I just finished the purchase of a boat through Bay Yacht Sales. I knew that Marc Bay, the broker, was hired to work for the seller, yet I was quite pleased that he thoroughly represented both sides of the sales process to make it a win/win for both parties.Anyone buying a boat knows its not very often you find one in your own backyard; this one was over 2000 miles away from my location. Marc helped in all aspects, providing an extensive list of surveyors and mechanics for me to pick from, used his relationships with his contacts in the region to keep us moving forward, providing helpful recommendations on next steps. Even after the sale was complete, he still continued to help until the boat was ready to travel back east.A true professional, and a genuine person. A great thank you to Marc and to Bay Yacht Sales.
