Went looking for some stone beeds to make some bracelets. Wow,I scored on everything. Half price on everything on my receipt. Turned $240 into $ 120. Nice. Went back the next day and did it again. All the girls were so kind and helpful. Thank you to all the cuties that helped this half blind computer challenged old guy out. Individually and collectively you are the bomb. Ive stopped at all the other hobby stores in town but never Michaels. Ill be back....😉😎👍

My go to for art supplies and use my coupons for additional savings.

I caught the store 10 minutes before closing and right as they were about to lock up here I come. I just need to grab one item I told the associate and I could tell she paused to think. Okay but were closing in 5 minutesI explained to her what I was looking for and she directed to the area I was able to grab what I was looking for. As she assisted me at the register. We made jokes of other customers who come in last minute as I did. I thanked and left 5 mins prompt. The store was clean an quiet. My experience was quick and delightful.

I always find alot of good stuff here. I can always order it online if its not in stock. Alot of good deals and I love the dollar section they have at the entrance.

Nothing but problems with this place. The Manager Patty was supposed to issue a refund of $70.21 to my credit card, but instead she CHARGED me $70.21. Having thought she knew what she was doing I didnt notice this error for about a week. Ive contacted Michaels, opened a case with Capital One and even talked to Patty herself and no one can help me out with this. Unbelievable! Ill take my business elsewhere from now on. It might be in your best interest to so so as well.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with a return this weekend. I even had the receipt too. One employee is telling me this, another one is telling me that etc. Finally they said to come back tomorrow when the manager is there and she would take care of it for me. Came back the next day and got a completely different story from the manager. Their return policy is worded so that it benefits the seller, not the customer. I asked her to explain it to me in laymans terms and she couldnt do so. It was almost like they were making the rules up as they go along. The next time you go there be very careful what you buy. If theres any problems and you need to return it, they will find a way to get some of your money.

Michaels has an amazing baking section and great staff. The atmosphere is always nice. They also have great Halloween miniatures right now!

The girl who helped us in the Fabric department was so helpful and knowledgable about what we were doing and what we would need to complete it, I can remember her name but she was awesome.

PROS: Ample parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, expanded sewing and cricket machines available.CONS: Slightly pricey, not as many promoted Sales as the other store H.L.

My family and I love the deals and projects! Always fun to see what you can create and hot list in the possibilities! Ive always wanted to be one of these seasonal wreath people but with most starting at $30 no way! This with everything was about $30 and Ill be able to change it each season for years to come! 🥰

Always great service! Love the curbside service. Staff is friendly and helpful. I purchased on line and picked up in the store. Keep an eye out for great sales on canvases. As an artist, the phenomenal sales really help my profit margin when purchasing quality materials. As you can see from my photo, I got a carfull!

I went there to purchase. Out of 7 items of various colors and brands that their website said they had in stock, I was not able to purchase one. Out of stock almost every time I have tried to purchase at this store. Not going to shop there again. Its a waste of time. Very limited inventory.

Associates were always aware of our presence and willing to help.... there was a great selection and the prices on most items were great all 4 of us got quite a few things each

Yes at the store and the toilet works there she has coronavirus and her family but she hasn’t told anybody about it if you want to live in her family she has until the public nothing yet and that’s on decent to the public that they let a store open as long and the employee has coronavirus Eight people in her family doing and she’s putting it to the public be alert get your vaccine cards

You know I dont know whats happened this place but it seems like the prices have gone up and the quality of things has gone down. Right down to the service, I go in today to ask about getting something framed in this chick literally just looks at me like what you want. I said I wanted to talk about getting something frame shes like I guess this is where you go. Its literally not my fault that you hate your job and there are things you can do about it. You can leave, I understand how stressful customer services especially when people dont treat you well which is why I go out of my way to be as kind as I can. Being treated that way when you go out of your way to treat workers with respect is really a bad taste.... I hope they improve upon that because Ive always like this store but things seem to be going down that nasty trail that businesses go down before they go under hopefully that wont be the case.

I am venturing into mixed media art. Watercolor. With ink on some art. Acrylic. Outlining as well. Watercolor. Never done this before. But I have been drawing since I was 18. I may paint my drawings, too, in addition to my new ventures. Acrylic. I havent acrylisized (I just made that word up) in a few years. One day, I went to Michaels. Well, there was so much to choose from that I came out with more than I went in there for. I watched videos after my purchase and realized that I needed even more supplies...back to Michaels....I am ready now. I would name all of the supplies, but theres too many to name so theres a pic. Thanks Michaels.....psst. I already have 48 canvas boards of various sizes, 9x12 Strathmore watercolor pad, and 3 watercolor sets

If you have a framing project that matters, DO NOT use Michaels. I completed a piece of needlework for my daughters 5th wedding anniversary and took it to Michaels for framing. Upon arrival I reiterated ad nauseum that I had to have it by a certain date in order to ship it in time for their anniversary. I was assured that the framing would be done on time, however, they proceeded to lose the order in their computer. Two days before I was to pick up the project, I received a call letting me know that there was a delay. It seems they had just discovered artwork with no order attached. This took over a week for them to figure out. I was told by the framing manager, Bianca, that she had spoken to her regional manager and received permission to have the frame overnight mailed and it was due to be in on Monday, June 7th. She stated she would call me on Monday NO MATTER WHAT to give me an update. No call came that day. I went to the store and was told that she had called in sick. If you are a manager, your job is not 9 to 5. You do what it takes to make sure your store or department continues to run the way its supposed to even if that means you are doing things from home while sick. Especially if you already have a customer who is upset. Needless to say, I did not receive the framing project in time to ship it. If you have special, personal framing do not go to Michaels. Take it to a real framing shop who will make sure you have it on time. This experience has been completely unacceptable and I am currently waiting for a call from the regional manager, Joseph, whom I doubt will call.

Good store but they need to get they’re online orders together. I ordered a FEW items for pickup and it’s taking them about what? 2 and a half hours just for it to be ready. I should’ve just went in. Smh never again.

Been going crazy over this COVID-19 and having to stay in the house,so I started crafting again but then I realized all the craft stores are closed and I’m short of some items. Then I seen on Michaels website they have curbside pickup which it completely blew my mind and I was so happy that I actually can finish one craft completely...love you guys for this and it was so convenient I literally pulled up to the front door and they brought my package out and dropped it in the car... 🥰Now at home being creative and not going stir crazy. Michaels is awesome for all of your crafting and holiday deco needs. Their selection of Swarovski crystals is decent, but not spectacular. The store is clean, but not well organized. They have several employees on the floor, they were polite while they moved past me as I searched for a specific item, but not one asked me if I needed help finding something. Its still a good place to shop, but not my fave.

Love shopping here especially for beads, kids crafts, decorations and gifts. I prefer them over Joannes or Hobby Lobby. The only problem was there werent enough employees to keep the line shorter.

Excellent craft store with a large selection! Very clean and organized throughout. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about products. Signed daughter up for a painting class and it was a full house but the class was well run. Had a blast making her project with her. Will definitely return and highly recommend!!

I love browsing through their small craft bins near the front of the store for the holiday treats. I always come in around most holidays and find TONS of stuff to see goody bags for my friends kids. Definitely recommend checking out these awesome bins if you wanna find fun things to do with your kids!
