Great experience from start to finish and beyond. I bought hearing aids from a doctor my insurance forced me to go to and it was terrible. I don’t want to go to a place where sick people congregate just to have my hearing aid looked at. Plus I was charged for a doctor visit just to get a cleaning. None of that here.

This is great location. Everybody is great i love going. Here they care about you i been going to miracle ear for a long time if i know anyone with a hearing promblem miracle ear would be the one i recommend. Thank you for taking good care of me

Called Miracle Ear for an end of the year appointment. Terry was so nice and understanding. She scheduled me in to meet with Ginger who was very nice as well. They made me feel like I was a part of the Miracle Ear family on the first day. I was able to get tested and ordered my product the same day. They called me as soon as my order arrived, and scheduled me in at a time that was convenient for me. Great experience during the fitting and I received great product knowledge. I feel very comfortable wearing my hearing aids. Great experience from beginning to end. Thanks for having such caring ladies working for your company.

Terry and Ginger are fantastic ladies. Always pleasant and helpful. Even called to wish me a Happy Birthday in addition to maintaining my earing aids and making adjustments as needed. I would highly recommend this location for all hearing needs.

I have worn miracle ears for many years. I got my first pair at the Southlake Mall when they had their office there near the Sears building. Years later I found they had a new store in Stockbridge. I stopped in one day while I was there they cleaned my hearing aids for me which hadn’t been done in many a year. I checked on the hearing aids while I was there and I was very satisfied with the professional service that I got. I later Purchased a pair of hearing aids and the technician there Miss Ginger was very helpful to me and very knowledgeable I would recommend her to anyone. I was recently there and my hearing aid on the left would make a noise when I got close to someone and I told Miss Ginger that and she was able to fix it with just a click. I don’t know what she did but When I hug my grandchildren now it stays silent . Miss Terry was on vacation and I missed her during my visit I don’t know what I would do without her she is the best and keeps me on schedule. I also noticed they have a new plant in the office it looks good Terry ! Thanks to all the folks at Miracle Ear in Stockbridge, Georgia.

I visited with Ms Eberhart on 8/21 at 3:30pm. I had a problem with my hearing aid which I received from the VA. Ms Eberhart was extremely knowledgeable, quickly determining my problem was related to wax build up on the hearing aid. She cleaned the unit and showed me how to adjust the volume to greatly enhance my ability to properly hear correctly. I also want to thank Terry Tutton, front office manager, who greatly assisted Ms Eberhart during my time at the facility. Both individuals demonstrated outstanding customer service and knowledge.
