Really good detail on cleaning and nice staff. Only problem it took 30 minutes 20 of those minutes my car sat unattended.

Hadnt washed the car in, well, months. It looks great, now! To be picky, I do see a streak on the driver side rear view mirror, but the car overall looks good--especially given how long its been. I can see out the windows again!Been here many times, always pleased.

This place used to wash your car well but now they dont do it right. I always clean up the side of the door in front of them so they learn but never learned. I pay monthly but I might change to somewhere else. Just check your car after they wash it. You will see what I mean.

Not happy... windows still dirty and streaked inside and out. Truck front hood was still streaked with dirt and bird dropping. Inside was barely wiped down and leftover fuzz and dust left behind because they didnt wipe down properly. I paid $50 and got a partially cleaned truck. Not happy.

Usually a great place but this time the guy changing the oil was obviously having a bad day. Cussing and carrying on the entire time. Not very professional.

Not worth the price. My car looked better, but they spent so much time on the car in front of mine the water drips dried on my car. They didnt try to wipe them off, the vacuum job was poorly done.

I had the worst experience ever on this placeI got my SUV here and asked for nice cleanup, paid good amount + paid extra bucks for seat wipes and Matt wash.Still my car did not look clean cause they hardly clean it I went to manager he tried getting that done 3 times in a row but still it was not looking clean at all they were missing all the spot.Layer I paid 28 bucks on another car wash they did the best cleaning.@zoom car wash I would just say Shame on you guys and your team

Got there shortly after they opened, emphasized interior vacuum. Realize have not had car wash in a while. However, I had to ask the employee to clean the windshield on outside, inside they didnt clean all of the front window around corners, vacuum was okay ( Im a pet owner). Watched how they cleaned other cars and it was like we were doing them a favor by being there. Expect nothing less from them. Yes my car is clean however they only had 3 cars and everyone standing around looking bored

One person working in the material department rearranged bolts while we customers were waiting. The line got longer, and we were ignored. Poor worker or poorly trained.Why only one checker on one of your biggest sale weekend?? Your manager gets a F On her report card.

Took my dad here from out of town bc he wanted the inside and outside cleaned. Ill go here from now on. These guys do a great job and are very reasonable.

They take such good care of me and my car. When I did a trade in they were able to let me swap out the vehicle for my monthly plan so I dont have to worry. Also this is where I find cute gift store items.

They left my car outside the exit bay while they were oodle-ing over a home boys mustang!Water spots on a black car do not look good.Three employees were just standing around with towels in their hands. When they saw me walking towards them they started wiping down my car.Management needs to stay on top of this stuff.

I was so disappointed. Paid over $40.00 to have my vehicle cleaned. The cup holders hadnt been touched. They neglected to vacuum the sides near chairs and the back. Whatever oil/wax they put on my side steps left them looking like a faded white. They are normally black. Not worth the money.

Went looking for a new car wash place that does hand wash. I have a roof rack on my car and dont plan to take it off to get a car wash. That being said the car wash was great. I got the full wash, wax, and vacuuming etc. It was $40 which is a little expensive but they did a good job.Here is the best part, the do headlight restoration as well. I asked them about it and they quoted me for $60 for both headlights. They sand the headlights and do the full restoration process. It took about 45 minutes. Then the car wash was another 15 minutes. My headlights look brand new now! They did a good job, very happy customer here

For the Stockton area, this is the best place to go to for car maintenance; whether it be washing/detailing your car or doing oil and other mechanical maintenance. $70 for a claybar is the cheapest Ive ever found and they did a great job; car feels smooth as glass. I provide my own oil and filters and they do the labor for $45 which is very reasonable. Their other services are very affordable too.The lobby/waiting area is very neat and has a lot of nice car and household items as well as light snacks and beverages to purchase. I recommend coming EARLY in the morning because these guys get packed on the weekends really quick.I think these guys do honest work for a very reasonable price. This service simply can not be beaten anywhere in the Stockton area.

Best place in town to get your car washed!

They took 20mins to dry my car and they took another 10 mins to get the Vacuum to my car and they didnt Vacuum my seats at all back or front and they didnt even Vacuum my back seat floors wow! I also went to ask one of the workers if they can dry my car because I didnt want water stains on my black shinny car and they straight up shined me off to wait my turn i will never take any of my cars to zoom car wash on March lane again! Ive never complained about a car wash before but this was ridiculously poor customer service! 03/07/2021

Great crew, going strong. Their subscription based car wash system is a great concept. $25 dollars a month for triple wax and tire detail everyday if I wanted to is awesome! Just wish I wouldnt lose the rain X feature if I wanted to move up a tier to get interior vacuuming included in the subscription.

I absolutely loved this car wash because I truly thought they did a great job and had such kind nice employees. I’ve learned on my most recent few trips that their equipment is the cause of scratches on my car. Really frustrated by this. For anybody else having this issue I strongly recommend a non drive thru wash. It’s getting harder and harder to find quick and reliable car washes that don’t scratch.

