Easy and efficient, brought our car in with front end damage, they dealt with our insurance. Repairs were done in a week and there was additional damage that they also submitted to the insurance for us. The best and easiest dealings with car repair shops I think Ive ever had. Friendly staff, hope I dont need such services again but if I did would definitely come back to Bugs again.

Brought my new car here because they did body work on my last car, the man that helped me was rude and acted like he didn’t even want to touch my car. Someone hit my car and took the front bumper off. He quoted my insurance over 7k to fix it so they s wanted to salvage it. I found another reputable shop in the area with 4.5 star review, took the same quote to them and they are fixing my car now for 2,400. I don’t know what happened this time with Bugs but I will not be back, nor sending anyone your way.

Ive taken several of my cars to Bugs (formerly Miracle Auto Body & Paint) for repair and custom work and their work is top notch. The service is outstanding and Nathaniel and Jennifer are great to work with. I had $500 credit in work there that I forgot about from a year and a half ago and they told me as soon as I walked in. Theyve earned a customer for life in me and Id recommend them to any of my family and friends. They are some of the most genuine, honest, and hard working people Ive ever done business with. Good people are hard to come by in Stockton and you cant go wrong with Bugs. 5 stars for sure!

Great customer service! After having my car declared a total loss I had to return to take everything out of my car. The gentleman was kind enough to not only bring me a bag but also help me make sure everything was out.

I used to take my cars there and ive stopped due to the fact that because they were busy and couldnt fix my car and it was as simple as fixing my mirror and they gave up searching for one. Very unprofessional and they dont take customers seriously and i dont recommend anyone taking their cars for any repairs. Go elsewhere instead!!
