Venus was so amazing and helpful. We walked in once before to just look around and even though we didnt get anything that day she was still great at explaining how the store was and where things were. Tonight we walked in while waiting for a table and she helped us look for a second dresser took us to look at the catalog but we eneded up finding something on the sales floor that worked for us. When we get our hose next year definitely coming back to see her!

Great customer service. Silvia and the manager Adam were very helpful in providing great service. We came in for simple bed frame and box spring and ended up getting approved for a specific bed set that caught our eye. It was such a blessing. They really do want you to get the best deal possible and don’t want you to leave unsatisfied. I am very happy with the service and approval I received.

We were helped by Silvia both times we went in the first time we were just looking she answered all of our questions. We did not end up buying that day but she did give us her phone number. We did text her a week later after we talked about it and measured.she took the time to send us pictures of sectionals for us to look at so we had a better idea of what we wanted for the next time we went in. That made it so much easier for us to decide what we wanted. When we went in she was very attentive to us and very professional and was very nice to our children she was very quick and easy to work with I was able to get us exactly what we wanted. I knew I needed to replace my futon from Walmart that was breaking from the bottom up. I just needed to save up some money to purchase a something more comfortable and most importantly, more stable.On 10/27/20 I came to the Good Deals show room. I looked around at a few couches, and met Liz. She was very polite and let check out couches. After sitting on a few, I talked briefly with Liz, and then went to another furniture store to compare prices and products.Ill be honest and say that I originally found a couch at the other store, and had put money down on it, but after finding out the wait would have possibly been four or more months, I got my money back.On 10/29/20, I came back to Good Deal and took a better look at the couch that felt the most comfortable. I did the stretch out test, because this couch was going to be used for two things: sitting and having a good conversation with guests AND laying down with the dog while watching TV. After the stretching out on the floor model test, I knew this was what I wanted. Liz happened to be there that day and made purchasing this couch a dream, and easy to buy.Liz was professional and courteous in answering all the questions. I highly recommend talking to Liz about whatever furniture needs you have.I received my couch on 10/31/20 and I couldnt be any happier with it.Edit: my neighbor, Daniel Swanner was so impressed with the couch and the customer service, that he came in on 10/31/20 to talk to Liz to order a couch for himself as well.

He gave us some quick info & left us to browse on our own as we made a decision.There wasn’t *quite* as much of a selection as I had hoped, but we really appreciated him answering the questions we had about the bedrooms sets they did have when he came back to check on us.He was friendly and personable, and we really appreciated his help picking out our first bedroom set!

Cant wait to get this in my man cave!!! I paid this off about a month and a half ago. Im still waiting on my furniture to be delivered. Ive been calling and getting no answers. My love seat finally arrived. It had 2 cuts in the leather and 1 of the cup holders was missing, and the headrests does not work. No one is returning my phone calls or texts. Its like they just basically took my money. I would never recommend this place!!

Never ever go to this place. They have terrible quality furniture and on top of that, attitude issues and pathetic customer service. We ordered a dining table and when it was delivered the table was wobbly and chairs were broken and had stains. We called them and they kept saying throughout the day that manager is busy and then later even started picking and hanging up our phone calls. The woman was so arrogant and rude and said manager is busy and I don’t know what you want me to do and hung up! Ridiculous. They are cheats never go to them. They even lied that their delivery service is through a third party and that’s why it is expensive @$159. But when their truck came it had their logo and I even saw an ad which clearly said they are hiring delivery drivers. Such cheats won’t stay in business for long.

SWINDLERS. See below...Called to see if they had any leather sectionals in stock and they referred me to their FB, which actually has pics of everything in stock. Called back to order and they’re delivering the next day! Liz was super responsive and helpful.*UPDATE* They delivered the couch the next day and were friendly, but they didn’t set up the sectional correctly. They didn’t lock the brackets together so each piece is separate and will fall over if you sit down too hard. We paid $169 for delivery and setup, so that’s disappointing.*2nd UPDATE* I don’t normally do updates on reviews, but this has been a very disappointing turn. After we finally got the couch together (since they didn’t assemble it correctly) one of the recliners leans down on one side. I tried texting the number they previously contacted me from and they wrote back that it had been disconnected (even though it obviously hadn’t...they hand wrote the text, not an auto response). Now when I call it just rings and rings. Sketchy place, I feel completely swindled.

Do not buy from this place. I waited 6 months for my couch. Once the 6th month came around, I called and they said: “one more month”. A month passed by and called again, by this time it’s been 7 months without a couch, they said they had one at the store that’s very similar to the couch i wanted since they had no idea until how longer the couch would get to my place. I said sure, if it’s similar okay, then they said I had to pay 250 dollars more for that couch. I said sure, if it’ll come within the next day or so. Received that couch, fast forward 1 month later, the couch springs and wood broke. I called to see if I can get a replacement and they said no because that was the floor couch, the couch they have on display. They didn’t tell me that before I had said yea to that couch. Now I have a broken couch and 1800 gone. Do not recommend for anyone to buy from here! Stay away!!

Purchased a cooktop on Monday. next day delivery not available. Wednesday delivery didnt happen> called and it was changed to Thursday. received and open box that was discovered to be missing parts on Friday. Called by 3 pm to get parts personally speaking with Jorge and never heard back. Saturday nobody is aware of the issue. now I can go pick up my parts. or wait for a possible Tuesday delivery and since I received a partial delivery they dont want to return my delivery fee. I am being unreasonable about waiting until Tuesday or asking for my $160 delivery fee back.