Paid 20 bucks to have my car rear ended and then told it happens occasionally. Damage wasnt anything I cant polish out this time but had it been my car getting pushed into the back of a truck with a trailer hitch my care would have had sever damage. All I could do was watch as the guy took his time getting my car off the line while the car behind got shoved into it. I showed the manager or supervisor my picture and he said it happens but theres never any damage because its so slow. Then, he let me pay for my carwash. Im way too easy going and hate asking for anything to avoid sounding like an ass so I just paid and left. Worst part is I had just hand washed my car at home and had trouble getting the bugs off the front so I brought it here... I left with just as many bugs too and paid 20 bucks for it. And the cream on the top?? I still came here after my grandmother got a new bumper because the driver mistook R for N on here Chryslers stupid shift dial. The guy said I could bring my car in to have the bumper polished. Not only do I not have time for that/ I dont trust them to touch my car anymore. End rant.

Service was excellent....just wish my bugs on windshield were completely removed....in their defense the bugs were caked on from 112 degree road trip...

This was not a very impressive experience. They were very slow to dry the car after it came out of the wash, about 10 to 15 minutes afterwards, so all of the hard water created spots and now it is worse than before I brought it. They did not vacuum the whole car only part of it, and only wipes down the inside very poorly. All in all I would very much not recommend this place.

Dude. This is the kinda place that makes you feel like WHY DIDNT I WASH MY CAR MYSELF.

I requested the trunk to be vacuumed. They never opened the trunk. The dirt was still there when I checked when I got home. I wish I could take my tip back. Im never going back and Im passing the word.

Great and fast service. I took my car in to get an oil change and the car wash was complimentary with it. The oil change was completed in 15 minutes. The workers are very friendly and the facility is well maintained.

I love this quick and friendly little spot to get the car washed. My paint started peeling after I got the car washed once a month, but its also an older car. So you get what you get and you dont throw a fit. My five star is for the awesome service for their quick under the hood maintenance checks that they give! The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly and I LIKE it! Try it out!

I try to come here on a regular basis and always get pretty good service. I just came back from getting my car cleaned about 10 minutes ago. Before I left, I asked a gentleman to clean part of my windshield because I noticed a few bug marks. He then asked me if there were any other spots that he could address. I didnt notice any right then and there so I said no but, really, he should have been looking for them since that is their job to be thorough. So, anyway, as soon as I drive off, I noticed more bugs on the other side of my windshield. Then, when I went to my next destination, I look at the front my car and notice all kinds of bug marks still on the front of my car. Im not sure what happened today but Im very disappointed.

Had oil changed full service car wash Jeep Grand Cherokee when I got home opened the back hatch they didnt vacuum the back went back they said cause they where busy I was the 3rd car there but back in fourth they finally got a done

Doesnt clean the cats like they used to. If a person is going to pay to have their car cleaned, should be a good job. Left windows streaked, didnt scrub off bug gunk off the grill and the inside not properly dusted, left a lot of places dirty. Used to be a good place to get your car washed but not the least few times Ive been there.

In my opinion this place does not even deserve my one star. I went in for an oil change and car wash. The employee at the oil change did not even know what kind of oil to out I had to correct him because my vehicle always uses the same kind. I usually go to another place near my work but I am currently on leave so I didnt want to drive an hour away. I am now regretting that decision. There is a small piece missing from my car door and when I talked to the manager about it missing he offered nothing to try and fix or replace it. It was there before they vacuumed it and now its gone. The job they did on my interior was far from decent, there was still grass and sand. It doesnt even look like they removed the mats. The trunk was not vacuumed and the extra I paid to have my leather wiped down was not even acknowledged! I had to tell someone that I paid extra and then another employee said you need to have that detailed and did not get the spot off the leather I wiped it off with my nail! Now what bothers me is I paid extra and they couldnt do their job. I am a business owner and a retail manager. We always make sure our employees leave happy and fix any problems. They offered to redo my car which is fine but Im still missing a piece from my vehicle that I have to special order from the dealer this is very upsetting. My children have done a better job cleaning my car. Owners really need to crack down on the employees if they dont appreciate their job, then find people who will!! I made a video of my car after the car wash its filthy.

I took my daughter’s Toyota Corolla for and oil change and wash. Of course like always they try and sell me and additional service, this time it was a fuel injector cleaning . My wife and daughters bring their cars here often and for the most part they do an ok job. But as I turned down the injector cleaning, they reviewed the oil service with me, they told me that my fluids were checked and topped off.I get home and there is no windshield wiper fluid and no coolant in the reservoirs. Do not tell me you are going to do something and don’t do it. Now I and wondering if my oil is actually changed since I have had that happen here before.Maybe I need to find a different place.Fernando

If you want your car to have a thousand swirl marks then this is the place to go. After taking my car here a few times I quickly learned that these automatic car washes are terrible for dark paint cars. If you have a white car or if you dont care about swirl marks then this is the place for you.
