My Daughter had to go there to pick something up and they had exactly what she wanted. So I would say that if I needed something to do with sewing I would go back there.

Restroom was awful 😢! Overall the store is clean but every time My kids need to use the restroom is unsafe and extremely dirty. Thats why I have decided to take pictures of it. One time I mentioned it to an employee hoping they would pay more attention but they haven’t. Most of the staff are very friendly and professional but there’s few ladies not very happy working there.

They have a good variety of fabrics and notions, along with other craft products. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

I rarely go into a Joanns because while Im crafty, its not usually on that spectrum; or so I thought. Ive been missing out! Theres some pretty cool stuff in that store! BIG place but well-laid out and the price checkers every few aisles or so are helpful. Store associates were also very helpful. It was a great experience and I got everything I needed. No complaints!😁 Ill be back Im sure. Got my eye on a sewing machine now...

I don’t go to Joanns often but I just went there 04/08 around 8 pm. The employees were incredibly rude. One of them was following my 50 year old mother and I around the store as if we were going to steal something. When my mother finally decided on the trim she wanted we went over to the area where they cut the fabric for you & the obese employee was very rude. The young man that rang us up was the only nice employee. Safe to say we will not be returning.

This place was awesome. Super clean and had everything we needed . The cashier we had was the best . She was so friendly to everyone. Definitely will be coming back

I love Jo-Anns. I can shop for hours! My only place to shop for supplies needed for our Christian faith based Sewing Group.

First time ordering online to get it by curbside pickup, it was all bad! Followed instructions,got there,checked in and waited and waited only to get a text message saying thank you for picking up your order! Had to take my dog inside with me to inquire as to what happened...got inside and the associate said oh I went all around the parking lot I didnt see you..and they only had half of my order available...basically I wont order online ever again!!

I love Joannes but this particular one didnt have the indoor outdoor fabric I was looking for it does have indoor/outdoor fabric its just not the one I was looking for

I had a special order and since I have a bad knee the manager Rita said I could have a curb pickup she left a note on my special package. I get there call the number and the salesperson named Sophia said no I was to come into the store because I had to sign for it I explained the Rita said I could sign for it outside because of my bad knee I can hardly walk. Long story short I had to go in and pick up my order. After I signed for it and was ready to walk up she forgot to give me my order! Mind you they had no customers in front of me she was so rude it was obvious she did not want to work on a Sunday. Again her name was Sophia.

I found some nice fabrics and a nice pattern for a dress for my sister. And yes I had a little help in finding everything I need.

The customer service was not great, she was actually not pleasant. I was miss informed on the price for the item I was looking for. I was told their prices were better than other places I go for shirts. They need to ensure that everything marked is in its proper place as not to cause shoppers to misread prices.

This was the first time I had been to JoAnns in many years. I went to buy fabric for a project. I found just the right pattern and color, saw several others that I might use in the future, and found the other notions I needed and checked out. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the store was clean and I will be going back in the future.

Very well stocked and clean on this visit. Several staff members working in the store but they were not very friendly. Unclear what the process was for getting fabric cut as there was no number system. All restrooms were closed due to maintenance. Nice deals and many items on sale. Several coupons available for use on their app. Definitely recommend a visit for your crafting needs!

One stop shop for all up your projects. Clean with a large variety fir sewing, quilting, beading etc.....

They had a sale advertised in their flyer, but it wasnt marketed inside the store. I mentioned this to the sells clerk and she said Its no big deal its over tomorrow. The fact was it was the first day of a three day sale. This behavior is why all the fabric stores have gone out of business.

THE SERVICE AT JOANNES IS SUPERB THEY HAVE A REALLY BIG SELECTIONS.

Selection is abysmal more often than not, and Im constantly left with the feeling that, as Customers, my Husband and I are more of a bother than anything. Sort of like we are interrupting their conversations. They need more staff.

Found what I needed, but if you are looking for a sewing machine, better luck somewhere else... but If u are a knitter or crochet u will find everything u need ..

I like Joanns but the Stockton store has significantly reduced in size. Today, I was not able to purchase the items I needed. Lots of emptied bins and not much of a selection for brand and color.

As with any fabric store the ladies in the cutting center tend to be brusque. I wish this could be improved. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The selection in store is decent and prices are fair, even good with coupons.

Great selection of ribbons. Although they did not have the type I was looking for, I still ending up getting a really good spool of ribbon for cheap. And also picked up a set of 8 acrylic paints at a great price as well!!

Thought the bead selection would be a little more extensive as far as bulk for beading. It was only a little more of a selection than Walmart. I have a craft Im doing that needed a large amount of beads and instead of being able to purchase a large bag of glass beads, I had to buy many strand type items. Beads are commonly used in large amounts as well as small, so carrying larger sized quantities would be helpful for people whom do beading. The ones I purchased were on sale for 50% off which was great so I could still afford to buy and hopefully finish my project. Another thing was even the strands sold were not fully stocked, so to find the ones I wanted that had enough to buy was scarce.

Very helpful staff. The store has been changed around since the last time I was there, so it was a bit of a challenge finding things. But the store was clean and organized.

My visit today was my 2nd time since the store moved from its location just one building over. The store is much smaller then before which means not as wide of a selection of products available. They have a limited stock of decor now and a substantially smaller selection of flowers. The employees that were working today had no idea where things were located. I was directed to find certain employees to assist me and when I found them they sent me to the wrong aisle. I was able to find what I was looking for eventually. I love the selection of fabric though.

