Don’t expect to get your car back on time. Expect upcoming problems that will keep your car here. Do not come here if you want your car fixed on time. Never coming back. They Miss parts, they give you a pick up date and don’t follow through. What a joke.
Had an excellent experience here, from start to finish. Staff was very helpful and explained everything well. Car was hit on the passenger side near the rear. Went here to have car repaired and it came out excellent! And was done quicker then I expected. 👍
Have had to take my car there twice and have always had good customer service. The job was always done to perfection..no complaints
I love the staff and the impeccable work they did on my repairs, although I dont want to go through this again I would recommend anyone and everyone to go there for any repairs.
They stole stuff out of my car and when I asked about it they said “we don’t remove stuff from the car”

Great place! Front office persons were excellent. Every person I came in contact was professional and had a good attitude. My favorite was 209 (Paul). A true character.I shared my phone experience with Hertz. To my surprise, front office experienced the same rudeness while I was there; front office immediately phoned Hertz and alerted manager of rudeness to their employee and self. GREAT JOB!My car was completed quickly and they even cleaned it(IT NEEDED IT BIG TIME) Thanks guys.

Joe took photos of my car. He spoke well with me to explain that they would take care of the not at fault accident.. & bring the rear door back to its original look.They took a long time to work on a small scratch & two dents on my car. After 2 weeks, they still didnt clean up the rear door like they (Mark & Joe) said they would. I paid for the job, was about to leave with my Altima, & noticed that the dent was still there. He didnt even tell me that the dent & my paint job was still on the rear door... & the paint was still blemished.Then, their words kept changing, such that my cheap insurance didnt cover this that after they already charged my ins. a huge amount for the small body work.To check for alignment, he test drove the car for 13 miles !Poor craftsmanship for such a big running business.I washed my car before I dropped it off at the shop. When I went to collect my 2020 car, it looked dusty meaning they didnt wash it. The workers used the papers I left inside for the feet, & the seat covers.. I am glad they used it but I would think that the shop would have their own supplies. Use them but please clean up because I keep my car clean at all times because I like it very much.No fun to deal with body shops.My ins. spoke with his supervisor so the word reached the GM of the shop. The GM called me & said that Joe is a good man.. I think so, too. He said that he will go see my car at the shop & deliver to the customer when something was already promised.The following day, I was picked up by their shuttle to come collect my car.The receptionist, Taylor has good manners.Thank you for the efforts put into my car.

When my car was actually, finally ready, after delays and making me come in when it was half done, the workmanship was good.But the experience before completion and after pickup was not what I expect to from a business.I dropped off my vehicle as instructed and when instructed. Im told to expect it that Friday. Friday comes, they tell me that the guy that disassembled it no longer works there, that it might take the guy stepping in to assemble it a little longer, since he didnt take it apart. I was told it might be ready end of day Friday, if not, Monday late morning, since they need to do a quality assurance check once doneMonday morning Im told it will be ready Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon Im told it will be ready Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning Im told it will be ready Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon they tell me they really dont know when it will be done since they are backlogged with the guy leaving and no one there was sure how my bumper goes on. So I insisted they provide a rental car, which they did, my insurance stopped paying on Monday since the shop told my insurance it would be ready.Wednesday the shop calls to say my car is done. Funny how fast they move when its costing them money. I make the trip up there and they bring out my car. They did replace the bumper and paint a body panel, but two other damaged pieces of trim werent changed and these were on the estimate. I guess quality assurance doesnt check things very closely. To make it worse, they dont know where my parts are. The guy that quit must have them I was told. They overnighted new ones and it was ready the next day. They tell me to leave the rental with them. They did pay the rental, but I got stuck with a gas bill from the rental company. I think the shop shouldve stepped and paid that. It was their fault my car took an extra week.

One word, WOW!!! I was really impressed with the whole process from start to end. AAA and Certified Collision Center is truly #1 rated companies to use. My adjuster Laila Morris was so helpful everything was a breeze.I want to start off by giving a shout out to Taylor from Certified Collision Center for being so welcoming and kind. Every call I had with her was pleasant and she was always very helpful doing all that she could to accommodate. When I was there, she made me feel comfortable engaging in conversation. Paul was my estimator and he was also phenomenal. He had someone rush across town to pickup a part for my vehicle that morning for pickup so that my car will be ready on time. He also had my messy car cleaned and vacuumed. The car looked so good at pickup, especially my bumper. I was so impressed with the outcome I couldnt stop smiling and telling them how happy I was. The whole process was very smooth which was a huge surprise to me. I started out extremely upset due to someone hitting my front bumper and taking off. However everything was as smooth as it can get. You know how you see the AAA commercials and how simple it looks? Literally just like that. Funny, but grateful. The whole rental car thing was a breeze as well. I was worried I would have to find someone to go with me for pickup and drop-off but nope, the rental car was at Certified Collison Center waiting for me and I was able to drop it off there too. I cant thank Paul, Taylor and my AAA adjuster Laila Morris enough. You guys are amazing. Heros in my eyes... Take care all, especially during this COVID-19 Pandemic. I really appreciate everything that you did. Treating people as kind as you do, really does make a difference. Guess what, to top that off, they sent me a free.... OIL CHANGE!! Just what I needed. Took much longer than was originally supposed to and tried to blame the insurance. Quality of workmanship was very good but the customer service from Sierra at the front desk definitely needs an overhaul.

Terrible customer service.several changes of date my car would be ready, gaurunteed two different days for car to be ready for pickup a lady who answers the phone tries to be smart mouth. Its a new day and still no call
They take to long to fix your car and then they dont finish fixing the repairs
