2 weeks since I got a whole brake change, pads and rotors. Everything is going smooth, no problems at all. Took my car in for a quick inspection and was able to get the full brake change that very same day. A bit pricey but for the convenience of same day, Ill pay the price. My actual dealership had me book an appointment a week out. Smh.

I took my Chevy Tahoe for an ac recharge, l was told that the service would take about an hour to an hour and a half since a had made an appointment ahead of time. After going to pick up my Tahoe and paid for the service I drove back home and check the engine compartment to see if everything was working properly. I noticed a very large amount of Freon bursting out of the high pressure side valve. I immediately returned to the shop and talk to the person in the office to address the issue. He open the valve to verified the leak, he got on the phone and walk back to the shop. He came back to tell me that he could get the part in about half hour and told me the would cost me 50 more dollars for the replacement part. I strongly disagreed with his response because I had already paid 135.04 dollars for the service. He then agreed to fix the problem at no additional charge, therefore I had to leave my Tahoe for another hour. When I returned for the third time to pick up my car, there was another bubbling leak on the low side valve this time. Again, they agreed to fix the issue at no charge. It took them three recharges and almost 6 hour (11am to 5pm) to a fix the problem therefore I’m very disappointed at the poor quality and an professional work.

Mike was very professional and answered all of my questions and gave me honest quotes. Fixed my alternator within two hours and serviced the vehicle in a timely manner. Almost $900.00 dollars later but I feel comfortable knowing my car is safely inspected and now back on the road for me and my newborn son. They were very patient with me so it very much appreciated. Will be going here from now on if I need any other services taken care of.😉

Staff was pleasant and informative. They performed the oil change I requested and advised me of the results of findings during their inspections. I appreciated having the findings in writing for my further consideration.

I called and told them my ac wasn’t working and they asked me if I could come in a hour. I came and they told me they couldn’t help me today. I was literally there an hour later.No one was rude but I will never come here again. I would recommend making an appointment regardless of what your told.

So I got my oil change and they didnt even top my other liquids. The servicer said they didnt have my same coolant. But other place I been to does that. They took a long time to call for me to pick up my car when I took it early in the morning. Overall could have been a better experience.

I went to 2 other car repair places to find the problem with my car. The manager was great to talk with and his technician was fantastic. The Tech was more through than these other shops and showed me where my problem was coming from. This is now the only place I will take my car.

This place will rip you off fast ! Checked the codes on my sons car it pulls up a code p0751 for the solenoid they look at it couldnt pull the code because the battery was dead the day before and said it needs a new transmission, any good mechanic would have driven it a little and see if the code pops up . Towed it home drove it around the block and got the code again why couldnt he.never gave my son a quote to change the solenoid and charged him $150 for telling us he needs something he doesnt need .

The service here was excellent! I had a Groupon and had to pay a little extra out of pocket but I expected it because of the car that I have and I still paid less than if I had went anywhere else. With the Groupon you have to make an appointment, I did that and was in and out, service was quick and friendly. Will definitely see them in 5,000 miles. :)

I stopped a week ago and made an appointment for servicing my car .I was told to be come Wednesday next at 11am whenL got there on time I found that they had no record of me making the appointment last week and the service manager was rude and not concerned about the reputation of the store.To me ment that I shall go somewhere else and never be back again to such a sloppy service.

I go here because of the discount on oil changes but I was charged more 20 dollars more this time! Its not a very clean place and needs some serious renovations.

Meineke helped me out with my 2 front tires they fixed my 2 bushings and upper control arms and now I feel safe driving it.

Good customer service, they were straight up about what needed to be done but I do feel I paid dealership prices for a fuel injector to be cleaned and to replace my evap cannister. My choice to come here was to try and avoid paying $800+ so I probably wouldnt come here for that specific type of service again. Good service, just expensive. 👌

They charged me over $800 for brakes. They told me that my rotors are warped so I bought new rotors and have them installed. After taking the rotors to another shop I found out they were up worked at all.Very dishonest

We came for a pre purchase inspection. The mechanic was friendly and informative. Unfortunately they did not actually drive the car. It turned out the speedometer was not working properly and we found out after purchasing that it was a $1500 repair. Also the center console lights didn’t work which we only found out after dark. In the future I will get an inspection somewhere they will actually drive the vehicle.

Ive been going here for while now. They do I really good job and doesnt try to hassle you to doing other stuff.

Very nice people yes you do you have to pay extra if you need a different filter and extra oil. But on a regular standard synthetic oil changed and you do not have to pay extra.

I came here a long time ago and never came back. They charged me $90 to inspect what was going on with my car because I had a check engine light on. Then they said they couldnt find anything, so they wanted to charge me 350+ to have a deeper inspection. So I left. And a few days later I found out it was because I had a loose tank cap. They are very dishonest.

I am disappointed with the service. My breaks started to make noise an hour after I left the shop as I was on my way to Vacaville Ca. I spent almost $300.00 and the breaks seem worse.

The attendant on duty would not accept my coupon for a free oil change, even I previously dropped over $770 for a brake job and had definitely earned the points! He could not locate the bar code or my online account for some reason, and ended by saying he could call “Support” to get my info but it would take several hours. I told him to forget it; will not be returning to Meineke again!

They were courteous and attentive to the work. They pointed out things on my car that no other service station had previously, which meant that they were thorough and did what they offer, checked my car thoroughly. I’m grateful and thankful.