Staff too poorly served

If I could give this a zero, I would. A few weeks ago, I ordered online. Took 5 days to get the email it was ready for pickup. I went, got inline which was a very very long line, tried calling the store while sitting inline which wasnt moving much and the store WAS NOT ANSWERING. I could see everyone in line was trying to call to no avail. After an hour of sitting and moving a couple inches, I got out of line to leave. Thought maybe Id go in and pickup my order. There was a line all the way around the building. I left and went home. They say you have 3 days to pickup. I got the ready email at 6:30 in the evening, went next day to pickup to no avail, got ready to go again the next day early and got an email that morning saying my order was cancelled. Ive been a long time customer of Joanns but never again. Theyve totally lost my business.

You know its no longer my first choice in craft stores. Its hard to find help if you need it, and often I find they dont have what I am looking for. I cant recall the last time I was there. It must have been when this was on my timeline a year ago. Funny thing is I work in their parking lot but still choose other stores to purchase my craft supplies at.

This is a fabric store.Every person who works in the fabric dept of a fabric store should know different types of fabrics.The 4 sales associates with whom I spoke were kind, and friendly, however they were not able to demonstrate any product knowledge what so ever. Very sad.Its a fabric store! Learn your fabrics and organize them into groupings that make it easier to find what you need; such as denims, flannels, fleece, rayons, seasonal, cotton knits, childrens prints, etc. Please!Coupons need to be hardcopied and available at the registers.

Pretty quiet and calm business. Items can be pretty pricey but thankfully they usually have coupons on there website you can pull up on your phone. A good amount of sales and discounts on fabric and off season decor. Has a lot of patterns McCalls, Butterick and Simplicity, always updated. Friendly workers at cashier, cutting station, around the store. Lots of various and diverse fabric, from simple to really detailed and extra.

Joanns has just about everything inorder to complete any craft project. So fun to decorate for the holidays and Joanns not only has thousands of trinkets but, many project ideas as well. Prices are higher than others but not much.

I would give this store visit of five I have to admit I was surprised the only thing that I was not happy about was the fact that it was a little messy in there most of the supplies I needed was not there then the cash register system all went down and the ladies in their work so hard to try and get it up and was so polite to everybody and told everybody they can put their purchase in a bag and write their names on it and they can either call or come back later my friend and I went and got something to eat in the shopping area and came back and the problem was fixed so I do appreciate the store but it needs to be a little bit more cleaner and things not all over the floor and please if you can get your Notions supplies up those are the biggest problem of not having but I will give you four and a half points good luck and thank you Joanne so much for being there for us and trying your best😊😍

This store definatdly needs more workers especially during this holiday season but despite of that I still have good experiences here. Joanns Fabrics has an array of Fabrics imaginable, and all sorts of accessories one would need in their creative crafts. Going to Joanns Fabrics is like a kid going to their favorite candy store; everything is at the imagination of your fingertips.

I did a pickup on April 17th did not get the confirm email until April 21 and today (April 24) they said they cancel my order. Ive been trying to get hold of them but no one has been answering my call. The reason why Im giving it a one-star review is that I try to get a hold of them no one answered and they canceled my order. The only day I could pick it up tomorrow which is Saturday and because I had to work the pasted few days. Since the store only open from 12pm to 3pm and I dont get off work til 5pm.

I love this place almost too much LOL! Its always quick, fast and easy to get what I need and get out. I love that they are competitive with other stores and allow outside coupons. They also price match! Im a customer for life!

Absolutely love JoAnns and this store has a great selection! I am normally here for yarn but have branched out into fabrics and sewing and they have had everything I need to get things running. On top of that you can use multiple coupons in one transaction! I always leave with everything I needed and a great deal to boot!

Great place to go for just about any kind of artistic needs. From any kind of d.i.y projects and even some props. Theyve honestly got so much.

My wife has her own business and loves shopping here to get her supplies! Its a great store.

We enjoyed the food however service was very slow. I had iced tea to drink with the smallest lemon imaginable. Also, arent people trained, the tea was not served with a long spoon for stirring.

Staff was extremely helpful had all the knowledge and experience to get me the proper items that I needed to complete my project all in all a great visit I recommend it one hunnid

Love the choices of fabric, plus the help is excellent. There is a team that is very knowledgeable of whats to be sold, and how to put it together. Also knowledgeable of the merchandise. A very good start for beginners.

I returned (2 days after I bought it.) A sewing machine and when I got to the store the manager Debbie was very rude and told me I would have to receive a check in the mail from corporate office. I paid with my card and I even tried to do an exchange and she told me I couldnt do that. I showed her the website and how what she was saying is not part of the hassle free return policy and she continued to be rude and unhelpful ... I spoke with customer service to find out a check is ONLY ISSUED when the store doesnt have the amount needed for the return..(if I paid cash, I didnt!!!!!) That manager DEBBIE is doing a horrible job at representing your company and has no customer service skills. Shes rude and a liar. I will not go back to this location if any location. You do not want people like Debbie working for your company. How shes a manager is beyond me. 😠😠😠😠😠

Some of the items I go for could be out of stock at times, but to me it doesnt matter. I always leave very happy with my purchases, and to top it off they have amazing coupons that have been a lifesaver.
