Went to find out the gender of my baby at 24 weeks almost 2 months ago & it was an amazing experience. The pictures were so perfect! Can’t wait to get the 3D pictures to add to my photo album!

So we waited 20 min after our scheduled appt. no biggy waiting room was clean and quiet super relaxing. The receptionist were friendly, and the tech was absolutely amazing she did have to push a little harder then normal But it was because our little girl wanted to be curled up in a ball. But over all we loved it!

My visit was actually good the worker there was nice very talkative and I enjoyed it the only problem was I should have waited till I was 30 weeks to see baby more clear

I’ve never heard anything good about this place. I was going to schedule an appointment but I’m beyond scared now!! Wow!! The responses from the owner /staff is just crazy. I understand you feel the need to explain, but if you have this many negative reviews that means you need to change the way you handle business. I went to Baby connection in Sacramento and they are well qualified! For the owner to respond about that company is so out of line. My sister went to Tate, and she had a horrible experience. I heard there is another location that is better not too sure though. All I can say is the way the responses are set up from the owner and the staff, I wouldn’t dare go to this place. Omg!! You don’t have to be a keepsake place but your staff should have EXCELLENT customer service dealing w/expecting mother’s. How dare you attack the people, you should be accommodating them for their troubles. Furthermore, some things should be explained ahead of time such as what your actually getting and how the process is going to go. From the reviews, no one got a clear explanation of what they were really receiving. Just horrible!!

I just have to say today I had an ultrasiumd for the gender @13w the lady we seen was AWESOME. I didn’t get her name but she had curly hair and I think glasses . We kept our gender a secret and had a reveal but let me tell ya she had me thinking it was a boy joking around with me and when we left we were both like yeah it’s a boy and we are having a girl ! Thankyou to the lady that did our ultrasound and making good conversation I will most likely be back here for a heartbeat bear soon ❤️

Tate is the best. I went in at 17 weeks 4 days to find out the gender of my baby. My wait time was very short & the ultrasound tech was so gentle being that my bladder was full and baby was pushing on it pretty hard.... I didn’t want to know the gender during the appointment but I found out I’m having a beautiful little girl In November :) ! Thank you tate for making my first pregnancy feel a whole lot better.

Theyre AMAZING!!! SO KIND I DNT SEE HOW HEY TREATED OTHERS POORLY.... THE LADIES I HAD TODAY WERE AWESOME!!

I enjoyed my experience here. Both of the ladies that performed my past three ultrasounds were both really sweet. I liked the setting of the room, for it was very peaceful, comfortable, and calm. I never had to wait for a long time in the waiting room. I have another ultrasound coming up a in a few weeks and cant wait to see my baby, get my prints, and have another great experience here!

Went in for the 12 week gender although they say it is only 80% accurate I will not recommend this to anyone! They told me it was a girl, we were excited it would be our first girl out of 4 boys. Just went in today and got the Ruby package and found out that its a boy! Was very sad and upset! I would not recommend going in at 12 weeks. Dont waste your money and just wait tell 16 weeks

I was hesitant to go in because of the negative reviews Ive heard, however, last summer I went in around 17 weeks for a gender ultrasound. I wish I could remember the techs name, because she was super sweet and accommodating. She even turned the screen off and wrote down the babys gender at our wish for a reveal party, no problem. We are expecting again and will be returning!

Horrible service! They need new ultra sound techs! The curly headed chick just seemed like she wanted to be done and go home. I normally have a great experience finding out the gender but this time she killed the vibe! She was pushing way to hard looking and Im 20 weeks you dont have to push that hard to look, my actual Dr. doesnt even push hard! Not only do they take forever to be seen but the lady had no enthusiasm in doing her job! Like if your unhappy change jobs! Dont kill parents to be vibes and make it a sorry experience for them!

Just called to schedule an appointment and I need it to be on a Saturday since that is my only day off. Was excited to see that online it states you are open Saturdays. However when I called to set an appointment, Kayla the receptionist told me that they are only open on some Saturdays which is disappointing because now I have to pay for the 12-15 week rate when I wanted it for when Im 16 weeks for more accuracy and a guarantee. Very unfortunate that they will not be open on Saturday 11/18 or 11/25..

Horrible experience this is my 3rd pregnancy and i had all my sonograms done with tate diagnostic this is the 2nd time this pregnancy walking out almost in tears. I refuse to go to this location again. The first time the lady was pushing really hard on my stomach i was so uncomfortable, second time sounded as if she didnt wanna tell me the gender of the baby even i ✔ on the paper to know the gender when signing in but I was told to ask my doctor for the results of the blood work i never had any one tell me to ask my doctor for the gender. Just the way they talk to their clients is horrible clearly look at the other reviews

Was a little disappointed with my visit... we were in and out in 15 min including dressing... the Ultrasound was about 2 min and then she did the tube ultrasound... 5 min. Maybe...and when I asked questions about the figure of the baby or position it was more like.... yup, thats the baby... I wanted to know what part was the head and the body... it felt like a burden being there or even asking... I paid for pictures and they just chose them for me I got 3 blobs... not too happy thinking of asking Dr to switch me to a place where they can be a little bit more considerate...

