Website has inventory for you to buy that is not in stock and its very difficult to get someone to answer the phone. Ill buy somewhere else.

Recently bought a dirt bike from these guys best customer service ever once you buy anything new from them they take you to the service shop and do a first start up and show you the ropes definitely will be shopping with them again

I purchased a bike from there and they were very sweet people at first just to get you to buy something then the same week something broke and they took it ti fix it and said 3-4 days and it will be ready…. The bike was at the shop for 2 weeks and every time I called to ask when will it be ready, the lady would answer in a very rude way and say I don’t know I’ll call you back and she never does. All those bad reviews on this store are true, I didn’t believe them at first.

Love these guys, my 8 year old daughter has been able to get all she needs from helmets, gloves, to shin guards, they are always in stock with the best product. Great people as well. Will continue shopping and recommending to everyone.

Came in looking to get our first ATV for a beginner. All the staff were nice and helpful. They educate you on how to use the bike when first riding. As well as how to take care of your ride. They have all the gear you need and then some. They have financing but better to get cash or bring your own financing. There is the 90 day no pay but would suggest paying longer than that period. They need more parking and room for as much traffic goes in and out of that area. They have a service area in case you need some work done. Make sure to follow their social media as hours aren’t consistent. We’ll be back to make a few more purchases.

Considering a purchase, but after looking at reviews the owners stating We only sell the products is a cop out, if you dont back the product your selling thats horrible customer service. Maybe you should sell items that you have confidence in!! No Thanks.

My husband went in lookin to buy dirt bikes for our 2 kids. He doesn’t know one dirt bike from the next but assumed that the staff would be knowledgeable and inform him of all any any info needed to make a decision prior to purchasing. But….. the man was far more interested in his own profit than to inquire as to my husband’s knowledge was, what the bikes would be used for, or any other conversation you would expect from excellent customer service. We took the our kids up to Carnegie so they could ride their new bikes for the first time and that is when we were informed for the first time that The bikes we purchased were “red sticker” bikes. That was the first time me and my husband were told about “green sticker”, “red sticker”, what months you were allowed to ride red sticker bikes and where you’re allowed to ride red sticker bikes. We were turned away from the park because red sticker at Carnegie is from October to April my kids missed it by days. Both my kids cried the whole drive back home. It broke my heart. we have two bikes sitting in our garage that they’re unable to learn how to ride or take to Carnegie where we had planned taking them to ride once we were finally able to buy them bikes.“The right to be informed: to be protected against fraudulent, deceitful, or grossly misleading information, advertising, labeling, or other practices, and to be given the facts needed to make informed choices. The right to choose: to have available a variety of products and services at competitive prices”. I feel that we were deceived. I feel like our rights as consumers to be informed was nonexistent. I feel that information was intentionally withheld to complete the purchase. I will be filing a complaint with BBB, Not that the owner of the store would care because they are not accredited by the BBB nor is the BMS brand Company that they carry. But I will still file a complaint. I also intend on reaching out to news stations in Stockton as well as Tracy and “7 on your side” to see if they would be able to help me with letting people know how this business operates & possibly getting our full refund back for these bikes that we were not given the necessary information to make an informed decision before buying. Last resort will be legal action which I hope it doesn’t come to that. I really do not like to write bad things about people/businesses or have to look into legal action against them.I will say we did not try to contact the owner of the store as of yet because I Didn’t feel it would be beneficial to us at all. I’ve read some of the reviews and I really wish we had read them and looked into this business before my husband walk through those doors. The only good thing I have to say about this store & our experience is that he knocked the taxes off the price of the two bikes, that was it. Look into businesses before giving them your money people and know your rights as consumers!!!

Service is very welcoming. However the product i purchased is horrible ( atv 110c). I spent more time taking it back and forth for repairs. I ride it take it back again and again. I actually spent more for repair work then the actual product. DONE

I ordered a TaoTao scooter on line that was described as “in stock” on their website.They had no problem accepting my full payment for the “in stock” item.After a few days, I called to get a shipping date.I was told I could expect certain delivery on a date 13days out.I was ok with that. Well it didn’t happen. After two more calls to inquire, they finally say that they don’t have it in stock, in fact it’s not even in the country.Cancel ! Refund !DON’T ADVERTISE “IN STOCK” if you don’t have it.

Took my son in feb.2018 bought a pocket dirt bike... Used good price...no problems...came back to trade in for a little bigger one. No problem. The owner is very nice and will work with you. Also has some cool stuff on display if you have time to look around.

Very unprofessional, went too see about getting my 7 year old daughter atv fixed and they refused to even work on it because they had to many to do. Said we would fix it ourselves and they sold us the complete wrong parts went to exchange because mind you they don’t do returns and they gave us more wrong parts just to get us out of there! Then my daughter dad tried to express how one guy was being rude and the other employee threatened to start a physical altercation!! So crazy I’ve never been so disappointed with a company in my life!

Parts keep falling apart on the bike and the wheel but one brand new it went half way across the property and the spokes fell out

Bought a dirtbike for my little brother from vtp motor sports so we could go ridding fathersday weekend we took it home test rode it and about 4 hours after it started to leek oil so we called vtp motor sport and they took it in under warranty and thay fixed it we picked it up after and rode it again shut it of the went to ride it the next day and it did not start pulled the plug and no spark so we bought a plug and still no spark we called them back up and the took it back under warranty and it was in the shop for 1 week I called them and thay said it develop another leak so it was in the shop for another week we went to pick it up after they said it was it was done and we started it thare and let it sit for 5 min and we noticed it started leaking again so they took it back in just shy of the warranty due date they said they would replace the motor and they took it back and had it for another week we just picked it up at 4:45 and the motor was not new but it looks like they tore into it and now it has a very loud timing chain clek that it should not have and did not have before. Im not really mad but disappointed in thare work and how they wont stand behind it. However the first and second time we drop the bike off they were really nice but when we picked it up the second time and it started leaking again and we confronted them on it they got really irritated and they where very argumentative the third time we picked it up it didnt look like they even touch the bike it started when we got it but it had the timing chain clack and looks like they took the cylinder and head off of it gasket maker on top of gasketIf I could I would have gave 0 Stars and I dont really recommend buying motorcycles quads go-karts from because everything time I had to deal with this cost me time and money
