Well I begin with quote. First was one price, after test drive higher then after taking it apart it was a lot more. $2900 to $3600. I was told they do this transmission all the time so how could they been so far off from first quote. Now the good. Very Curtis, Knowledgeable got the vehicle done when they said it would be . And it shifts perfectly. They found a shift cable about to break after letting me know replaced it. I do recommend them. But only 4 stars because of quote.

I used then to install a transfer case that I purchased. They completed in a timely manner and have new the best quote. Im very satisfied.

These guys did a great job. My regular mechanic was too busy to do a overhaul on my 2011 Impala transmission. They referred me to Express Transmission. I worked for a auto parts delivery service for years and I know what to look for as far as repair shops go. These guys are top notch. All mechanics are ASE certified and the shop was clean organized and efficient. My car was done a day earlier than promised. It drives like a new car. It was a little more expensive than my regular mechanic, however the extra money was worth it,... as I now have a 3 year 100K mile warranty on all parts and labor. NO WORRIES !! Also why they were in there they noticed I had a bad rear engine seal. They repaired that ( no labor charge ) just part cost. I was a little short on money so I was able to finance some of the cost. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Express Transmissions to anyone who has any transmission issues........ Great Job Guys, Thank you!!

The service was excellent. Express Transmission went above and beyond. They were recommended by a master mechanic that did not specialize in transmissions and was able to beat a price that I was quoted elsewhere......and the service was quick.

Overall very good atmosphere when I walked into the shop and talked to Steve. I have a 2018 Silverado and the transmission was overheating and not being able to drive it far was really stressful . Luckily it was the thermal bypass kit. Couldve easily lied and said something else more ridiculous.. buy kept it honest and humble.. definitely will come back...

Steve was upfront and honest when I had questions regarding my 1977 F350 Ranger. I’m mechanically inclined and considered working on it myself but Steve explained the pros and cons of purchasing a refurbished transmission vs having the one I had rebuilt. He reassured me that he was a man of his word and he stood behind his work. That was enough for me. He is a man of his word and my truck was done 2 days prior to the initial estimated date. The warranty I couldn’t get anywhere else and I’ll do business with he and his family again if needed. Keep in mind that you pay for what you get. I was willing to pay a little bit more for the experience and their hospitality. Thank you for the great customer service and the no bullsh*t approach. ✌🏾

Absolutely Amazing Service!!!! They do quality work at affordable prices. They are honest and thats hard to find these days!! The staff is amazing each person that we spoke with seriously treated us like we were friends/family. If you need your transmission on your vehicle done and want to fully be satisfied, this is the place for you. I just had another transmission rebuilt on another vehicle of mines and the work was outstanding. My old school Camaro Z28 is running great again and Ive had this car for over 20 years!

That’s for askingSo I’ll tell you that, I felt robbed-defrauded.You never told me how much it would be until the car was done. Not even a hint.What makes me think way is because, you left steering out of alignment.Then you called me a liar, when YOU did not do a good job. Lousy service and I hope that I didn’t just pay close to o$4,000 for a bad sensor. I guess will see if you honor your 100,000 mile warranty.

It was a great experience, after dealing with other shops spending money and time miss diagnostics on my car, finally found experienced honest people in telling me my transmission was fine problem with my engine tune up, sure enough after one year of not what’s wrong engine issue fixed and back on the road

Horrible customer service, exposes interior of customers vehicle to outside elements, poor communication, Steve owner very disrespectful, never offered an apology for 3 days of wasted time for a simple transmission diagnostic. end result, return of money ($105) which will go into detailing inside of my car ( Dirt/Pollen) son would not be able to ride till this is done due to asthma and other allergies. This place is amazing!!! Dealership told me I needed a new transmission and quoted me 6500. Took my car in and they were able to rebuild me one with better parts for half the price. They were very unprofessional. They gave me a diagnostic for 105$ thats way too high. And they kept my car all weekend. And I think they stole my change in my car.

I had Express Transmissions rebuild my Dodge diesel transmission after it blew its overdrive. Express was sure to determine exactly how my truck was being used, explained all of my rebuild options and ultimately gave my truck back better than when it was new. Now my truck shifts the way I want and my fuel economy actually went up a bit.

Got my vehicle repaired there and it was unsatisfactory. The vehicle drove away from the shop and was not fixed. They say that they will guarantee their work for one year and then they will try to say no it’s a misunderstanding we will just supply the parts... This is by far the worst shop I’ve ever had to deal with!

