I ordered several parts and had them installed over the course of many visits; 4 to be exact. I have always been impressed with 4 Wheel Parts, there professionalism, knowledge about the part that your having installed and how quick the guys get the job finished. Ive been working with 4 Wheel Parts now, for over 15 years. Ive never once had a problem with anything part they sold me or installed on my truck!!!If you need or want parts or accessories for your 4x4, that is the place to go.

Recently bought a lifted truck. I wanted to get an inspection on the lift to make sure everything was in good working order. The gentleman at the front desk who inspected my truck made me a customer as long as I own an off-road 4x4 truck. Thank you!

Ive tried 4 times, they never have what I need. Mostly bumpers and lifts.

Went here to get advice for the right suspension upgrade for my Nissan Frontier. The only thing they could offer me was a cheap ready lift spacer kit. Decided to order my suspension kit from Nisstec (much better selection) instead.

Bad coustomer service, or better yet, lack of coustomer service. The guy at the counter made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking 2 questions. After I purchased about $2,000 in parts and labor, I was told the parts would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. Over a month later, I didn’t even receive as much as a courtesy call to let me know if my parts had come in. I called them early in the morning one day to see what the status of my order was. Unfortunately I called before they were open, so I left a voice mail. They called me back about about an hour later, unfortunately I was driving so I wasn’t able to receive their call. When I called him back and mentioned to them that they never called me back to inform me of the status of my order, the person I was talking to said he tried to call me and leave me a voicemail but my phone did not receive voicemails, of course I’ve never had a problem before with my voicemail, as a matter fact I did hear the voicemail it was just background noise from the employees talking. so obviously my voicemail did work, he just didn’t leave a message. The person on the phone also said that he had called me, therefore I should’ve known and checked my phone for his call. so basically he was getting smart with me and telling me next time don’t say no one ever got a hold of you, I was in disbelief he was actually telling me this after not hearing from anyone in over a month. In my humble opinion, it seems like once you pay them and they take your money that is basically the extent of the customer service you will be receiving, I definitely do not recommend this overly priced low customer service outfit.

Great experience got the part I was looking every where for. Plus got it at a awesome price I was extremely happy with the help I got and I order my 2 parts at the end of the dat and they came in early the very next morning I was able to install them on my truck an go about my day thanks so much for all the help keeping my rig on the road! I had ordered a set of wheels online and was sent the wrong bolt pattern . I called the Stockton store and they told me to bring them in . When I got there they found the right ones in back for me told me next time come in or call them first lol . Great service and they were very friendly. I will definitely be back !

Ordered some nerf bars through them. The package arrived tore up. The bars were dented and the paint chipping away. I reached out to 4 wheel parts to request a replacement or refund and never heard back. Paid $500 for a damaged product. Wont be shopping here again thats for sure.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I SPENT $1700 ON NEW TIRES AND WHEELS AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS EVER SINCE!!!!I bought the extended warranty thinking if I had a problem they would fix it ... NOPE!!! I got a flat but they didnt have time to repair it so I ended up having to pay someone else to fix it so I could get to work. Then I kept getting an error reading on my tire sensors only to find out that they had swapped the sensors so the left one was on the right side and the right one was on the left! NOW ... I have a bearing that needs to be replaced and my son just went to replace it ... he realized they never gave us the locking device for my wheels to remove the tire ... THEY FREAKING MADE HIM BUY ONE BECAUSE HE COULDNT PROVE THEY DIDNT GIVE IT TO US!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!! ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY, ITS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS LOCATION IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I spent over 5000 in this place and was ready to spend another 1500 I got to there early about 845 shop was open just wanna drop off my Jeep so I would make it to work on time wouldn’t give curtsy to hand my key and fax over paperwork for me to sign I will shop for another place to work on my Jeep and he had to take a smoke break rather than helping a paying customer

To their credit they aligned my custom trucks front end very well. Unfortunately the mechanic did not torque down the top A arm and the shims dropped out as well as he bolted my A arm in with the brake line sandwiched behind it. Seriously dangerous errors.I also had them order me parts and they ordered the wrong ones. Not a big deal but if I hadn’t of looked in the box while at the counter it have taken up another few days of my time getting the exchanged.I also had a situation where I had one mechanic upon inspection there tell me I had to re torque my front wheel bearings and then on bring my vehicle in to have the work done the other mechanic say there was no issue with the wheel bearings. So I’m left feeling like the work wasn’t done and the mechanic I got just said that to cover his ass.Just my 2 cents. I would not use them again because I’d have to double check all their work after it was done.Update: So I take my vehicle back. Instead of fixing the missing shims in the A arm and doing a realignment they just crank the nuts down and call it done even thought it’s clearly 1/2 inch out from side to side. Lazy mechanics.I’m an Aircraft mechanic and know when things are done half ass. I drag the mechanic out and point out what’s been done.After spending a lot for a wheel alignment ($600+) I look at the cost of parts supplied by them. If you compare to the same part prices on Rockauto they charged me about 400%. An example is a Chevy pitman arm It’s a $25 part all day long, they charged me $97 not including labor. The same can be said for all the parts I purchased from them. I’d understand a 100% markup but 400% I’m just getting bent over.

Great dudes. They dont talk down to you if you own something other than the mighty jeep either, like other 4 wheel parts shops Ive been to. Have a Toyota or a samurai? These dudes own and wheel those too! One of these guys has a pretty bad tacoma, I think, unless its owned by a customer, and the dude just never leaves. They matched prices for my viair setup and dropped it in my FJ for reasonable coin.
