Overall good service, usually stocked fairly well. This location is best at opening additional registers so theres rarely much waiting in line here.

Store is huge very neat everything looks well laid out I didnt really have time to browse cuz I just stopped real quick on my way home for three items which were in stock look forward to getting a chance to go in back and really get in a good look at the store and shopping.

The best part of this Aldi is the staff! They were friendly and helpful much as their Trader Joes brethren.The wine and cookie selection is great. The produce could be better and the store could be a tad bit cleaner.There is easy wheelchair accessibility.Bring a quarter as theyre required for the deposit on the shopping cart.

Previous faithful Walmart and Kroger customer here. Aldi has great prices, but bad wait time in line! I usually buy most of my meats elsewhere but frequent this location to buy produce and other grocery items. The prices and store brands are just as good or usually better than Walmart the other big grocery chains. However, no one wants to shop for an hour, then stand in ONE line waiting to spend MY money on a Saturday with just one lane open. Respect our time when we’re patronizing YOU! This is why many of us have left those other stores only to now find similar issues here. I know you’re cutting costs, not giving out bags and not hiring bag boys, but you need sufficient cashiers (based on number of customers waiting; not your profit margin). Now that’s one convenience I’d rather not compromise! Other than that, I am a return customer. Love the $.25 cart rebate concept...makes us neighbors actually speak and be nice & helpful to each other.

Wow. Worst Aldi I have ever been in. Bathrooms were filthy. One was out of soap. Floor in store was dirty. Check out area made no sense as there was one line for 2 registers and customers were not advancing to even near a register until previous customer checked out. There were floor markings for 6ft so this was not social distancing. There was literally prob 20 between the person checking out and next customer. When I realized what was happening and how slow the checkout process was going I decided not to wait (over 12 people in line.) I took my 5 items to the front and told the manager I didnt want to wait in that huge line for so long for 5 items and asked her what I could do with them. She looked completely dumbfounded and finally told me to put them on a conveyor belt of a closed register. No apology. No attempt to resolve the issue. Oh and not only was the manager standing up front but another employee and there were at least 2 more employees on the floor. And no kne opened a new register even though the line was out of control. My regular Aldi is clean, efficient, never allows the line to get out of control before opening an additional register and the staff are kind and professional. SO disappointed in this location.

Good store. ALDIs Needs dividers though !!! At the checkout belt. Every ALDI Ive been in recently has been the same. It causes issues for the cashiers every time - as they get aggravated when your groceries reach them (and which had been 5 feet back from the customer ahead of you) when theyre still ringing someone up. The checkout lines need DIVIDERS - and cashiers need a button they can press to shut off the belt.

I am so happy that this Aldi location has been updated. Love Aldi!

If you are not hooked on name brand products, ALDI is your place. The store is clean and staff is friendly. Dont forget to bring your own bags unless you want to pay a small price to purchase.

I always come to this particular store. The store is always clean course its quite busy at times. Great people that work here very helpful. I love their produce and their dairy. Actually I just love this place. Everything is always fresh. So when theres a sale you better get there so you can get something. I would recommend this place. Oh and I forgot great prices better than Kroger better than Walmart on certain items like milk and eggs.

Aldis in Stockbridge. It was my first time there I find the store to be clean the service was great theres not much of a say was well stocked and if Im in the area again and needed to go to Aldis I will stop there

This place is Awesome.The staff here is very nice with the exception of an Mexican girl. Horrible attitude. This place is well stocked. Today when I would in the line was down the hour and no one open up another register. It was a White lady in and Aldis uniform stocking in the aisle that the whole line was down and no one still opened up another register.

Love the prices! Love the unique items that can only be found @ ALDI; namely several German and/or European food items! Since my husband lived there while serving in the Military, it is nice to find these items here Stateside. There is a Seasonal Section that offers numerous household items and/or Season Specific items @ reasonable prices. Have your Quarter coin ready to get your shopping cart (youll get it back when you return your cart) and bring your shopping bags; be prepared to bag your own items purchased. No bags? No worries! They usually have boxes available. Love this aspect of ALDI, as it helps the environment AND keeps their prices LOW!!!

No frills discount grocery chain from Germany. Decent selection of items, but not enough to be your only shop. What they do have is usually a good quality. Checkout can be slow at times. You bag your own purchases. Shopping carts cost $0.25, refunded when you return the cart.

Aldi is always unique in various items. Just would like to have found the baby back ribs they advertise for May 20 sales. Gone in, none on site.

I gave it 4 stars because this is not my regular Aldi, but judging by the customer service I received today by the nice young man/cashier, I can tell that they do have good customer service; at least he does. I also noticed how he treated the customers after me and the elderly and I was happy to see someone showing respect and courtesy.

ALDI is always fun to shop. Interesting brands. Lots of vegitarian foods. Gourmet cheeses. Whats not to like?

Great value. Store brands are good quality. Checkers are the fastest in the industry by design. Bar codes on 4 sides. Cart control eliminates loose ones on the lot. All stores should be as smart.

ALDI fits my family. Frozen burger patties can be found in many places, but ALDI gives us more patties for the same price ($7=16 patties. Other places charge the same for 8 patties) We also love the frozen grilled chicken breasts, chicken fries, almond milk, and cheeses. Its part of our monthly grocery shopping.

Today at Aldi on North Henry I wanted to purchase grapes and they were not good at all and maybe thats an isolated incidence because Ive always enjoyed shopping there, so Ill give it a 4 star rating.

The prices are great. Quality is good if not better than most name brand items at competitor stores. Staff is friendly and helpful and they are quick to open another checkout lane if the line is long.
