not shop here any longer! As long as Matt, his lies & conniving ways are there this company won’t get a dime from me!