This place sucks. Complete rip offs. Overpriced jerks. Customer service was rude. The manager was a douche. They were able to fix my car (barely)but they tried to force me to get a new clutch and a new flywheel when they were still in decent shape. They took almost 2 weeks longer than they told me it would take. I drove away from that place unsatisfied. I wish I had done some research before I made the rash decision to come to this horrible place. Make sure you some research before you make a bad choice like I did.

Went in there to have trans. Checkt it was shifting hard they test drove it came back test drove again he came in handed me my keys & sead just a vacuum hose on trans. Happy New year. I recommend this shop highly . good honest people. Thanks

My 2003 Acura TL has 109,000 miles, had an engine check light on, and was told from another shop that it was a failing solenoid and I needed to have the transmission rebuilt. So I took the car to Express Transmission and was first greeted by a very friendly office staff. The owner was very honest with me throughout the process. He tested out the car and had the trans analyzed. It turned out it wasnt the solenoid, but multiple other issues. He told me the problems with the original factory transmissions for 2003 Acuras. I researched it online and it was exactly what I was told. My transmission was not only completely rebuilt, but the original problems with the factory transmission were corrected and improved. He completed the repair in 3 days and I drove it all weekend. Not only did the custom rebuild transmission run better, it performed better than I had even expected. Not only did it change gears smoother, I got back my 5th gear! I feel like I have a brand new car! Thank you, Express Transmission.

I took my Dodge pick up to them thinking my transmission was getting ready to go out. I was barely able to drive it because it just had no power whatsoever. I dropped it off, and to my amazement, no charge for them to look at my truck. They called me after a couple hours, and Im anticipating the worst/ most expensive news... BUT, they found that my CAT was plugged up and causing my problems! My tranny was fine! They were even nice enough to refer me to an exhaust shop that they know and trust.The staff from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, was very kind and professional. And it was nice to see that they really are a family owned and operated business, (they had their cute little baby there).It was nice to feel that I wasnt getting taken advantage of. There were no hidden costs when I went to pick up my truck. I will most definitely go back and see them for future services and repairs. They work on trannys, transfer cases and rear ends, which my truck had all of the above.Thank you guys once again! I will see you guys soon, but hopefully not too soon! :)

The place are totally sucks. First of all, they rebuild the transmission on my 2005 mustang, cost me 2800 bucks. Guess what...some strange sounds and vibration came out which NEVER happened before!!!! Then I took the car back to there and asked them to check it again, make sure everything was installed correctly. But they just told me its not the transmission problem, its suspensionBut I went to other two repair shops, they both told me its 100%not the suspension problem. Eventually I gave up... I wish I had search online before I go...

Wish I could choose no stars. Very nice people when you drop off your vehicle. Then they gouge you for a very subpar repair. Give them 3 chances to fix their mistake, then they show you their true colors and tell you it must be your problem. Save yourself the hastle and some $$ go somewhere else!! Youve been warned!!

So rude very rude and uncooperative and uninterested at looking at my car, the only thing that popped out of this guy just standing there didnt know if he worked there or not he said can you move your car because a Tow truck need some room, he had plenty of room was not in the Tow trucks way, I also felt so uncomfortable I got the state down of my life like I was from outer space. Geez!!!

Had my dodge ram 1500 pick up truck in for a rebuild at a cost of 2725 bucks........then 40000 miles later it blew up.............took it back to them and was told that the problem had nothing to do with their craftsmanship and the problem was with faulty parts............so........they then offered to pay for the parts but I would have to pay for the labor.....the owner says the best he can do on the bill for labor is aprox. 1800 bucks..............you would think 2725 bucks spent would go farther than 40000 miles in the first place..........had I taken him up on his repair estimate I would have had 4500 bucks tied up in a rebuilt transmission..............they need to be looked at by the better business bureau or automobile repair bureau of california .................or better yet, not to be looked at by ANYBODY that needs QUALITY transmission work done...............I was ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bring my Isuzu they rebuilt the transmission and I had to take it back at least 10 time and they never got it right I finally gave up. They have the worst service.

Customer service was okay. However they are obviously not trustworthy due to the fact they wanted to charge me $1800-2500 and 3 business days to fix a part that cost me $45 an a job that only took 2 1/2 hours to install. Guess they gotta make their money somehow.

I would never use this place again.They took my new starter off and never gave me it back after I told them ...I wanted it back.
