I just purchased over a hundred dollars worth of balloons. I asked for them to be adjustable but they were not so I had to untie all the balloons myself. Unfortunately my balloons flew away. I tied them to the best of my knowledge. I should not have had to untie them and adjust them like that. I have bought balloons at other places and they have a plastic thing that adjust the balloons. I asked and paid for them to be adjustable. I called them and they wanted me to repay for the whole set.

Really expensive but where else can you go! They literally have EVERYTHING! The manager, I believe is the old grumpy guy (yikes) the ladies who blow up balloons DEFINITELY should help out at the register too. The ladies are so pleasant and dont make you feel like by placing your order you are stressing them out...Tipping the ladies was the least I could do because both of my experiences there was smooth because of them and they didnt show any emotion when the manager guy talked to them in an a unethical manner, they just ignored him. I hope they feel appreciated because its busy in there!

Got my sons T Rex Birthday stuff! All he knows is T Rex! This was the ONLY store that had this type of party stuff! Will come again!

Kathy answered the phone was rude right away. I asked for a specific theme and they didn’t have it so I asked for other options and it was like pulling teeth. I was begging to purchase something from their store. She was a horrible sales person and if they have her answering the phone not giving people alternative options they will miss so much business. I know if I owned the store I would fire her or put her on cleaning detail but I would not allow her to answer the phone because the goal when answering the phone is to get a customer to come to your store and take a look even if they don’t have exactly what I was looking for I most likely would have brighten something else in replacement of what I wanted because I still have a need for party supplies so they just lost about $300 from a customer because of you rude Kathy!

Absolutely love this Party Store! A small mom and pop store that is comparable to Party City! Great deals, tons of variety on party goods, clearance items, and lots of themes in stock! Very knowledgable and friendly staff make this store very welcoming! Some items are a little pricey but are excellent quality! Highly recommend a visit for a party of any occasion!!

Poorly stocked, very dark and dingy looking. I wont be back.

Bought confetti balloons & a decorative happyBirthday balloon as soon as I stepped outside my balloon untied. I spent 13$ on the balloon that flew away. Please next time tie the balloon correctly. Other than that the customer service was good.

The lady I dealt with at the front counter was a little rough around the edges but ultimately she was a good nice person but the price is there a little on the expensive side considering its a party store for party things theyre going to be but oh no if you need a party supply they got it from streamers to weddings to birthdays to balloons to helium tanks I mean you think of it for a party and they have it

Really bad customer service from the 2 cashiers even though, I still ordered 4 jumbo balloons at 14 dollars each 3 days in advance when i picked them up I did not notice 1 was a smaller size with not enough air in it, due to that the whole theme was ruined it was for a grad surprise party, called the store to let them know I would be coming in to take them back n ask for a refund when I got there the manager would only give me a refund for the smaller balloon I told him out of courtesy they should of called me to let me know if they ran out I could of went else where to get them, they did not say anything when I picked them up either I didnt notice until i got home to put them together sadly he would only give me a refund for the smaller balloon, real shame 2nd time i go there and spend over $100 dollars will not be going back or referring anyone to go there he should of gave me a full refund since I didnt even use the balloons how could I with a missing number they were useless what goes around comes around will not be going back ever again!!! Make sure to check your balloons!!!

Met a really cool employee, unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He looked like a Jamie. Someone should sponsor him.Anyway, he was super helpful and nice, and really just made my day! The employees really reflect on a store’s values and views, so this place really is great.

The only reason why I’m giving them a 3 star is because the person I’m guessing is the manager or the owner has a very bad attitude everyone else is super nice except for him it is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with him he is not nice or patient! I personally don’t like to be serviced by him unfortunately I don’t know his name

Its a good place to get a select few party declaration but they dont have a huge selection like party City.

Bad ecperience...shelves were organized but were pretty empty...the lady at the counter was nice but they ran out of order forms to order a banner, then shw kept asking me to wait aside while she helped other people behind me. I got super upset and left. I found what I needed for way less on Amazon and got it the next day.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am happy with my experience.

A little sparse for the theme my son wanted, but they do have a lot of nice generic party items.

I called several times looking for a certain birthday theme and all 3 times I got hung up on after being put on hold. So I make the trip down to the store to look for myself and end up getting followed by an employee all throughout the entire store without once being asked if I need help. If youre going to follow customers you could at least acknowledge them. And to top it off this was the saddest most bare party store I have ever step foot inside on top of being over priced for everything.

I give it a 3 because it seemed a bit less stocked than the last time I went. I went in looking for Wilson cake stuff and they cut out a huge amount of their stock. Also, their prices are a bit expensive so I only get what I cant find in other places. I saelw some sports plates that had been reduced to about $5.98 when I can get something very similar at the Dollar store!

I went to order balloons for a 60th bday they were very helpful. Also helped me look at table clothes and took time to show me different options

I went today looking for a simple happy birthday banner, they didnt have any! Are you kidding? The guy that helped me was clueless, he wandered around aimlessly, taking me to the isle with tablewear etc. I left him standing there and went to find someone else. The other guy apologized, bit still no help.

Although this seems very late to review because I went there last year, but when I went there to look around and buy something that looks cool. I come up to the register and the clerk was rude to me while I put my stuff there to checkout.

I rented 40 chairs & 3 tables from the Party Guys for a fair price a week in advance. Everything went as they said it would.

I wish you could have a choice for no stars I paid $40.00 for a gender reveal balloon they filled it too tight I did not force it inside van or anything we got a block away and it exploded inside the van and they would not stand behind product the lady said they wont replace it but would charge half price to replace no what shouldve happened you shouldve replaced it for free I will not waist anymore money inside this place I advise everyone else to look elsewhere when it comes to gender reveal balloons

A bit overpriced...sort of taking advantage of the community.

I called to price tiny beer mugs for party favors ... the clerk quoted me $1.99 each, Party 2000 had the same favor mugs for 0.79 each. Such a overpriced item, so glad I called around first. Party 2000 is saved in my phone now - I wont be shopping here at The Party Guys.
