I really hate to have to make this review public. I took a car for a windshield repair. A 3rd party did it and they did it well. My pickup however that had been worked on for oil change and service is another story. Two weeks later oil change wasn’t done till told I’m taking it home tomorrow weather they did it or not. Ended up getting done after told they were just to busy. They told me they inspected my car during the time no actual work was done. Said I needed a entirely new secondary radiator because of running and it had a hole and was leaking. Second issue they said I needed to replace two front shocks due to both leaking and to replace all. 3rd needed 2 new tires (no argument there). 4th some wire issues (also no argue there). Took my pick up home and the key fob to unlock and start my car now won’t start my truck anymore. Called them to tell them and was told I’ll write it down but no offer to fix what they did. Took truck to a radiator specialist for a second opinion and the guy said after doing a pressure test and exceeding weight no leak. No running, no wear and frankly that it’s one of the best quality radiators he’s seen in a while. Shocks came back as also needed not even 2 years old, no leak either.Once taking truck home from Morgan’s I’ve had issues. Key fob not performing certain functions as it did when I brought it to them. I’d say they tried to scam my cars insurance knowing it would be covered to fix the issues they listed. They also quoted me prices that the second opinion place laughed at and he said those are inflated by 100%. So be prepared for them to attempt to up sell you for things that me exist or not. I had high hopes for this place and they let me down when all of their suggestions turned out fake. I do business with trustworthy companies not people looking to make a buck even if it came from my insurance and not my wallet. They also never called me back to attempt to fix my key. I will update if anything new arises.

They were so thorough on letting me know what was wrong with my car and no one has ever done that before. Very friendly and professional .

Clearly irresponsible and rude. First, they did not talk straight mouth and they were interacting with their co-workers rather than explaining what was needed to be repaired and fixed. Next, stretched the car while estimating and did not even bothered to say sorry. Then, took a long time, and estimated the highest of all than anyone else around the city. Sure, have a lot reasons to not come back. Thanks for ruining the day even more.

Morgan replaced the fuel injectors on my 2003 Duramax in Feb 2020. Big job - almost $6000.00. In June I noticed a small oil leak (~1 tsp on the driveway). They took the truck in, verified it was related to the work they had performed and repaired it under warranty. The oil leak repair was also a big job - it took approximately 4 days to complete. The repair was performed without delay, they kept me updated on their progress and there was no extra charge. Im leaving this review which I rarely do because I feel that their service is a cut above what most of us have come to expect. They stand by their work, no excuses, no disappointment.

Quality repair and friendly staff. Unfortunately Ive been here a few times and I am very happy with the color matching and timely repairs. Prices are within industry averages. Worked with my insurance agency and made it hassle free. No doubt I will be back with bad drivers on the road and in parking lots.

Was very impressed with the professional caring service. Would highly recommend has all around respectable people to help with your automotive needs. Give them a shot.

They gave me a ride home when I dropped my truck off, then called me and updated me with the repair and expected costs. When I picked my truck up, they found two problems I didnt know about. Excellent Customer service ! Our car was repaired at Certified Collision Center across the street, and when we picked it up, the check engine light was on, but wasnt on when it was dropped off for the body work (Certified collision did nothing wrong, it was just a sensor/wiring that needed to be repaired due to the collision).They sent it across the street to Morgan Automotive, and they accommodated right away. They took the car in, ordered the part, and even though the repair kept us out of our car an extra week ( we had a rental, so it was completely OK), they were sure to stay in communication about the progress & I appreciate that ! Id recommend them to anyone looking for an honest & friendly shop to handle their automotive repairs or maintenance.

Lady at the desk was patient with me.I came in with the seller of the vehicle, I was the potential buyer. I signed the paperwork because I am paying for that information before i purchase that vehicle. I signed it with Sal witnessing me signing it. While waiting for the vehicle being inspected, i was called in twice in Sals office. Some minutes passes by, Sal calls the seller(the guy that came with me) to the inside of the shop to check on the issues of the car. I was not included. I seen the seller walk towards the back, so i had to run after him and tag along.This is my second time here. Around 3 months after the first incident. I am unable to re rate and give a new review because google does not allow me to. Young lady at the desk did not even say good morning. I checked in. My appointment was at 10. Young lady that attended me said she will let Sal know that I arrived and to have a seat. I did not hear her call Sal at all. 30 minutes later another customer walks in and right away she calls Sal and lets him know of this customers arrival and oil change. 10 min later, Sal comes out and asks, who is here for Morgan automotive? The gentlemen and I raise our hand and they take the gentlemen in. I got up, said thank you to the ladies and left. I tried being fair again and give it another chance. They must not need my business.