Had an appointment at 2:00pm for an oil change. Car didn’t get worked on until 3:40. It took 2 and a half hour for an oil change. There were 3 staff present and no cars ahead of me. Not sure why the oil change took so long

Service is great. Staff are very helpful. I didnt have a coupon for my oil change but gave it to me at the coupon rate when another service needed to be added. The only complaint I have was they didnt have any air conditioning at the time of my visit. At least thats a work in progress and they will have a cool place to wait during the summer soon.Well I guess they arent such a good place to get service on your car. I didnt have any leaking when I took it in but it does now. I called them about it, had me bring it back in. State they cant find any leak. Brought the car home you can decide for yourself. Wish I could change my rating 😣I returned to Meineke Tuesday July 2nd to fix the leak they created. Even though they were short staffed and it took longer than it should have, the car has not leaked since. The oil light came on once but has not come on since. Truely great customer service***** stars

Dont recommend this place .. i have my engine light on car runs worse than before. Had an appointment at 730 to find out macanics dont come in until 8am. Im so unhappy with this place I left crying ..my car is not fixed after they kept it for 3+ weeks. Not professional at all. They dont know what they are doing. Thinking of a lawyer.

I first called in to check and see how much it cost for a tune up for a 2006 Ford expedition he told me to bring it in so we can look at it so I take my car in at first I didnt see anyone then it was somebody already there waiting to get service then someone came out and he started talking to me tell me that you think I should get a diagnosis but Im telling him I think its a tune-up so he started saying you dont want to waste all this money you should get it done gnosis first then he goes to tell me if I get the 150 for the diagnosis whatever comes up saying whats wrong with the car the 150 will cover but I really wasnt understanding does he told me that tune up cost $600 I never had to pay $600 for a tune up then hell tell me about this program that they got at first I wasnt going to go for it but I told him just to try then they say something about my account at Bank of America was an active which it is so I didnt understand that part so I think they were just telling me anything because I was a female and I went by myself so they played me I could have went to AutoZone and got the diagnosis done for free but yes I believe meineke played me so I wouldnt recommend nobody to go there theyre too high expensive

I used a Groupon, and round out once I got my oil change that Meineke was very deceptive. I had to pay an additional $10+ because they said my Jeep required more oil than what the coupon covered, and I had to pay taxes. Both Meineke and Groupon are just trying to take more of your money.

Nice people there thats about. The business itself is way over priced rip offs tried to charge me $2000.00 for 2 catalytic converters because they said it wasnt sold seperately I only needed one so I called a muffler place it was $185.00 out the door HUGE difference.

Great place. Will be taking my car here for service for now on. Manager was totally up front with everything, had no problem showing me the problem with my rotors and breaking down the comparisons between good ones and bad ones. Gave me a price that beat everyone I called. Even showed me some things I should replace in the near future but never jammed it down my throat like a lot of car repairs will do. Took $10 off my total for waiting an extra 15 minutes to for my brake rotors to arrive.

Decent place to take your vehicle, but nothing stands out as exemplary. There is little to keep you occupied in the waiting room, so if you can drop off and come back, do that. No WiFi, no reading material, and the tv was never on. I know it seems petty, but for those who have to wait it would be nice to have at least one of these amenities. Person who came in at the same time as me said she had just had her car repaired here days before but had to bring it back. Based on other reviews, it seems that this is not unusual. But thats hearsay, my experience was ok. Hopefully the repair they made on my car sticks. For the price I paid, there is no reason for it not to.

Been here for couple quickie oil changes & work related tow ins. Overall Service usually good. Oil change prices below average.Only had one personal issue there. Set 11am Appointment for a Sat morning. Got there 15min early. Techs were lil behind & I was Ok with that. Wasnt til I realized both went to lunch before doing my quickie oil change did I get a lil offended due to simple lack of customer service respect regardless of how much $$$ being spent. What the sense of an Appointment if a Service Provider doesnt keep it ?

My starter went out on my 2006 Chevy Malibu and I was in desperate need of getting my car fixed. I called Meineke and I spoke with a really nice man named Julian. Julian made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. I felt I could trust Meineke after speaking with him.When I arrived I ended up speaking with a man named Ray and the process went smoothly. Ray was also nice he even brought the paper work out to my car so i could sign it so I didnt have to get out of the car with my 7 month old baby girl in the rain.So at this point Im confident that Meineke will do right by me. All of this changed when Ray called me with the estimate for the replacement starter plus labor. Ray told me the cost would be $477 something dollars and thats not including taxes. Immediately I knew that was wrong because I had already did my research prior to bringing my car in.In hopes that Ray would go down on the price we went back and forward, he even told me that he was giving me a discount because the service should cost me $700 dollars. By the end of my phone conversation with Ray I felt taken advantage of.Ray suggested that I buy the part my self after he realized I was aware of how much the work should actually cost me. The thing that bothered me the most is there was no sense of compassion or sympathy from him.At The end of this I decided to buy the part myself and paid them $180 to install.There was no way I was paying $500 dollars to replace my starter and after reading the other negative reviews I regret trusting Meineke to do Services on my vehicle. I definitely will not be returning. If Julian wasnt such a pleasant man and if Ray hadnt been so kind to bring the paper work out to my car in the rain I would have rated Meineke 1 star. I will say Julian and Ray should go work for a honest company not a place like Meineke who tries to get over on customers instead of building trust!

Took car there and never got it back for five moths never got called by a manager called mike had poor store management manger said was always out of town and said he put rebuild Engine and never did nothing to car still the same just replaced radiator and charged me $4000 have receipts and dates what a shame I learned my lesson and will never go there againThe store on West Lane very bad store looks bad and has bad workers I’m bad management