I went in for my doctors appointment and added on the 3d/4d ultrasound for a discounted price of $75. This is my 2nd baby, my first was in San Diego and I loved the experience there. I was a little disappointed in the video that I got from Tates. It seemed like more than 75% of the video was all the routine doctor ultrasound in black and white and there was probably only 2 minutes total of my baby in 3d. I only received that DVD and 3 3d pictures and 6 black and white photos. I feel like I couldve went somewhere else and paid about 10-20 bucks more for a better package. I was not too happy with this 3D experience. Maybe if I added on the 3d/4d ultrasound for another day it wouldve been a better experience since the doctors ultrasound wouldve been separate. I really thought she was going to do the doctors ultrasound first and then start the dvd when we went on the 3d but she didnt. I feel like I paid $75 for a regular doctors visit. I didnt like that she kept switching back and forth from black n white to 3D. So disappointed in this 3d experience :(

Very unprofessional. My daughter made an appointment three weeks ago to determine the gender of her baby. We went to her appointment at 4:10 p.m. this afternoon, but were told that the person who does 3D ultrasounds did not show up for work. So, they knew all day that my daughter wouldnt be able to get an ultrasound today, but they didnt bother to let her know until she showed up for her scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, weve planned a gender reveal party with family and friends coming from out of town this weekend, and Tate Diagnostic says they cant make her a new appointment in time for the party. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I forgot my Dr.s Order so I understand I had to wait a little more time than usual, But when I asked have they received the pending Fax one of the techs picked up the forms and said No they havent with a very bad unwelcoming attitude. The Irritating part was that directly after she put the forms down and told me they werent waiting for the Order its already come through, & that its the room I am waiting for. Its like she didnt know customer service to save her life Mind you I am the only the patient in the office at the time. Elizabeth the tech who conducted my ultrasound was extremely inconsiderate of my feelings with a comment she made insiuating my labor would be a C-section. Due to my child not being able to position her head. (Not to mention I have had 4 successful NATURAL BIRTHS.) The part the killed me was As this lady is looking for the Gender of my baby shes jabbing at my babys for far too long trying to force my babys foot out her way. (After I already stated in the beginning that is is not of great importance to me to find out the sex of child.) I was ignored & not offered any pictures at the end which was a real bummer not to be able to have ultrasound pics of this pregnancy. Its been a rough pregnancy for me and tate diagnositics has made this whole experience that much worse. 😤

The 18th Is not Thanksgiving weekend.... Everyone just go to the Babys connection theyll give you pictures a DVD and gender for only $50 way better than Tate!!

Ive first went to Tate 11 years ago with my oldest son. I loved it then and I love it now. I go with all my pregnancys Im pregnant with my 5th and final child and cant wait for my upcoming appt.

Horrible service! I took my wife there for a sonogram and our baby was already dead and they didnt tell us, we found out 2 weeks later when I took my wife to dameron hospital, my wife needed emergency care and the lady that helped us knew that but she didnt say anything

I paid 50 dollars to get a gender reveal sonogram and the lady claimed my baby was asleep and she seemed to lose patience with it so after about 15 mins of her just jiggleing on my belly she told me shed make me go wait outside because my baby wasnt moveing enough for her instead of doing that she took a sonogram photo from the side and said ugh looks like you guys are haveing a girl she didnt even look at the private areas at all and now about 4 weeks later I went to my doctor and she gives me a sonogram and Im haveing a boy clear as day but I paid for that package and didnt even get what I paid for on top of that I called for directions someone gave me the wrong address and I was late getting there I had a bad experience period

Im actually very disappointed with the service I received today . We make appointments according to our life schedules and my appointment had me waiting over an hour because they decided to take in 2 appointments that were LATE . It clearly states they will re schedule late appointments not take them in before everyone thats actually there on time . 2nd off, the technician I was appointed to was new . She was extremely rough I was in pain, she didnt record my session until it was almost over, she didnt know how to do the 3D which is an additional service I OVERPAID for . Im just very disappointed with the quality of the work and feel I should have received a discount / a free session due to the lack of knowledge and poor photographs . By choice, I will never pay them to do anything for me again .Lets not forget how hard it was to freakin find the damn place .

I enjoyed my experience here, the people are nice.

My wife called two weeks and made an appointment, they took all of her information and didnt bother calling us to say we dont accept your insurance. Then when we get there, there are 4 ladies sitting behind the desk doing nothing except chatting seemed annoyed that they had to call my wifes insurance to see if they took it. Very unprofessional save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I called on my way to my appointment the receptionist was unprofessional put me on hold without letting me know. Then once I got there was rude with an attitude. Customer service from her was not her priority.

Theyre okay, but as far as service sometimes they can be a little bitter.
