Great shop to take your boat. Honest and they do great work.
Great customer service, great prices and usually everything I need is in stock
Terrible experience. I received a bad estimate for the time frame to completion in order to get me in the door. After under-delivering on the turnaround time, I was overcharged for a part. All Marine charged me $650 for a fuel pump I later discovered had a retail cost of $500. Ryan, the technician, didnt want to provide me a part number. I guess he was nervous that I would research it. If that wasnt enough, Ryans customer service was terrible. To top everything else off, their forklift driver destroyed my electrical cable and emergency cable on my trailer. I found out about this as I was hooking it up. They ended up fixing the destroyed parts, but I was delayed an additional day. Dont waste your time or money. I hope the extra $150 was worth it. You have lost a customer for life!
Great experience with this shop.. Patience is need during their busy season but if you can put off major work till off season you get their undivided attention. but even if they are busy the time line is reasonable.
Had All Marine make repairs to our pontoon boat.. was a great transaction, very friendly service, reasonable prices. I have had no issues with it this summer and will bring it back in to service before I store it for the winter.. I always support small business and this is a Great Company to do business with!
I have taken my boat to All Marine services and I have had a awesome experience. I do like the welcoming feel of Lonnie when I walked into the office. He went over my boat with me and I clarified that I wanted repairs done that needed to be done. I read some of these reviews and am unsure if this is the same person. All in all, my boat runs top, turn key and any issues I have ever had I take it back and Lonnie takes care of it. I personally won’t go anywhere else in the valley.
All Marine did a great job with my boat. I was worried about taking it in because I dont know much and they really could have said anything they wanted but Lonnie explained everything so that I could understand and got my new boat on the water, no complaints.
Very nice staff and very helpful
Had my boat serviced there in February to beat the boating rush. Lonnie completely BS’d me in the price. Charged me over $200 for a river test that I didn’t agree on. Said he was going to rebuild my carburetor, he didn’t, he pulled one off the shelf and still didn’t operate correctly. Charged to remove my fuel, must of left gas in the lines due to carb still didn’t work. Got an attitude from him, his wife laughing that I was upset. In total I spent just under $2,300 on service and was stuck on the delta after his mechanic skills failed. I tried to be cool when they left tools in boat, literally brought them back to them from out of town. FYI schedule an appointment at a more popular place these guys are shady and don’t care about keeping customers.
They refused to honor my warranty. today 3/7/2017 Boat quit running in less than 1 mile after just paying $7,500. And they will not fix it. Poor Work quality. Take your boat anywhere else or you will pay big money for lousy repairs. My boat was not running properly so I called All Marine Boat Repair to fix it. This was March 1, 2016. Was told That Boat needed a new engine. I pickup up engine to take to engine rebuilder instead of over priced engine that Lonnie wanted me to use. April 1, 2016 brought rebuilt engine back to All Marine to have them install it.Was quoted $1900 for labor to remove and install. It took this shop until December 2016 to install this engine. It took All Marine 9 months to install this engine and then they gouged me for a bill of $7500.00. Was severely over charged for this straight up engine replacement job. When picked up from shop to take to Marina to my Slip boat had no reverse to get from boat launch ram to my boat slip. Also had fuel injector not installed properly and leaking raw fuel in my engine compartment.Had to Call Paradise Point Boat Repair to get the boat repaired properly
All Marine did a great job on my boat. Everything works and it runs great thanks All Marine.
Brought my boat in for servicing and full detail was very satisfied...
Messed my boat up even worse and had to fix things myself and the owner likes to get an attitude. Horrible place to take ur boat
Crook. Fixed in a week. said plugs were horrible. The plugs only had about 1 hour run time because I changed everything myself trying to fix the surging problem. Supposedly air leaks around intake. Took it out the next day and nothing changed. $600 so brought it back right away and sat outside for a month because carpet was faded and lifted and seat covers sun bleached and my full tank of gas on empty. Supposedly needed a new fuel pump. Told me $230 over the phone so I said ok and after showing up it was back up to over $500 let him know what I agreed to and ended up another $260 in the hole. Took the boat out again and before I left the 5mph zone it was surging and dying again. Nothing has changed but my bank account, fuel level, and shape of my interior. Just stay away. Should have stayed with paradise point. Went back to get my old fuel pump they pulled when I realized it still didnt work and was told next step would be the tach because it acts funny. What really. Why wouldnt you look into it. Is it the tach or something wrong coming from the engine. Said the tach talks back to the engine. Theres only one signal wire that pulls it to ground and the frequency it does that equals the RPM. 100hz=1000rpm. The guy pads his pockets and throws your money at it until he stumbles on the right combination.
After just spending $1500 for repairs, I cant say that All Marine has any kind of customer service. After getting the call that my boat was done, I felt rushed and inconvenienced. This petty owner wont have a return customer with me.UPdate:Did not like:Engine cover was unscrewed and they did not screw back on.Sterndrive bellow hose was not re-attached even though it was on before. I decided not to go back there for that (didnt need more of Lonnies high-horse attitude), so I am having another shop put it on and it will cost me extra for that - thanks All Marine!I have not yet run the boat and will report back on this next week when its going back into the water. If I have any more problems, I will change my review to one star.
Worst mechanic ever took my boat there. took them three time to get right, still not finally gave up cost me around 7000, total beware
